The welcome on arrival was really friendly, and this was reflective of the service throughout our limited one night stay. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the layout maximised the space in the room itself. The bathroom.... lets just say that was very small, and the bathroom door would benefit from frosted glass. This is the only negative, but I think for more than 1 night it would have been a challenge. The shower is a good size, but with the sink it's a bit of a struggle. |Breakfast, I ordered the full English, was top class. Excellent in every way. Genuinely, I'm hungry thinking about it now when writing this.

A wonderful stay, the room was comfortable and clean, and quiet. Just a few minutes walk from the beach. Breakfast was delicious, and I can't recommend it enough. Views were amazing, and lots of Privacy. I stayed for a weekend.. next time I'll book for longer. Thank you

Wonderful guest house. Beautifully appointed rooms and bathrooms. only a few steps to the beach and a few minutes from the town. Warm and cosy, yet modern. Great breakfast, lovely staff, free Wi-Fi and parking. I had a great stay.

A really lovely little guest house with (I think) eight rooms. It's in a nice quiet road which is only a short distance from Gyllyngvase Beach (with it's excellent beach restaurant and really useful Co-Op which stays open until late). Room and bed were extremely comfortable and the facilities were spotless. Breakfasts were excellent too. There is enough on-site parking for all guests which is always a plus. Overall, we reckon Bosaneth is excellent value-for-money when compared to other establishments nearby, and we hope we're able come back here soon.

This guest house is in a fantastic location, 5 mins to a lovely beach and cafe . We stayed here for 2 nights and had a small but lovely cosy room with sea views. It’s very quiet here . |The breakfast was lovely , good choice of cereals , fresh fruit and the cooked breakfast is lovely can’t fault anything about this guest house .

Stayed here for 3 night break with my husband & what a lovely weekend stay it was! We stayed in the Pennance room & the view from the room is amazing, it even has a lovely window seat! There was plenty of breakfast options, all cooked fresh to order & it was delicious. The location is perfect, just a stroll down to the beach & an easy walk into town where there are plenty of shops, bars & places to eat. I would highly recommend this place!

To say this place is perfect is an understatement. We needed a place to stay due to a poor Airbnb experience, and to find Zana and Bosanneth was just amazing. The location is perfect, the room is perfect, the service, the breakfast everything just perfection. If you come across this guest house and there are room's free, dont pass by, book, as you'll not find a more welcoming and perfectly located guest house in Falmouth. We will be back for sure. Thank you Zana.

Very nice rooms and sitting and breakfast areas. There's a car park but very difficult to get in and out of spaces - some guests said they'd parked elsewhere as it was so difficult. Near a beach but a long way from the main part of Falmouth. It's not "a few minutes from Maritime Museum". It's about 15 minutes walk and coming back is up a long hill, which made it difficult to go into town, as we had to struggle up the hill to get back. Pleasant owner but she didn't live on site and went away for part of the time we were there. Some guests were having to use a key safe to let themselves in on arrival - if we had wanted impersonal service like this, we would have booked an airbnb. We were told we could phone if we needed anything but at one time we needed a bucket (seagulls had covered the car with mess) and we didn't feel this was important enough to phone for.
