Nice bakery nestled inside a food hall. A great selection of breads and pastries available, with both classics (baguettes and croissants) as well as a few original creations (coconut brioche!). Bountiful and delicious! Service was polite and friendly too.

I have tried their traditional, sourdough and organic baguettes. Nothing spectacular. They only sell focaccia and cruffins on weekends. They're ok. Their plain croissant, almond croissant, chocolatine, abricotine... I liked their viennoiseries a lot!
I always got the young staff... and they're all bilingual and friendly.

They make one of the best baguettes I've ever tasted. What I found distasteful was the tipping "ask" when using my debit card. Asking for a tip for putting bread in a bag? Do better.

Average baked goods, we only liked plain croissants, everything else was too sweet or blank. Rude service, demanding tips for putting a few items in a bag, really?

I've read about this place as the best bakery in QC in a book about cuisine Québécois. Totally worth a visit!

Borderon’s organic whole wheat loaf is arguably the best / tastiest in Quebec City.
