Bosko Guatapé is a truly unique experience. Staying in the dome surrounded by nature was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The views are beautiful, the space is private, and everything was clean and well maintained. Waking up to nature and the calm atmosphere made it feel like a complete escape. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the overall experience was memorable. Perfect for couples or anyone looking to disconnect and enjoy something different.

Beautiful place! The facilities are in perfect condition, every detail is carefully taken care of, with luxurious finishes. The personal care products are from well-known brands. The bed heating system is a perfect touch for cold nights, and the air conditioning works wonderfully during the day. The jacuzzi heats up perfectly and maintains the set temperature as long as you wish.|The common areas are stunning. The combination of a hot-water and a cold-water pool is very well thought out. The activities available at the Guatapé reservoir are also excellent. The staff are extremely kind, attentive, respectful, and impeccably presented. The food is made with top quality ingredients, offering great vegetarian options and delicious drinks.|Overall, everything was perfect, truly a dream experience.

We had an amazing two nights at BOSKO! The location is beautiful and peaceful, and the mushroom was such a fun glamping experience. The service was so attentive. The food was delicious - highly recommend the french toast! The staff helped arrange a tour of the town and a boat tour of the lake, both of which were so fun and informative. We wish we could stay longer!

From start to finish, my stay at Bosko was incredible. Everything went so smoothly — from booking on their website to the moment I left. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help.||We were greeted with a tasty welcome cocktail, which set the tone for the rest of the stay. The food was delicious and perfectly portioned, and the room had every detail you could think of. I really liked having air conditioning during the day and a heater at night — so comfy!||The sky pools were definitely one of my favorite parts — relaxing there with those amazing views was just unforgettable. I got to completely rest and disconnect; it’s the perfect place to recharge.||The next morning, breakfast in the room was such a treat — great food, total privacy, and a beautiful view. I also enjoyed some time in the jacuzzi, which made the morning even more relaxing. Later, I took a swim in the lake — such a refreshing and unique experience!||If anything, I just wish I’d stayed longer to enjoy more of what the hotel offers. I’ll definitely be back! :)

I went back and forth on whether or not to stay in the presidential mushroom and it was 100% worth it. Such a beautiful room and great experience! The service was great also! The staff went above and beyond to provide everything we needed! Cannot wait to visit again!

Bosko is a peace of heaven on earth. A very special place with lots of birds, comfortable suites with amazing views and delicious food from the restaurant. Everything we ate was absolutely remarkable. |I booked the best massage I've ever had. The service is impeccable.

If you want to be in the middle of nature this place is it! We stayed in the mushroom and had a nice view of all the trees and the lake. The beds had the ability to be heated which was such a nice touch. We had a night stay where it poured, thundered and truly felt like we were in the trees as we could see it all through the mushroom. The bosko pool was super relaxing day or night with a great view of the Peñol behind the hotel. My only suggestion is to maybe have an easier way for the guest to order food by this area. We had to get out and walk towards the front entrance to order some bites, but it came quickly and tasted great. During our stay we needed assistance with travel and booking a boat which was done all by the lovely employees. Everyone had a smiling face and was willing to help. Dinner and breakfast were cooked to perfection and tasted great!

Read carefully before you book. We unfortunately deeply regretted staying in this place, it’s an abysmal value and nothing about the operations screams luxury. Read reviews and make your own mind and note that many of the 5 stars are one nighters and influencers that do not have a better point of reference. But more importantly, notice how the management of this place is hostile to any negative reviews, in two out of three cases they turn it around and say property was not a good fit for them and they should’ve done more research, in others they just gaslight them for not understanding the “concept” of the hotel. Well, I’m sorry that I don’t find rooms full of bugs a “concept”, climbing an entire hill to the reception a “concept”, showering with tepid water a “concept”, torturous chairs in the dining area a “concept”. So indeed do your research and know Instagram photos a nowhere near what you actually get and if you indeed stay and write a negative review, do it while wearing a helmet.
