What a lovely hotel. It is very impressive and should be worthy of a 5 star rating. However, there are issues, especially when we stayed there. The food is nice but maybe vastly overpriced. We had better food at other hotels at a much lower price. The rooms look very impressive when you enter with really nice slippers and gowns, not the standard white things. When you try to unpack your clothes, you will find no space for them, with only a few hangers and one usable shelf in the wardrobe, that is it. There are no drawers or anywhere else to put your clothing, so we ended up living out of the suitcase. It's not ideal for a 5-star resort. Another point is the shower, the door doesnt fit and has a great big gap where a seal should be and the door does not close properly, so you end up with a large puddle on the floor. The other issue we had is loads of children and their parents coming out of the pool dripping wet and running through the Hotel and into the lifts leaving a huge trail of water on the polished floors, a slip waiting to happen. Why are the Hotel letting this happen, even one of the parents walked through the Hotel in bare feet and with only a room white towel around his waist, not what I wanted to see when I am having a meal in the restaurant, the Hotel really need to get a grip of this. All of these issues let the hotel down. Otherwise, my score would be higher.
