Let me preface this by saying that this review is written about our experience on September 9, 2017 and also that, I really wanted to love it... But we arrived at 6:00pm and ordered by 6:20pm and by 8:20pm, pizza still wasn't ready.
At about 8:40pm, our pizza was ready but it was late, our kids were cranky and hungry, and we ate by the flashlights on our cell phones because it was so dark.
When we did finally get to eat, it was delicious! But by the end, we were out at least $40 and while the people making pizzas (and other employees) had been low-key acknowledging the long wait, I was taken aback that no one offered any kind of discount/minuscule refund after the fact, or even gave us the option to forgo eating and fully refund our money (so that we could at least leave and go home and feed the kids and get them to bed).
I really dread writing this, but it left me feeling a little nickle-and-dimed. I would've felt really awful accepting any offer of that nature, but it didn't seem as though anyone was truly apologetic or concerned about the experiences of the patrons.
On the bright side, while the sun was still up, we got to walk around the farm and it was so beautiful! It was really cool to see all that they were doing. Though again, by the end, we nearly threw our hands up (forfeiting our money) and we nearly left without eating.
Go check it out if you don't have children or if you do, try to find a babysitter! That way you can see what the experience is all about without having to keep children content/occupied.
