An amazing hotel made so by the courteous and helpful staff. Truly they | treat all visitors as family with respect and care. ||Staff members would go out of their way to provide superlative service each of our five days staying with them. They remembered likes and dislikes and anticipated our needs. You can’t ask for more. ||As for the rooms and decor and setting, all were excellent. Our particular favorite was the plaza in the center of the hotel. Morning, noon and night, it was a wonderful location to sit and relax and enjoy the memories of the day touring. The restaurant served amazing choices of cuisine prepared and presented with class and distinction. ||Having travelled the USA and Europe as well as northern Italy, this shines bright as a don’t miss destination. ||Thanks to Danilo, Simone, Frederica, Fabio and all of the staff who made this such an amazing experience. ||God bless and ciao!||Rodger A. Very good for a four star hotel ( but if claiming 5 star then maybe not, unless different standards in Italy). Beautiful setting and nice rooms (we had a sitting room, porch, and lovely view over the fields to the sea). Pool has chipping paint all over needs a cleaning and repainting, and it would be better if the area that looked to everyone like a hot tub ( everyone approached it and tried it) was heated. Even better if the pool had some solar heating for the shoulder season. I like cold pools but whoa! The restaurants were short staffed? There seemed to be just one senior waiter working very hard and trying to coordinate a whole lot of other staff fumbling around. The one hour a day restriction on use of the gym and spa was annoying especially since hotel was clearly not full. Another thing they don’t tell you in advance is that the shuttle to town does not run nearly often enough or with enough capacity or right to the beach. Taxis are €35 one way for a 15 min trip; €45 after 9 pm. Nor is there any beach set up like some other off-shore hotels I’ve been to. Would stay here again but still people should know about these limitations.

Beautiful property and wonderful staff. These are some of the nicest people we have ever met in all of our travels. The reception staff is amazing. They went above and beyond to help us with any situation. They orchestrated drivers, dinners, rental car, and even spoke with a local business on our behalf to handle a delivery. They are truly caring people and this made our stay an even greater experience. We would give them more than 5 stars if we could.

I just spent 5 amazing nights at Borgobianco with my husband and our 2 kids. If you’re looking for an authentic pugliesi experience, this is the place. Starting with the building, which is a charming borgo. The rooms are large and clean. The beds are comfortable, the terrace is huge and the view is breathtaking. The breakfast is delicious and the staff super friendly, speaking multiple languages in order to make all guests welcome. The drinks are great, such as the dinner. Grazie mille to all staff, since the kind guys who helped with the luggage, to the nice ladies who kept our room super clean, and the staff at the breakfast who did their best to help all guests speaking italian, english, french, spanish and even portuguese (special thanks to Danilo and Simona).

WOW! The photos online don’t begin to capture how beautiful Biancoborgo really is. From the moment we arrived we felt instantly relaxed.||The staff are wonderfully attentive, delivering the kind of service you’d expect from a true 5-star hotel. The grounds and rooms are immaculate, and breakfast was outstanding.||The pool and pool bar make for a perfectly lazy afternoon, and the complimentary shuttle into Polignano is excellent, frequent enough that you can fully enjoy the town without ever worrying about the drive back.||Every team member we met was fabulous, especially Giovanni and the two Federicas at reception, who went above and beyond to help with reservation changes and any questions we had.||A genuinely exceptional stay. A great home base if you wanting to explore Puglia. We will be back again

Fabulous property. Great team of staff, excellent pool & bar area. Excellent Spa experience as well. Worth trying the White Restaurant as well - superb views from the balcony. ||Courtyard suite was very spacious with a great bathroom.||Good free shuttle into the town as well - a must as parking is manic.||All in all a superb first stop when arriving in Puglia.

Borgobianco is a traditional massaria a few kilometers west of Polignano a Mare. It is a charming structure that appears as an oasis surrounded by working farms and homes. The grounds are lush, the pool is beautiful, clean, and well-staffed with bar/food options. The spa is tranquil and relaxing. The Rooftop breakfast and view are lovely and restaurant and wait staff exceptional. We’ve experienced great staff at other venues in the past, but the staff at Borgobianco (Desiree & Saverio) are the absolute best! While there are more luxurious masserie in the area, I rank Borgobianco the best value for the experience and incredibly attentive staff.

We arrived at our accommodation after a day of travel. What a welcoming sight it was. The hotel was alive with Puglian music and a smorgasbord of food. Once we were checked in, we joined in with dancing and delicious food. Our room was clean and spacious, with a balcony and view over the fields to the sea. There is a shuttle bus to take you into Polignano de Mare which was great. Terrific and friendly staff
