Boston Hotel Hamburg

It was very nice to stay in hotel. The rooms were big and had everything you needed . Kind and professionel staff. We will definitely come again. ❤️❤️

Very comfortable boutique hotel, well situated for the town centre. Excellent breakfast and bedroom and bathroom a good size and well equipped. Staff friendly and helpful with good English. We will always try to stay here when in Hamburg.

Still haven't answered me after I presented my claim. CLeaning service came into our room without knocking before and they woke us up at 7am the next day to ask when check out was.

You have very good staff who showed a lot of care and understanding. My room was 5 star. Very pleased with the stay. Only downside was the locality, which had too much grafitee on buildings and it was too far away from city centre.

We are a family of 4 (2 grown children and parents) who stayed here for a week. It was excellent place to stay. It was an easy walk from the train station after about a 30 minute trip from Hamburg's airport- with only one transfer at the main train station. We arrived on Christmas day morning and went to the hotel to drop bags and were told we could check in early! The daily breakfast buffet was excellent and had lots of choices. Eggs, bacon , sausages, pastries, wonderful german bread and cold cuts and freshly squeezed orange juice. We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom apartments which was roomy enough for the 4 of us, comfy beds and a rain shower! It was in a quiet neighborhood and there were restaurants an easy walk away. The rooms were spotless and the bathroom had a hair dryer and soap, shampoo and lotion. The rooms were not cleaned daily (we didn't need it but if you are expecting new towels every day maybe you would have to ask for this service?). Staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English. I highly recommend staying here! We very much enjoyed our visit.

What a wonderful way to welcome in the new year 2024. We had a beautiful time in rainy Hamburg visiting museums, galleries, recommended restaurants and cafes. The hotel sauna was a pleasurable experience to warm up in the evenings. With the highlight of our new year getaway this charming and amazing boutique hotel. Fantastic service. Super delicious new year's eve menu with super attentive staff. The breakfast was also super delicious with a large selection from the buffet, including special requests to have cooked oat porridge. Thank you for making our stay at your hotel a memory to cherish.

Super room, large size with a comfy bed. |Loved the Molton brown bathroom products and room kept tidy everyday. |Friendly staff and easy to find hotel near the train station. |We used the public buses to hop on and off to the local attractions and found the buses easy to navigate. |Main Christmas markets only 10 minutes away on the bus. Nice to go into the busy areas and then equally as nice to leave it behind for a quiet nights sleep. |No breakfast with our room but it looked great and it costs €25 pp each morning. |We opted to explore and find breakfast each morning instead. |Overall great stay here, would return & recommend.

Bigg rooms great locking hotell. But we found dirty underwear in the sofa bed the kidz was sleeping in when we was checking out. The manager (man in the resepsjon) was rude and not apologetically at all. So Hotell is great locking. But cleaning and service was really bad.
