I highly recommend Dominic, the Director of Medical Aesthetics! He’s extremely easy to talk with. His chair-side manner is welcoming and stress free. He isn’t a high pressure salesperson trying to upsell products or procedures you are not interested in. He cares that you identify what you like about you and what would make you feel better having corrected or enhanced. I recently had services performed by Dominic, instead of Dr. Steve who has been my go to for the past 7 years. Before the procedure I developed full confidence in Dominic treating me.

Dr.Zivich and his team always make me feel comfortable and welcome. I tend to be a bit shy and nervous when speaking about my personal issues, but that all fades away here. I’m definitely a grateful patient.

Dr. Steve is professional but also super compassionate. He explains everything I a clear way, and makes everyone feel comfortable. The space is beautiful and clean!

Dr.z is the best! Had a few things come up and was able to text his office and they were at my service within 10 minutes every time. Whether its slicing my finger on a wine glass or needing a refill! Very grateful for the service.

Dr. Z is a fantastic provider. He and his practice are highly responsive. If you're in the market for a concierge health provider, Boston Direct Health is a great option. I've been seeing Dr. Z for a couple years now and am thrilled with the level of care I'm receiving.

Below is the placeholder for a proper review. In case I don't get back to it, I absolutely recommend Dr. Zivich. If I had any complaints, it would be that with Dr. Zivich as my primary physician, I've completely lost my blinders to the twisted system that is mainstream US healthcare. Not to mention how badly the broken system contorts good healthcare providers. Anyone who survives the mainstream churn that is medical and clinical education in the US-- and retains their empathy and capacity for critical thought--has my respect and recommendation. Wait times are excellent, office clean & comfortable, and the best healthcare support staff I've ever encountered.

The absolute best! I had my laser hair removal service with Amanda, and she was amazing, patient, and fun! I highly recommend this place :)

Giving it is how hard it is to find a good caring PCP I'm surprised there's not more reviews. Dr. Zivach is always available for any important medical questions or concerns. He has helped me greatly with my physical and mental health in the last year. He put Together a healthy eating regiment and work out routine for me. I lost 40# last year. It gave me great awareness and he educated me on my health and lifestyle. I've never experienced the care and customer service like this ever in 35 years. He's always available and truley a geniune man and Doctor. His office is right by Copley parking is easy to find. Just amazing! I'm surprised there are not more great reviews on here. I was Dr Zivachs patient at Fenway health for almost 2 years. I was so excited he was opening his new practice for many reasons. For one he has completely helped me with my mental and physical health. He went out of his way multiple times to answer questions regarding my physical health. My restaurant closed at the end of June last year. I was Hospitilzed for a few days. Dr Zivach came out of his way to come see me at Saint Elizabeth's. The staff and Doctors there were blown away. He is so caring and understanding and just wants the best for his patients. He always responds immediately via text or call. Ive never waited a long period of time for my medications. I would recommend him to anyone. Blessed to have him as my Dr.! Thanks Dr.Z!

Dr Zivich is amazing he actually takes the time to listen to you and hear you out. I've had other providers that just try and get in and get out as fast as they can. I highly recommend him to anyone
