Bosanneth

To say this place is perfect is an understatement. We needed a place to stay due to a poor Airbnb experience, and to find Zana and Bosanneth was just amazing. The location is perfect, the room is perfect, the service, the breakfast everything just perfection. If you come across this guest house and there are room's free, dont pass by, book, as you'll not find a more welcoming and perfectly located guest house in Falmouth. We will be back for sure. Amazing B&B. Fantastic, friendly hosts. Lovely quality room. Clean throughout and fantastic breakfast. Location superb as it is just a 2 minute walk to the beach and less than 15 mins to town. Lovely to have key to feel relaxed to come and go as you want. Highly recommend and love to come back.

Great little spot to stay whilst visiting Falmouth for a few days. Our room had a beautiful view of gylly and was very comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of options. Convenient parking also.

This bed and breakfast is simply superb. The hosts were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was faultless with an abundance of choice. The room was exceptional with a sensational view and I highly recommend this wonderful bed and breakfast.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay in the North room at Basanneth. Perfect location, excellent value for money, on site parking and a 5 min walk to the beach and about 10/15 min walk into Falmouth. The room was spotlessly clean and had plenty of supplementary tea/coffee/water/biscuits and shampoo and conditioner as well as shower gel. The shower was hot and powerful and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We couldn't fault the breakfast; a fantastic selection and perfectly cooked traditional English. The staff were really friendly and accommodating and we would love to return on our next trip to Falmouth and would definitely recommend Bosanneth.

We have just left this beautiful guest house . Amazing 2 nights stay . Breakfast was delicious 😋, The hosts were Amazing . Very friendly and informative 👌. It's sad that they won't be here when we return. Couldn't recommend this place enough x

It’s been an absolute nightmare!! I arrived at Bosannet at 8pm after a 5 hours train trip, absolutely exhausted and didn’t expect that I was supposed to receive instructions from the hotel to get my own key. I followed the guidance provided on the little sign left in the entrance but nobody answered. I waited for 55 minutes and ran into other guests who told me they got their instructions on email and by a message. Frustrated and tired, I had to book another hotel, and that’s when Bosannet decided to call back and said that they tried to contact me but I never replied and that my 8pm check in was too late. They left no email or message, no guidance where I could follow a proper check in. Oh and by the way, check in is between 4-6pm and if you arrive later, good luck because it will be up to them to welcome you or not. I booked all this through Booking.com who isn’t willing to refund me. If you are planning to have a pleasant time in Falmouth avoid this hotel

A wonderful stay from start to finish. Haven't stayeden my husband had nosebleed at anywhere better. Clean, tidy very tasteful decor but has a warmth like a big hug as soon as you walk through the magnificent front door. Room was perfect and the view superb. Parking was a bonus. Breakfast was the best we have ever had, freshly cooked to perfection. The "Boys" as my husband and I called them have a lovely warmth about them and a wonderful sense of humour, that made the stay even better. We're very solicitous when my husband had nosebleed at breakfast one morning, thank you both. Will definitely be staying again next year.
