Google
The yearly art festival is worth seeing. They have artists from across America attending and selling their works. I would estimate that there were between 200 and 250 artists. Highly recommended!

Mariana M

Google
I love it. Lots of locals, specially young people and teens. Easy sloop was great to improve, the intermediate ones were also good my husband and kids said. Customer service awesome! Remember to use the Epic card for discount in food and rental equipment.

Gary Townsend

Google
Decent place to ski if you don't wanna drive too far from Cleveland. Can get kinda crowded on the weekends or on the evenings during the week when there are a lot of ski clubs present.

Scott Factor

Google
It is what it is - a small, midwestern ski hill. Want to learn to ski? Great place. Have a few beers and ski with friends? Perfect. Let the young kids go around with their friends? This is the place. My kids and I learned to ski at BMBW - and just took our first family trip to CO on the EPIC pass. Its a great system that has let my family of five (not wealthy) become skiers.

Google
My first time skiing since I've moved to the area. I came to the Boston mills side of the resort. It's alright, I suppose. Good for beginners. Snow was nice. Crowded AF with kids today. (Saturday). I'm usually a solo skiier. If I come back, it will be a weekday. There is no changing room except for the bathroom here. Put on your snow pants etc in the car or before you come.

Google
Slopes were so easy, got the whole resort done in a few hours. Tiny resort. Why would they call a slope on here a black diamond? Lift lines are moderately long and this resort is full of newbies, so don’t expect much from this resort, but this is a good place to practice skiing or touch up on skills at the beginning of the season. Honestly this is not worth it as an experienced skier.

Google
Went to the Boston Mills ArtFest preview show yesterday and it was by far one of best art festivals ive ever been to. It was my first time and I can't wait for next year. It's amazing that it has been happening every year for the past 50 some years. It was the 49th annual one...but without covid, it would have been I believe the 51st one. There were absolutely so many amazing artists there. I purchased a few small pieces...1 for me and 2 for friends, all originals. The food was REALLY good. The service was wonderful and really can't ask for a better time. I really hope they never stop hosting this art festival.

Google
Rentals take forever, Boston mills setup is way better and easier and if you have your own equipment it's not so bad. Things have changed so much since covid less hours and cost ect.. but to get out and test equipment and make sure your good before a big trip or if you new it's okay and close

Yelp
Great little ski resort to spend the day at. Family friendly. Good food. Lots of fun.
google avatar

Yelp
Extremely disappointing - it's basically a sledding hill they are calling a ski resort. Cost a lot more for a night lift ticket there than an actual resort, and you'll spend most of your time waiting behind a large group of kids that got dropped off by their parents. Probably great for teens to hang out, but if you're looking for skiing you definitely won't get your money's worth.

Yelp
Boston Mills & Brandywine ski areas sit in the same state park but are five miles apart and not connected. Both are on the Epic pass aka Vail Resorts. Fortunately, they both seem to have kept their local mountain feel. Boston Mills is open 10-9pm and has some nice runs with a couple of steep runs and a few bumps to play in. BM has a nice lodge with the option of lockers and cubbies for your ski bags. Typical cafeteria and a fun bar upstairs. BM has a weekly ski school for the under 5 kids and ladies ski lessons on Tuesdays. Brandywine is a little smaller but offers a variety of terrain. During the week it is only open 3:30-9pm. The cafeteria & bar are upstairs. The area seems very popular with local school ski clubs. They come by the bus load. Needless to say by 5:30pm, we were the oldest people on the mountain. Ah, the night skiing memories of my youth. Bad choices leading to spectacular crashes. All the staff at both resorts were very friendly and helpful. The slopes nicely groomed and fun to get a ski day in. Hopefully, Vail doesn't screw up the local vibe and make it to expensive.

Larry C.

Yelp
Prices are ok for a ski resort. They removed locks from the lockers but have signs everywhere to lock up your valuables. Very silly.
google avatar

Robert B.

Yelp
Slow operations, long lift lines, and longer rental equipment lines. No terrain park when there was enough snow to put it together. Vail resorts is doing a terrible job.
google avatar

Theodore C.

