I came here from Istanbul for a business trip. There were polite and friendly staff. Dinner was very nice. Rooms were clean. Just there was no any English or other Language channel in the room television or I couldn't find :) The breakfast was quite enough for a Turkish person. Thanks a lot.

This is a very nice hotel with excellent service. The location is peaceful and calm, offering an incredibly amazing experience. From their facilities to the views, everything is impressive! They provide a variety of amenities, including a sauna, a relaxation room, and a quiet working area. Their restaurant service is outstanding, and they serve very delicious food. Highly recommended!

Top Location, beautiful lake and fields with horses, amazing breakfast and very good food in a restaurant for dinner and lunch. Service however depends on a waitress. Outside area could be improved, as furniture was not organised on a terrace, some accessories to make terrace of the restaurant a bit cozy.

Here on business from Canada. Very boutique style. Beautiful grounds, great service and amazing food. Hiking, biking or just chilling...this is the place. Dog friendly too. I just wished there were English TV channels to watch during down time. Highly recommend for couples get aways.

I arrived at night at the hotel, and was checking in with their electronic check in. I kept getting an error “room allocation cannot be completed at this time”, even though I had a reservation. There are nobody to help out, or even a phone number to call. I managed to find a member of the cleaning staff, who informed me that I would have to wait till 6AM, when the reception opened. After waiting in the reception until 5:30AM, a receptionist arrived, and refused to help, as the clock wasn’t yet 6AM. I told him that there was an error in their system, and that the least he could do was assist us with a now extremely late check in. He flat out told us that this was not his problem, and I would have to wait until he found time. |My started cursing at me and speaking to me like I’m stupid, and suddenly also refused to speak English anymore. ||We ended up paying full price for a room we didn’t have access to, and had to wait checking in, until two hours before we had to check out. ||I didn’t get any excuse or compensation for their faulty check in system, or the time I had to spend without the rightful access to the room I had paid for. ||I would never recommend anyone to go to this hotel.

Hotel located on a lake, large rooms, excellent bed, fantastic breakfast (the best one ever tasted, even if not too many sweet alternatives are possible).|The swimming pool is very nice, indoor, with large windows.|Terrace of the restaurant is looking to the lake and a garden with horses... it is a very relaxing place. That's a pity the waiter is so unpleasant, sure not at the same level of the rest of the personnel of the hotel.

Hotel Bornmühle is a quite excellent hotel, where the main emphasis is on activities, spa and wellness. And located in the middle of nowhere.||The hotel has excellent German cuisine, but not in international class, and the price level is relatively high. The room standard is good.||But - the hotel is not intended for non-German speaking guests. All oral and written communication is in German. OK - we are in Germany, but this is a four-star hotel.
