Symonne, was not just nice, but so helpful and accommodating. I drove all the way down from Cave Creek to pick up 10 chickens and she had them in the oven waiting for me. Not only that, but she helped me take them out to my car. Sometimes I wonder how employees do not understand work ethics anymore, or even how to work. As I watch people standing around, and the manager or the owner of the franchise does everything, and in this case it was the same. I always found that the more I did to stay busy, the faster the day went. Like pick up a broom, spray cloth to clean the tables, and greet people when they come in the door, that’s not asking too much. BECOME A TEAM! Thank you, Symonne you cooked my chicken perfectly and I had a successful party. I WOULD RECOMMEND

OK so me and my wife came here after a hard day of work thinking we’re going to have a great lovely meal. However we got here. Service is great but however the food is complete opposite macaroni and cheese literally are ice cold I bet into them and they was ice literally in my mouth. We had a breast piece of chicken, and it was not cooked all the way through, the chicken fried steak as stale as a hockey puck mashed potatoes and gravy taste like dirt only thing that is good. Here is the cookies they’re made fresh daily. I do not recommend coming here waste of money, waste of time

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Takes your online order, store has people in it, person going in and out the back door, front doors locked, open sign off, phone off the hook. Catering call center in India cannot help you, says store is open. Ripped off four people in the half hour I tried to get assistance. Will not answer knocks on windows, front or back doors. BUYER BEWARE

Ordered online. Create your own bowl. 2nd time in a row. I forgot to check the location of where I was getting it from. Mashed potatoes had no flavor - it was completely different taste than normal. Pretty gross. Ordered rotisserie chicken - all I got was a couple pieces of chicken and mostly cuts of skin in my bowl. I'm somewhat of a healthier eater and I like to get these bowls because it's usually good meat. Not this location. They do not care about quality whatsoever. I assume it's some lazy worker in there messing it up because there's multiple reviews about something similar recently. Bread was bland and different than normal too. Don't order from here until they figure this out.

Not a very happy thanksgiving. We live around the corner and eat here a few times a month and are always happy with the food, but yesterday we picked up the thanksgiving chicken meal for 3 and paid $55 for what I can only imagine is some outsourced force meat garbage. We didn’t receive the usual juicy rotisserie chicken Boston Market is famous for. It was dry and hard and cold. And tasted unseasoned. Not even salt or pepper. The slices had this fake brown coating on them which is meant to resemble crispy rotisserie chicken skin I’m sure. Well it’s not skin. It’s some chemical liquid smoke nonsense. The carrots in the stuffing were not cooked, like at all. We picked them out and ate the bland stuffing. The best part of the meal was the Mac and cheese because they didn’t cheap out on it for the holiday as it appears they did for everything else. Honestly I’d like a refund. I expected Boston market. Not a Walmart knock off in a Boston market bag at a Boston market price. It’s not fair.

I had an absolute terrible experience. The chicken was dry and bland. The cornbread was hard and cold. The macaroni and cheese was the worst. Noodles overcooked and soggy. Served in these cook out styrofoam containers. I’ve bought two meals for my son and i. We barely touched them. Extremely disappointing, wasting money. I’ll never return to this location ever again.

Oldie but a goodie for me. I got the 1/4 white with spinach and sweet potatoes. It also came with cornbread. The food was delicious just like I remembered it to be. The service was blah and left a lot to be desired. Start with a smile maybe? Anyway, I'll still eat here because I like the food.

Food was good. Service not good. Three of us waited 15 minutes to be acknowledge by an employee. When acknowledged, we were asked "have you decided what you want?" Tables not clean and trash full (see photos). Someone asked for a table to be clean, and it was, but not the other tables in the restaurant. (See two tables in distance, beyond the two men.) We came here because of the rating. Hopefully it was for the food not service.
