We visited on a rainy Saturday in mid-April 2025 around noon. There were many cars in the parking lot but there were still plenty of spaces on the far end. The sign is right in front of the visitor center if you wanted to take pictures. There are multiple doors you can use to enter the visitor center. The visitor center is very nice and looks really new. Not sure when it was last renovated. There were a number of volunteers and ranger staff when we arrived. Everyone was there to help answer questions or provide suggestions on things to do in the park. The multiple National Park Cancellation stamps could all be found on the left hand side of the book store. It's a pretty tight little corner they put it in. The store is in the center with exhibits on the left and right of it. There is also an upstairs with a bunch of more activities and many focused more on younger kids which was great. Perfect for a rainy day. There are also a couple of family bathrooms upstairs as well. The regular bathrooms are just outside the visitor center in a separate building. While we were there the train actually went by the building which was pretty awesome. I was quick enough to grab a quick shot of it through the upstairs window. There wasn't enough time to run outside to get a picture. We also got our junior ranger books here and you could sit upstairs and work on it. It's easiest if you go out and do some of the hikes and sites in order to complete it. Overall we would probably not visit this visitor center again unless you needed something to do on a rainy day. There are so many other things to see in the national park. We stayed there for maybe 45 mins total. There are things to see outside the visitor center too that is all walking distance.

Visitor center was nice, very clean, wellkept, has public restrooms, AC, Has a gift shop and also had park rangers that were willing to answer any and all questions. There is a bunch of educational stuff everywhere And there's also an area specifically for children upstairs. Love this place!

Very nice but quant visitors center! Everyone inside was very knowledgeable and friendly, they have a small little gift shop with some T-shirts, magnets, mugs, stamps. There is an upstairs you can explore with more information about the park and the surrounding lands. Glad we stopped!

Google
Good guide there to help orient us for our first visit to this spread out National Park. This is where you get your National Park Passport stamps. We saw a park Ranger deputize a new Jr. Rangers there! Right next to the train station for the train that passes throughout the park.

The park rangers at the office were by far the nicest I've met out of the 23 parks I've been to. Brandywine falls boardwalk to the fall was nice easy walk. This National Park itself rather disappointing when compared to Redwoods or Bryce Canyon.

Google
Very crowded on a Saturday visit...did the Ledges hike which was very cool. This park has a lot of history versus outdoor stuff to do...the rangers here were very helpful and nice.

The park rangers were very helpful and friendly. The visitor center was very nicely setup and offered a lot of interesting information about the park. The trails were very nicely maintained and easily accessible. The canal trail was very peaceful, relaxing, and an easy hike.

Google
Small, two-story visito center. Plenty of friendly Park Rangers willing to answer all of your park questions. Great displays and guidance to everything the park has to offer. You can jump on the train here.

Yelp
One of the most beautiful visitor centers we've been to. Two stories tall, with a small little shop on the 1st floor and some interactive and educational bits on top. The real winner was the variety of wildflowers growing outside. Right behind, there is a gorgeous bridge that goes over a stream. The bathrooms were plentiful and decently clean.

Yelp
A very well maintained visitor center with amazing staff who truly value America's National Parks. The center sells merchandise and has a wealth of information about the history of the park. Restrooms are on the top floor. Stamps for the National Park Passport is available in a cosy corner. John was the staff member who helped me at the visitor center. He was very informative and provided me with the right suggestions, since my time at the park was limited. He also consulted with the Ranger and advised me of 3 to 4 spots that I could visit within a two hour duration. I truly appreciate the service provided by national park staff members who genuinely want every visitor to have an amazing visit. Thank you John!

Yelp
Super clean visitor center and there are other places to explore around (bridge, another shop). The visitor center doesn't have a lot of merchandise (you have to go to a spot by the edge of the national park). This visitor center is more to learn about Cuyahoga and different hikes. The staff are super knowledge and happy to help. You can also do a scavenger hunt to find animals around the center. The top level has a place for kids to play around with and there are spots to leave your observations and reflections about the park. Super fun!

Yelp
A small, compact and rather gorgeous Cuyahoga Falls visitor Center located on a train stop of the parks scenic railway. The original 1905 biulding was transformed into the Boston Mill Visitor Center in 2019. The center includes murals of late 1880's - early 1920's Cleveland and Akron, artifacts of those eras, and interactive history stations. The courteous staff are extremely knowledgeable about the park trails, nearby attractions and restaurants / cafes. Definitely the place to start your Cuyahoga Falls Nat'l Park adventure.

