I think this hotel defines hospitality very well. We arrived early and so my husband and i were also alright with waiting for our room to be ready. And yet so as not to keep us waiting, we were upgraded from deluxe to suite room. Mr Wattana Tan and the Staff are always so helpful and warm during our stay. Making sure we have everything we need and are well taken cared of. Staff well trained and ever so attentive and helpful. They are somehow all naturally very warm and kind. Room, Bed, the Spa, Restaurants and Restrooms anywhere in the hotel are impeccably clean, set up and comfortable. They have a very generous selection of food at breakfast. Their Menüs are both Traditional and Western and definitely creative and just delicious. we will miss the Bamboo Chicken and this basket of Appetizers. Located not far from Pub Street and Royal Palace, Night Market and everything one might want or need at random- Laundry Service, Polyclinic, Shopping Area. They also have Tuktuk Service. We definitely recommend this Hotel and their services.

I came to Borei Angkor Resort & Spa expecting good weather and a comfortable place to stay after traveling from south to north through Vietnam. From the moment I landed, though, this place stood out.||The welcome started right at the airport—with a personal greeting and an easy, friendly conversation during the drive. Time passed quickly, and the calm atmosphere that introduced itself there never left.||The location works well—close enough to Angkor and Siem Reap to move around easily, but far enough away to remain quiet. Returning to the resort after a day out felt noticeably calmer than being in town. The property is beautifully maintained, with beautiful flower decoration visible throughout—including from my room. I enjoyed taking in the scenery daily. ||What truly set the value for this stay is the staff who is genuinely warm and consistent—whether it was at 5 a.m. when I left for my Angkor Wat tour or at 10 p.m. returning from the spa. ||By day two, they remembered me and my breakfast preferences. I am impressed, that simple eye contact was enough to get my fav tea in a pot. This felt like being looked after in a familiar place not a hotel. ||Anyway, speaking of the spa: Borei Angkor Resort & Spa features a proper cold plunge and sauna, which I used daily and genuinely appreciated.||The restaurants served excellent Khmer specialties, that I enjoyed next to the pool, in several dining areas and at the rooftop bar - which was in itself a highlight.||Overall, my stay was elegant, grounding, and memorable—filled with beautiful Cambodian design details and genuine hospitality. I had a wonderful stay and truly didn’t want to leave.

We chose Borei Angkor Resort & Spa as the accommodation for our wedding guests, and it exceeded every expectation. We stayed here in mid January 2026. The resort is absolutely stunning, with beautiful aesthetics and a calm, luxurious atmosphere. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about it—many said it was the best place they’ve ever stayed. All of the staff were truly amazing: warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The service was exceptional, the rooms were gorgeous, and the breakfast buffet was a standout highlight. Everyone was raving about the variety and quality of the food each morning. Borei Angkor truly made our wedding experience even more special. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Siem Reap!

We are so pleased with your experience at Borei! The hotel is beautiful, the staff is so friendly and helpful. We loved the balance of going out and touristing and then coming back to such a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the pool. The location is close enough to downtown to walk but far enough it is quiet. The food and complementary breakfast was also a highlight! We also got a lot of great tips from the concierge about different restaurants and events. We would definitely return here again, it was truly a 5-star experience.

We had a lovely stay over New Years at Borei Angkor Resort and Spa. As soon as we stepped off our minivan from the start of our stay to the time we departed at the end of our stay, the staff were very helpful and knowledged about the area and advised us according to what we wanted to explore and the activities we were interested in. We were a group of 7 and attended the hotel's New Years party during our stay. We had a brilliant time that evening, we could see the attention to detail that had been put in for the occasion. Our table was assigned a waiter called Vakan. Throughout the evening, he was always smiling and couldn't do enough. He kept checking on us, topping our drinks, even managing to locate some party accessories for our children. Nothing was too much for him and I know our group had the most enjoyable time due to Vakan's attentiveness. For the rest of our stay, whenever we saw Vakan around, he was as usual always smiling and greeted us by our names, which was a great personal touch. Vakan is a great asset to Borei Angkor with the commitment and dedication he has shown to his role within the resort.

My rating of this hotel is based on my experience with the activities they offer. After years of planning my 30th Wedding Anniversary, I eagerly booked my stay at Borei Angkor Resort & Spa with the hope of enjoying their Cultural Night Dining with my family. I was very disappointed by the initial response that we would not be able to participate in this cultural experience because a private event was previously scheduled on the same date, preventing us from attending that cultural night. However, the Guest Experience and Group Food & Beverage Manager, Mr. Samang Touch, was a key factor in my overall experience. He was the most polite and professional person, demonstrating the excellence required for his managerial position, and he proposed an alternative of holding the same activity in the pool area.||He arranged everything with such care and dedication that he allowed me to celebrate this special occasion with my family even better than expected! Every detail he took care of —the arrangements, the decoration, the exceptionally kind service, the dietary restrictions of my family members, the celebration cake, the flowers—everything was so outstanding that my 100-point rating is thanks to his excellent customer service, his kind attention to my request, his outstanding professionalism, and an activity that exceeded my expectations!!||We are also very grateful for the outstanding attention of Vann Bunthoang, who stood out remarkably throughout our entire stay with his extraordinary service!! I take away only beautiful memories and immense gratitude in my heart!! Thank you very much!!!

This was my third stay at Borei Angkor Resort & Spa, and once again it was outstanding. The warmth and genuine care shown by the staff made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.||This trip was especially meaningful as it was likely the last overseas trip for my elderly father. The Borei team went above and beyond to make it comfortable and memorable for our family, always greeting us, checking in on our comfort, and offering help when needed.||The resort is beautiful and truly reflects Khmer culture. The presence of live traditional Khmer instrumental music enhanced the overall atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the design incorporates Cambodian style elements, blended with modern comfort. ||The pool and gym are fantastic, and it’s clear the resort continues to upgrade and improve with each stay. The lounge bar was also a lovely space to relax and unwind. |The buffet was excellent, offering a great mix of Western and Asian options, including rotating Cambodian dishes that were freshly prepared. Even as a family of seven, the service was attentive and thoughtful, often helping bring food to our table.||A special thank you to (Bong) Bunna, who bonded wonderfully with my family and looked after us during our outings. He took great care of my father and went above and beyond when we had a missing handbag and phone incident — reassuring us and successfully recovering our belongings.||My stays here have always been amazing, and I would absolutely return again. Borei Angkor is truly special because of its people and service.

Borei Angkor is located just 1.2 km from the Siem Reap River. The staff here is exceptionally courteous—they greet you every time you leave the hotel and again when you return from your excursions. Their service truly feels next level. The entire property is spotless, including the room we stayed in. The bedding was very comfortable, and overall the stay was extremely relaxing. Considering it’s a 5-star hotel, I found the breakfast to be just okay, but everyone’s preferences are different. Mudita Spa was outstanding—the service there was amazing. Overall, great staff, great service, and a truly wonderful stay.
