I had a really good time here. It’s super clean and lots of space. Breakfast was plentiful (bread, jam, cheese, cake/cookies, yoghurt, berry compote, juice, apples, water,…). In the evening it felt very homey and the staff was super nice and helpful. I only would say it’s a 15min walk to Place Bourson but still super central. Thank you, I’ll come again!

My friends and I had a great experience staying here during a weekend visit to Bordeaux ! The rooms were modern and clean, the staff super friendly and patient with out basic french, and the breakfast superb ! Beyond that the location was perfectly situated close to the main train station where we arrived and a city bike station nearby which made it so easy to get out and about each morning. Perfect hostel experience, highly recommend when visiting Bordeaux :)

Firstly the staff were super nice but that was as good as it got. Other guests were rude and the place felt rather dilapidated, It could do with knocking down and starting again. We woke up with what I can only assume was a homeless man in the toilet in the hallway but the staff quickly got him out. The breakfast was basic at best and rather minging at worst. The bread was a stale and milk tasted kinda sus. The lady who was working was trying to do her best but if you ask people to make something out of nothing you get nothing.

Rooms - A bunk bed, a desk, a window, two power outlets and a bathroom. Simple and no luxury. Beds were comfy, rooms were clean and clean sheets were provided, shower functional, etc. We were unlucky and the toilet was not working but the ones on the hall were clean. Breakfast options were reduced to basically oatmeal or toast with coffee, tea or orange juice. Good enough. Kitchen is available to use for anyone, but it was disgustingly dirty in some areas. Grease and oil everywhere, some sinks piled with dishes... There is a fridge for guests and a corner where you can leave your unused food for anyone to take. I swear most of it was rotten with whole civilization of microorganisms and bugs living there. There is locker service in case you have a late night bus or flight out. Price wise there's nothing better in the city, and you can go in and out 24h. Leaving aside the kitchen and lack of any luxury, it's the perfect place if you need a decent place to crash for a few days and you're in a budget.

Very kind and patient staff, even though it was fully booked. Nice location and clean rooms. Would highly recommend this accommodation! Also check out the little cafe („le petit grain“) next door which is run by volunteers ;)

there is no real community room, the eating room got closed at 11am and you have limited access to your own room?!?!? additionally rooms are in quite bad conditions, last renovation 1970? Oh i nearly forgot, there was also no wifi over the whole stay! some of the employees were kind of friendly, but others where talking to us as we should leave and never come back... totally no go... was the worst hostel experience since... whait, i think there was no worse. Maybe you have more luck than we had, however i would just avoide it. good luck ;)

Holes in the walls, windows wont open properly, poor breakfast. The beds are too short our room door had the electronic lock exposed and half broken. No wifi. The personel was respectful though. Charleroi level