Yelp
I know a lot of people have an issue with this resort due to the limited amount of runs. As someone who learned to ski in Colorado I truly get it. However, we are in Ohio and cant magically make our mountains larger. For what they have I think they do a great job. Easy to park, prices are reasonable, and not too crowded. Now that they are part of Vail Resorts starting this season and part of the Epic Pass I only expect it to get better. Staff is very friendly and a fun place to go for a few hours.
google avatar

Tiffany S.

Yelp
Our favorite nearby ski/snowboarding place. Plenty of hills, great service! It's a fun place to hang out - especially if you're with a group!

Dominic N.

Yelp
Why is there no snow being made. It's below the temperature and you guys still have not even opened all the hills at brandywine and it's a complete joke
google avatar

Hannah B.

Yelp
I had a great time here. It was my first time skiing. My instructor, Taggart, was really patient and helpful. He had me down an intermediate hill by the end of the day. I look forward to going back.

Richard W.

Yelp
Great staff. Everyone is polite and friendly and they are sure working hard to provide skiing opportunities in Ohio.

Katie M.

Yelp
Have been here a few times, used to come here for college ID nights with friends and always had a great time. This is my first time back in a year and it has honestly been the worst experience. Barely any snow, it's cold enough, not sure why the snow machines aren't going? Came up to the bar to grab some food and a few drinks, very small selection of drinks. Was given the biggest attitude by the bartender at the Boston mills location bar. She was very rude to not only customers but her coworker as well who was actually being attentive and pleasant to everyone around him. Probably will not be coming back ever again.
google avatar

Omar G.

Yelp
Its a small yet well kept resort. Its a must if you like tubing, skying or snowboarding. It has a food court and 2 fireplaces inside. Its decent.

Christine A.

Yelp
For families considering buying an Ohio Epic Pass my words of advice - don't do it. The resorts in Ohio have reduced hours, are crowded beyond belief, are closed all the time. We bought the pass for our 2 kids who went twice and second time was for 30 minutes where they decided to leave the experience was so bad. The resorts are definitely not what they used to be and the Ohio Epic Pass is a waste of money.

Eric K.

Yelp
Shame on Boston Mills / Brandywine - My daughter arrived with her ski club at 5:30 on Jan 21, 2022. She was in rental equipment lines for 3 hours! (1 hour for boots and 2 hours for skis) She was able to ski down once on the bunny hill and then it was time to return to school. I realize that Covid has brought with it challenges, but this was predictable based on the number of kids from various school who would need rentals. The resort should not accept money for services it cannot provide.
google avatar

Chantai L.

Yelp
I was unable to stay long there and I also wasn't able to participate in some of the things that they offered like skiing so the only thing I can give you a reference about is their end or lodges it was very crowded and there were a lot of children even around 9 and 10 at night people seem to have been enjoying themselves so I'm assuming that it is a great place for families they also have equipment that you're able to rent so that you can participate in the activities they have there if you don't have your own I'm not telling anyone to shy away from it I think that everyone should experience it on their own terms and I will go back to see if my first experience was just not as pleasant because of the limited time in capability of doing the activities that I had.

Yelp
its the only place in cleveland to get your snowboard fix. And its one of the ways you can tolerate winter around here. Its not colorado with 12k feet elevations but you can get in some decent quick runs in to hone your shredding skills. Brandywine is my choice to go to since they cater more to snowboarders with a novice and advanced terrain park and other various hills of all skill levels to accomodate everyone. Its great on Friday night midnight madness. The bar is packed and there is a DJ there cutting it up with decent tunes.

Yelp
Don't think the size of the resorts should weigh in on their ratings. It's Ohio and you have to take what you can get. Lifts are always operational and in good working conditions. They keep the parks well maintained and the base lodges are always clean. Overall it's about as good of a ski/snowboard experience as you can get in northeeast ohIo

Yelp
I'm not one to go out of my way to leave a review but lemme tell ya I just come here to enjoy my day have a good time fun fun fun ya dig and I go try to cop some snak ya feel then I get this snac it was the last lonely boi so I felt we had a connection so I take homeboy over to ma table to munch on and ......I'm not mad at all I got to pick up the lonely runt and enjoy him :) p.s. only reason I Gave 5 stars is because the kitchen staff is all a bunch of hotties

Yelp
Snow tubing hills were slush, we were lucky if we made it 25 feet and had to walk the rest. This place obviously knew the hills were not frozen and still stayed open while declining any refunds. Wast of time and money. Owners should be ashamed of themselves.

