Bossotel Chiang Mai Hotel

We were happy with our stay. Freshly renovated and modernized hotel with perfect location for rail travelers. Many sitting areas available for those that arrive too early for checking in or those with later train after checking out. Very comfortable bed, very well layout room with good size bathroom with walk in shower. We have to check out early to catch early train so we didn’t get a chance to taste the included breakfast.

rooms are over priced. the area is nice, a little more local then being in old town. a downside is the train is right across the street, which can be loud and make the surrounding areas busy with backpackers. free breakfast in the mornings, decent food, could extend time a little bit for those who train muay thai in the area. during this time there is a lot of renovation going on, with loud electric tools starting around 9 AM. entrances are mostly blocked by construction and tools. saw dust everywhere from renovating the decking. they are also spray painting the hotel and isn’t well ventilated. no discounts offered to stay during construction. no cockroaches in the room, however many cockroaches were seen all over the decking areas and lobby. the pool is actually in a separate building, attached to nearby condos. it is very old, many pigeons have taken over the area, and it needs renovation.

I bought their room and hotel package from a travel fair in SG. Thank you Kun Pui and team for being so hospitable and taking care of my parents. Chiang mai hospitality is 💯💯💯. My parents had a bad flight delay from bangkok to chiang mai in Nov, they provided dinner on the house for them which was beyond expectations. They also recommended many places for my parents to explore. My parents really enjoyed themselves there. Thank you!! 🩵💜

I really wish I had stayed here—this place is awesome! The design and decor are super stylish and unique. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, making you feel right at home. I even got my train tickets here, and the process was quick and efficient. You’ll always know the time because of the many clocks around the place, which adds a quirky and cool vibe. Plus, the couch is so comfy—it’s the perfect spot to relax. Next time, I’m definitely staying here. The location is also fantastic, with plenty of food options nearby. Highly recommend!

This hotel is directly across the street from the train station so I stayed here one night before I took an early morning train to Bangkok. It is a basic hotel but the room was quiet and comfortable, the shower worked well and the bed was not bad as well. As others have said, it has 7-11 next door and breakfast is in the outdoor cafe next door - not a great selection but it fills the stomach.

Solid hotel next to train station, Hot water, Tub ( in the older rooms) Good linen Ice cold AC for price point is worth it 100% for me.. I sleep like the dead in this place.. some 0800 noise from Train station but not bad.

Couldn't believe how close this hotel was to the train station. Across the road, how convenient. Just walked over and bought our tickets to Phitsanulok. Easy peasy. A little restaurant outside the station entrance was perfect for a takeaway lunch for our train trip, and cheap. You can order full meals here also. The hotel room was not big but comfy, clean and had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Has an elevator. Not as much noise as we expected. Hardly any actually. We included breakfast, a great price deal, which we had in the restaurant next door. Al la carte. 7eleven store next door. Only approx. 20 minute walk to Ping River, a little longer to the market. Their is a lovely cafe/restaurant on the river also|| Would definitely stay here if needing to catch the train again. Really great price and convenient.

This is a lovely hotel with so much to offer. It is walking distance to the train station, and '' song theaw" transport is approx 60 baht to Tha Phea Gate. We had a room higher up to stop noise from traffic, etc. 7/11 is few doors away. Staff here are super friendly, n our room is huge, clean and shower is v good. Breakfast is chosen from a menu list, buffet breakfast only when there are coach loads of local tourists. Overall, I will stay here again.
