Bosque del Nahuel

I stayed in a cabin and it just wasn’t what was advertised. The room was dirty, I found multiple pieces of glass that my toddler stepped on and it just wasn’t well maintained. I told reception about the glass and they offered to send in housekeeping but I declined because I had already cleaned and didn’t want them going in there. They sent them in anyway without my consent or knowledge which was a huge breach of privacy for us. The staff however was lovely. Pablo, Leandro, Tobias and Johnny were all super nice and accommodating. They were very responsive, kind and warm. Great staff just not so great facilities.

This is a charming hotel with wonderful staff|Pablo and his colleagues arranged so many things with a smile and professionalism |He even arranged a welcome light supper on arrival even though the restaurant was closed due to Xmas eve.|Such lovely staff| Bathroom was great and room very acceptable.|One issue was that there was no outside seating but I think this is because it is more of a winter destination.|Beautiful location||

Very basic and bad breakfast, chalets are much worse than the pictures, cleaner left dirty rags in the sink, very far from the main town, not a good view

Lovely forest location: PEACEFUL. Super friendly and accommodating staff. One of the few hotels in Argentina to offer to help with luggage to the room since there wasn’t a luggage cart. The food is SUPERB. The rooms are CLEAN, cozy, comfortable and well appointed. And although I wasn’t able to enjoy the spa, looks BEAUTIFUL

This hotel is a little out of the town towards the national park. The staff were excellent and so helpful,the rooms very good though needing lighting as the trees shroud the building a little.||There a vista point on the top floor over the lake, a great pool and spa. Parking is a little away from the building but easy enough to handle luggage. Breakfast was good and adequate and there is a small charge for being in the national park which we happily paid. Just a stunning setting!

We arrived early on January 31, 2018, well before the set check-in time, and our room was made ready for us. A nice way to be greeted. The desk clerk (Claudio, I think his name is) was very gracious and helpful. As it was New Year's Eve, he called nearby restaurants to secure us a dinner reservation. Everything was booked, even the hotel restaurant, which was offering a special pre-fixe New Years meal. But what the hotel did do was make us an excellent salmon dinner which they served to our room. It turned out to be a great and very memorable way to welcome in the new year.|The hotel is in a quiet, rural location about 20 minutes from the city of Bariloche. It was perfect for us as we were there to hike, kayak, and go rafting. Our room was an end room (108) which is large with an excellent bathroom (including bidet and whirlpool tub) and very comfortable king size bed. Cross breeze ventilation from windows on three sides. |An excellent breakfast is served in the hotel's restaurant on the top floor. On the first floor is an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam, exercise and message rooms. My wife had the best massage of her life there! We didn't use these facilities (other than the message) but everything was modern and very clean.|If ever in Bariloche again, we will stay at Bosque del Nahuel. Very highly recommended!|

Chris at the front desk and all the boys were very helpful! despite they being very busy they lend us the telephone to call the airlines and sort out flight issues. They assisted us in all our needs. The room was very comfortable, big bed, they gave my son a separate bedroom and he loved, great location near Chao-Chao , awesome views, good atmosphere, the only suggestion to improve will be to review the food menu and made more available choices.

Amazing place for a relaxed vacation in Bariloche! Amazing staff, great facilities, restaurant on site has delicious food, great spa. We loved our time here! Nice location, big and clean rooms with amazing views to Nahuel Huapi lake.