Yelp
We visited the Polar Blast Tubing part of the resort. It was lots of fun! It was a little crowded (a Saturday afternoon), but we didn't have to wait in any lines because everything moves pretty fast. The conveyor belt lift up to the top was awesome. The staff at the top of the hills was very helpful. They helped to hook tubes together, spin people around, help people get loaded in. It was nice to see them doing something and not just supervising. Also, there were two outdoor seating areas with fires bringing which was great, made the whole area smell good! Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because this is a little on the pricey side. $25/pp for 3 hrs of tubing seems a little steep. The lodge has some food, but also crazy expensive. I went with just one other adult, but I can't imagine bringing a family here in a budget. Overall, would highly recommend as a fun activity, and certainly a better option than skiing if you're not horribly fond of it. Please note that this activity does require a certain amount of physical endurance. There is a good bit of walking up hills, walking on snow, and hauling tubes around.

Gavin D.

Yelp
It was a great family owned ski resort until vail bought it and jacked up the prices on everything.

Yelp
Pros: -Super easy to park, purchase a day pass, get your equipment, put your stuff in a locker, get on the lift, ski down and repeat. -Food/Bar had a decent number of selections and was priced well and tasted good. -If you are a beginner, this is a very easy place to ski or learn how to ski. The hill is not very steep or difficult to get down. -We went on a Thursday and there were not very many people there. There were no waits for the lift and it was easy to get to them from the lodge. Cons: -For the most past the snow is not real, it is man-made, and because of this it can get pretty icy and sometimes hard to maneuver. Skiing on fresh powder is ten times better. -Because this is a local resort it is not very big. It takes 5 minutes to get down the mountain and there are only a handful of slopes so you'll ski down all of them fairly quickly. There is not much variety.

Yelp
Let me preface this with the fact that I never leave bad ratings... Took the kids and wife down here for tubing on a Friday night. 1. 25 bucks is not bad, asked the girl (who finally looked up from her phone to help us) if they had a military discount. She said no not on weekends...ok i guess no biggie. while using the urinal i see a flyer saying they have military discounts...chalked that one up. 2. If you like walking through a foot and a half snow for a quarter mile after every run this is your place! The walkway from the end of the run back to the life is DEEEEEEP snow. I asked the guy, dont you guys own even 1 snow blower? He said " Come later in the year when it is all packed down from people walking on it". And you think it is over when you get to the top. Wrong, another 100 yards of knee deep snow to the hill. 3. Paid for 3 hours, went down the hill 3 times. Due to the exhausting walk back to the lift. Kids didnt even want to go. 4. The snow tube run ends less than half the way down. Then you have to walk the rest of the way to the end. We have been to many tubing spots in Mass. and Maine. All have cleared walkways to and from the end of the run. We were sweating so bad We had to shed clothes in 14 degree weather. In closing. It was fun but I will pass this information to anyone who asks about this spot. We will never be returning.

Yelp
Boston Mills and Brandywine Ski Resorts are a pair of ski areas only a couple miles apart. The best way to think of them is essentially two areas of the same resort (combined with a third resort of Alpine Valley) each with their own feel and style. Boston Mills is a little more challenging, with steeper runs for the corresponding colors, with the green preparing you for the blue, the blue for the black, nice progression for learning. The lodge is very old school and charming, with the only criticism being that bigger chairs are needed for the tables. Brandywine has a slightly wider feeling on the runs, with a safer feeling for developing skills as long as it's not too crowded. Snow seems to ice over quicker at Brandywine, possibly due to sun angles and higher use by snowboarders. I don't snowboard, but they seem to like Brandywine more, with slopes that are better for them and a nice triple set of Parks for them to ride! A nice new lodge is at Brandywine, but feels less intimate than BM. Alpine Valley is about 45 minutes later and gives a nice feeling a skiing through the trees in your own little resort. I love these resorts and look forward to getting my pass every year! Ski local and ski Ohio!!!!

