What a beautiful hotel, sweeping driveway up to the gates to what looks like an old farmhouse. Was made to feel welcome instantly by the lovely staff. |The rooms were clean & spacious, we had room 107 and was perfect with a little garden out back. |The pool area was really peaceful and quiet, towels were provided and placed on the beds for you. |The pool bar was fully stocked and service was excellent. |Special mentions to the staff, Desiree, Nico, Pietro and Michelle. And Laura at reception was just the best. |The only small drawback was that the multigym was broken and there wasn’t much in the way of gym equipment other than that. |It’s a stunning hotel though and would definitely go back one day.

We had a bit of a mixed experience. The setting is beautiful and the view from our room was great, but the property itself feels quite old and definitely needs some renovation. The gym, in particular, is super outdated.||At check-in, there was no upgrade offered (I am currently an Accor platinum member) though we know other rooms were available which felt a bit off. The room was small but fine overall. The pool was really nice, one of the highlights for sure.||Some things were disappointing though. No turndown service on Sunday evening, and the bed linens weren’t clean at all, which isn’t what you expect from a hotel like this.||When it comes to branding, it’s strange to see a mix of MGallery(Accor) and Greenblue Hotel&Resorts branding. I wonder if this property might leave Accor group one day… ||On the positive side, breakfast was really good. Big shoutout to Nico, he was amazing! Super friendly and professional. All of the staff were genuinely lovely and made us feel very welcome.||Overall, not a bad stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement. It was definitely too expensive the weekend we were there. Rates around 400€ per night are not worth paying for this property.

Mainly Pro’s:|The staff is wonderful-helpful, professional and welcoming. |Very peaceful stay.|Clean room and attentive staff.|Breakfast is delicious.|Indoor pool/spa area is very relaxing.||I would say the only con was the air conditioning situation. Although you could control it in your room, the thermostat definitely did not reach the degree indicated. It was a bit warm at night. It is Europe in the summer, so you just deal.||Overall, I would definitely recommend a stay at Borgobianco. Beautiful place.

Although the hotel is 15 minutes away from the city, its breathtaking landscapes and views make it worth the trip. Borgobianco Resort excels in amenities and services, boasting stunning vistas, a large pool area, beautiful outdoor scenery, and a friendly staff. The only downside is that the rooms are somewhat outdated and lack queen beds, instead opting for two joined single beds. Nevertheless, the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast is delightful, and the other food options are satisfactory as well. This hotel is a great choice if you're seeking a unique view, but keep in mind that it is also 15 minutes from all the beaches in town.

This resort is top notch! From the rooms, beautifully manicured property, cleanliness and most importantly the incredible service and staff. My husband and I stayed in late June during our first trip to Puglia. The staff here is exceptional. The front desk was very helpful with excursion ideas and dinner recommendations and reservations. The staff at the bars and restaurants were very attentive. Have to give a shout out to Nico, Desiree and Simone. During our stay there was a Puglia themed dinner night with music which was so enjoyable. The pool area was also very beautiful. It was a great place to cool down after a hot day of touring. You do need a car or taxi to get you there, it’s a little remote but not far from Polignano a Mare. They do have a shuttle that will take you into town which is convenient if you don’t have a car.

Just returned from this amazing hotel. Travelled with my parents and grown-up daughters on half-board basis. |Rooms are pristine, dinners were exceptional, breakfast plentiful and the grounds kept immaculately picturesque.|The staff looked after us so well. From the shuttle drivers (we did not hire a car), all the restaurant staff were so warm, patient and incredibly accommodating. |We made use of the beautiful pool & Spa. The reception team, Federica, Antonella were also so incredibly helpful. Desirée gave us spot-on advice with our trips completely taking into consideration my parent’s age and mobility. |Carry on the fantastic work Borgobianco, we would love to return!

We just left this beautiful resort in the countryside located about 10 minute drive to Polignano a Mare town. We are relaxed and rejuvenated as it is a peaceful lovely haven with spectacular service. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and with a gorgeous view of the sea. I had two spa services and they were amazing. Shuttle can take you to and from town which is better than having to find a parking spot. Highly recommend

Borgobianco Hotel has to be the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in. Superb views.Amazing staff who were so attentive.The bedrooms were beautifully furnished and the large bed was really very comfortable. Breakfast was everything you could want plus freshly cooked eggs etc. Dinnner in the restaurant was a great experience with a very varied menu. Beautiful outdoor pool, plus a heated pool in the spa. Plenty of of treatments available, I had a wonderful massage.|The hotel is beautifully landscaped with a photo opportunity wherever you turn. Ample car parking on site.|We shall return
