PROS:||-Beautiful view and chill vibe.||-Each room has loungers, and place to hang wet clothes outside to dry. This is very practical.||-Lots of fresh clean towels.||-Tea and coffee station in room with fridge. Free large water in the room, very nice touch.||-Location is lovely and isolated, and peaceful. The views are spectacular. Each room feels more like an independent unit. All of the rooms are on ground floor, so it feels like a mini-house.||-Beautiful kitten around the property when we were there, a real highlight.||-The bed itself is not very hard, which is great, it was comfortable.||||CONS:||-The price depending on demand, can be quite high for a basic hotel. (It ended up being 10 euro MORE per night, than a 4-star we stayed in afterwards in Porto Cervo area).||-Far from any shop, restaurant, amenities.||-Not super easily accessible down a long dirt road. But this is the other side of the coin, which is peace and quiet in an isolated area. (A double-edged sword!)||-No slippers or robe in room.||-Bathroom a bit dated, specifically the shower. (Could easily be upgraded to a walk-in shower.)||-No English TV channels!||-The breakfast wasn't to our taste. Also many flies during breakfast. Also it finishes a bit early, at 10am.||-The host, whilst she did absolutely nothing wrong, only her best; its not my style to be told so many instructions, whilst on a holiday.||When checking in, she told us things like; how much toilet paper to use, when to turn out balcony lights off, exactly where to park (as in, a few inches this way or that way) and so on. A bit like a head-mistress! We felt we were treated like a casual friend who was staying in their house, for free! (I wish!) and felt like a bit of an inconvenience to her.||-Be aware, they charge high fees for late check-ins, which is unusual for any hotel I've ever stayed at. (I wonder does this mean they will re-fund you if you leave a few hours early?! ;) )||-Note: not very accessible for elderly or wheelchair users FYI
