"The Old Stock Exchange Situated right next to Christiansborg Palace, the old stock exchange "Børsen" dates back to 1640 and was commissioned by Christian IV as part of his massive series of infrastructure projects. While no longer an active stock exchange, the building is famous for its gorgeous visual style and unusual spire which features the tail of four dragons which wrap around each other to form the tower."

2022: Wonderful architecture, a spectacular tower with some unique and mesmerizing models, visible from various parts of the city.
2024: sadly, there was a fire and the building burned down. :( Hopefully it will be restored as it was, including the beautiful spiral tower.

After spending around an hour here, we then embarked on the city tour. Standing at the save junction, we glimpsed at the old stock exchange as well as at other buildings. Oh, amazing view and indeed, something different compared to our day in day out city traffic life. On our travel card next was Carlsberg Brewery.

CPH stock exchange is more or less an average Scandinavian brick edifice, but what stands out is the roof with its spire. The spire is a twisted Dragons tail with its claws embracing the Dome - very beautiful and unusual.
I think you cannot visit it as it's currently under renovation, but do pass by to see it as it's in the vicinity of Christianborg Palace in downtown CPH

It's a beautiful architecture. As part of culture night, it was opened for visitors. English guides were also arranged. They briefed about the history of the building.

This building is not usually open for public. But worth a visit, if you get a chance; otherwise you can enjoy buildings beautiful architecture from outside. Built in 1619-23 and it's best known for it's dragon tower with four intertwined dragons.
