Boréal Coffee Shop Talacker (ZU)

A great place to come and relax or work over a good coffee. The place is big enough to host groups and tables are well designed to sit and work for longer time. Coffee is good , snacks are available at reasonable prices. I went on a sunny day, it was super warm inside than outside, Management take care ? Even the waitress is sweating :p

Great pastries; the croissants are incredible! Good hot chocolate and cappuccinos too, all in a cozy atmosphere with enough space to have some privacy.

First coffee stop in Zurich and loved it. My latte was amazing and the staff were very nice. Cozy environment in here. Would be a nice spot to bring a laptop as well and get some work done. I want to go back!!

Excellent place to enjoy a good coffee and nice food! It’s all self-service so if you expect to be served at the table, not the place! ☕️👏🏼

Found this cute coffee shop while trying to explore the area. Came by multiple times to grab a latte as well as some pastries to start the morning. Service was great as I believe the owner(?) was there running the counter as well as making the drinks. The decor is cozy and plenty of spots to do work or just enjoy time drinking coffee. Also had the chance to enjoy the butter croissant and the au pain chocolat which were both enjoyable! Will definitely come back the next time I’m in Zurich! It’s become a favorite spot already 😆

Really good coffee if in the area you should totally go to check it out, specially if you like specialty coffee. The End.. If that wasn't enough info and you want more details, you won't be disappointed even if your a coffee snob, they do have v60 filter coffee which is always amazing. A little disappointed there wasn't so much options in terms of African options (only any Ethiopian coffee was avaliable) which we specialise but I guess you can't have it all... P. S. Don't follow us if your looking for nagative reviews, we only focus on highlighting good coffee spots whereever we go and add to our list places with good and multiple African Specialty coffees to our recommended lists.

Matcha latte and flat white were delicious . But the cafe is a bit dusty.

These baristas know their coffees, and tea! The cortado was perfect, and he was nice enough to empathize when I was recounting a bad experience at another cafe. They have every drip coffee imaginable. The place is set up beautifully too.
