I arrived at night at the hotel, and was checking in with their electronic check in. I kept getting an error “room allocation cannot be completed at this time”, even though I had a reservation. There are nobody to help out, or even a phone number to call. I managed to find a member of the cleaning staff, who informed me that I would have to wait till 6AM, when the reception opened. After waiting in the reception until 5:30AM, a receptionist arrived, and refused to help, as the clock wasn’t yet 6AM. I told him that there was an error in their system, and that the least he could do was assist us with a now extremely late check in. He flat out told us that this was not his problem, and I would have to wait until he found time. |My started cursing at me and speaking to me like I’m stupid, and suddenly also refused to speak English anymore. ||We ended up paying full price for a room we didn’t have access to, and had to wait checking in, until two hours before we had to check out. ||I didn’t get any excuse or compensation for their faulty check in system, or the time I had to spend without the rightful access to the room I had paid for. ||I would never recommend anyone to go to this hotel.
