Wow! I can’t recommend this company enough. We did an electric bike all-day tour and tasting of St Emilion which was the highlight of our trip!! The landscape is stunning and by being on a bicycle made us feel like so much more a part of it as opposed to zooming through in a car. Our guide Ben was so lovely. All the logistics were immaculately arranged. Very easy to meet at the tourist office for pick -up/ drop-off. They have developed great relationships with regional wineries and we were so well looked after by their contacts. Lunch was delicious. The bikes were in great condition and had baskets on the front if you want to purchase wine on your tour. Appreciated the opportunity to independently explore St Emilion. This is a must do activity if you’re visiting Bordeaux!!

We had an unforgettable experience with Bordeaux Wine Trails! When we met our guide, everything felt seamless, friendly, and perfectly curated. Whether you’re a seasoned wine lover or just looking for a unique way to explore the Bordeaux countryside, this tour is a must. If we had one small suggestion, it would be to include some light snacks—like cheese, bread, or olives—alongside the wine tastings. It would be a great touch to complement the experience. Overall, we absolutely loved it and would recommend it to anyone visiting the region!

One of the best organized, most enjoyable wine tours my wife and I have experienced (and we have been on a few all around the world). Our guide/driver Clement was very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Made the afternoon truly memorable. The excellent wines we tasted in Saint-Emilion helped as well! Highly recommend this tour.

What a wonderful experience. We could have not asked for a more knowledgeable and engaging guide in Berit. She’s a true delight, making the experience memorable. Three winery tours with tastings, and a fabulous lunch in Saint Emilion..terrific!

Bordeaux Wine Trails; like a field trip, but with better scenery and significantly more vin rouge! Jonathon was an excellent guide (bonus points for also being a Sommelier!) we went to gorgeous vineyards, and drank just enough wine to make you feel cultured and convinced you could run your own château. 10/10 — will absolutely do this tour again when in Bordeaux!

What a blast! The perfect combination of wine education and just enjoying the moment. Our guide, Clem, was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the region (a native) and the wine. We’d have loved to do another tour with him. The bikes were in excellent shape and Clem was a great bike guide- we were able to enjoy the beautiful ride without worrying about too much traffic or going too fast (or slow).

Every stop—whether a hidden local bakery, a charming wine bar, or world-class vineyards like Château Rol Valentin, Château Bellegrave, and Château Grangey—was thoughtfully chosen and offered an authentic taste of Bordeaux’s food, culture, history, and exceptional wine. The entire Bordeaux Wine Trails team, from guides to planning support, was outstanding. This was truly the trip of a lifetime, and we can’t recommend them highly enough. If you’re coming to Bordeaux, book with them—you’ll thank yourself later!

What a great tour. Our Private Guide Benjamin was both friendly and knowledgable. The Chateaus we visted in St Emilion were beautiful and the wine and local hosts were superb. For those looking to immerse themselves into the Bordeaux wine experience we recommend this private tour as a great way to start the Bordeaux wine journey.

It's a one of a kind, personal experience that you won't soon forget. Book your tour directly through their website, meet at the Office de Tourisme de Bordeaux roughly 10 minutes before your scheduled tour and then enjoy a magical day of sightseeing, wine tasting and meeting wonderful new people. We were greeted by our phenomenal host, Jon, and he swooped us off on a magical wine-tasting adventure. Jon was so knowledgeable about the region, the wine, and each winemaker - The perfect host! We visited three different different wineries - each one was different from the last but each spectacular in their own way - and we stopped to explore the cutest little town and enjoy a fab glass of Champagne. During the stop at our second winery, we were provided a delicious picnic lunch {a charcuterie board, veggie quiche, fresh salad and panna cotta for dessert} - The setup allowed us to sit together, get to know the group and gain some new friends. We now have some new favorite wines! Don't sit on this amazing tour - The best way to spend the day in Bordeaux! Thank you, Jon for a beyond wonderful day!

This was a total highlight of our trip. Low key but simply fabulous. We did the E bike tour (soooo easy to ride, you just coast the whole time) on a Sunday and I would recommend going on a Sunday since Bordeaux can be a little bit closed in terms of resteraunt etc. Yan was so wonderful-- we felt we were biking with a friend in their home town. Oh and PS, the company was extremely easy to work with and responsive when we needed to change our date on short notice and also were able to arrange airport drop off (which we did not need) Take a day and visit the countryside and drink wine with Yan!

My husband and I enjoyed this day wine tour. We went to a few chateaux, drank lots of red wine in Medoc, had some delicious food to pair with the wine and even got to make our own blend. Chloe was a sweetheart and put up with our crazy group lol. Overall, we enjoyed this trip.