Yelp
BSVC is part pristine store, part ranger station above a (now) pristine river. This is the place for souvenirs and stamps in your National Parks passport, and may be the most accessible visitor center in the US. Here, our girl was sworn in as a Junior Ranger! How many times have we driven over this neat site unaware of the history and nature beneath? Or the many waterfalls? Not just a store/stamp station, this is also an interpretive spot. Where you now see bike parking and grandparents take little ones for a train ride it used to be a bustling industrial center, the reason for the village itself. That, and watching the river run past, you wouldn't know this was once a nearly dead river that once or twice (or more? Gasp!) caught fire in Cleveland. In all, it's a remarkable site, and a great place to conclude a Cuyahoga Valley visit. The restrooms are in the small gray house next door to the visitor center, so don't go looking for them in the visitor center itself. For some reason sink plumbing wasn't hooked up, but being not quite post-covid there was plenty hand sanitizer available. Mind the train crossing of course, here and throughout the park, and enjoy!

Yelp
This is one of the most beautiful visitor centers that I have ever experienced! The center is in the heart of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The original building was built in 1905 and served as a general store for the Cleveland- Akron bag company. It was rehabilitated and opened in 2019. I was very impressed that the historical feel of the era was maintained. Train tracks are immediately in front of the building and it is also a train stop. Sitting next to the main building is another building that houses the (modern and beautifully maintained) restrooms. The center is divided into 3 sections. One section houses a large 3-D topographical map of the park and murals of the cities of Cleveland and Akron that flank the park . The central section houses the souvenir and retail store, and the third section houses portraits, books, and interactive history. There are also artifacts from the original building on display. The staff were very knowledgable and provided valuable information about the park, trails, surrounding areas, and recommendations for area restaurants, coffee shops and more! This is the perfect place to begin one's visit to the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

Yelp
Beautiful visitor center in the heart of Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The center provides information about the national park with infographics and scale models, information about things to do in the area, Park staff, and a gift shop. Bathrooms are available in a separate building adjacent to the center. Ample parking is available, and the center is also a train stop. Many trails can be accessed from the center as well. I highly recommend stopping in this location when visiting the national park.

Yelp
This is a beautiful visitors center. It smells brand new, it's been revitalized, and there are Ranger talks daily at 10am. The bathrooms are brand new and there are so many trails that stay here. This is a must visit with some great merchandise for sale!

Yelp
***This review is for the newly renovated Visitor Center which opened Oct. 2019:*** Beautifully renovated spot in the heart of CVNP! The Conservancy raised more than $7M to complete this renovation, which is located just down the road from the old visitor center. The building was apparently built in 1905 and they did an amazing job keeing its character while updating it beautifully to reflect the region's history and evolution into modern day. It also appears to be very accessible to those with mobility challenges (accessible entrance on the south side of the building and an elevator inside). Floor to ceiling murals paint a picture of the park from downtown Akron all the way to Cleveland, a topographical map installation lets you see the peaks and valleys of the entire park right in front of you, and tons and tons of flipbooks, portraits, and museum-like touches throughout the building provide an interactive way to learn about the region's early settlers and history. So many community groups played a role in making this space happen. The center has maps, lots of fun gear and gift items, and friendly, informative staff. It just opened a week ago and in my two visits since then, it already seems to be serving as a central hub for our park!

Yelp
I've been to a ton of national parks and there is a big range in visitors centers. This is one of the better ones. There is an exhibit and information about the history of the building inside. Also a gift shop with fun national parks stuff including games, puzzles, passports, books, and more. Mostly giving this five stars because the rangers were fantastic - informative, fun, and talkative. Worth a stop if you're in the Cuyahoga Valley NP.

Yelp
If you aren't familiar with the area or haven't been here before come here first. I didn't know what this place had to offer and the park ranger Daniel was beyond helpful. She explained what trails and falls that were here, and she gave us a map of what would be the best to visit. Both the trails and waterfalls were just amazing. I recommend coming here.

Yelp
Cool visitor center with an informative film about Cuyahoga National Park! Definitely worth a visit. Really friendly park rangers, and they're super ready to help you out! There are maps to take and stamps to have from here as well.

Yelp
Stopped here for bathroom and park information before embarking on our two day trip. Very clean facilities and super helpful volunteers giving great directions. We also bought magnets here for our collection. They have rubber stamps kids can stamp their activity book or journals.

Yelp
Average NPS Visitor Center. I'm eagerly awaiting the opening of the new and improved one down the street but it's good for stamps, info, and towpath trail access.

Yelp
We stopped here during a long bike ride. It was quaint enough and it was nice to hit the general store for some fresh water.