Yelp
Went tubing at Polar Blast last night and we did have a blast! At first, we had to wait about 30 minutes in line and another 20 minutes in a line on the hill. So that wasn't good, but after about an hour, people started to leave. Once people left, the hill lines moved faster and we got more rides in. I'd love to go back when there is more snow and all the tube hills are open. Tubing was really fun. They had a bonfire and a warm building that you could huddle in and eat/drink. I tasted some french fries and they were decent, but nothing amazing. The tubing area has a large building, which holds lots of people. Most importantly, the building is heated and has lots of tables to sit at while you warm up. It's a bit pricey to get in, $25 per person, so go when there are deals.

Yelp
boston mills ,brandywine and alpine valley were great ski areas till vail resorts bought them in my opinion . i have had a pass for these resorts for 30 years ..now they have cut the resort hours at all these resorts compared to the previous owners . they didnt open for the season until way later than usual, many runs and lifts are closed for all or part of the day such as the double chair on the north bowl at boston mills .the bar is erradically open . they didnt even open tiger black diamond run till half the season was over or thereabouts . its such ashame . there is so much room for improvement from my viewpoint .until or even if that happens i can not raise my personal rating . it seems to me that once we buy a season pass and they have your money there is no incentive to improve the operations of these local ne ohio resorts .

Yelp
Let me start by saying this, It is a great resort IF you have never been out of Ohio. If you have, you realize how tiny and crappy it really is. But hey, for Ohio it is the best in the state. That isn't saying much though. I get a season pass every year anyway though. It is insanely expensive for a crappy resort too. I paid almost 300 dollars for a weekly pass during their SALE! Not much of sale.... A Holiday Valley pass isn't that much and Holiday Valley is 3 times as nice. The food is standard cafeteria food and the bars are just ok. So what do they actually do well? Their parks and terrain every year are actually really nice. They have great jumps set up and their boxes and rails are usually really well laid out. As a matter of fact their parks have been my favorite so far. They just nail it. I think they know the hills take a minute to go down so they make sweet board parks. Their late nights and college ID nights are cool too. They also do special events and contest which are actually pretty fun. So there you have it. Crappy expensive hills but great parks?!

Yelp
I've been going here since grade school. They have an excellent program for learning how to ski and snowboard which I did myself when I was young. I just went back recently and found it hasn't changed much. The upstairs bar at Boston Mills is awesome. Very festive with the décor and has great food. Brandy Wines bar is slightly on the douchey side. Loud music and packed all the way out to the balcony. Not really my scene. I find it best for experienced skiers and snowboarders to go during the day when kids are in school, or late at night. Since I don't get to go as often as I like, I prefer Boston Mills. It's a little on the easier side. Plus I've found that the better athletes go to Brandy Wine and I hate to get in the way. I can still board with the best of them, but the older I get, the more cautious I become.

Jenna R.

Yelp
The service was bad and the were were rude. i had a problem with my skiis twice. the first time, they gave me the wrong size. The second time the boot would go into the ski but would wiggle in the skiis which isn't suppose to happen. they fell off twice in the same run. When i got the skiis fixed the second time, i received some attitude from the workers. My friend accidentally set her ticket to a different day which isn't the company's fault but when they were asked to change it they wouldn't at first. In the end they eventually did it but it took a lot of convincing. and it wasn't a difficult task for them either. in the end i still had a good time but it wasn't that great of an experience.

Sonia M.

Yelp
I agree with the earlier post that this resort is great for people who haven't skied outside Ohio. It is expensive, and I found the staff to just expect me to know all of the logistics of the "resort" (i.e. Where the holders are for the lift tickets). The park is small, and doesn't have many food options so I wouldn't call it a resort. This probably goes without saying, but if you're a beginner only ski/snow board when there's natural snow. I had a particularly bad time on ice-covered hills at this location.

Eve H.

Yelp
My husband and I have been skiing at Boston Mills/Brandywine for over 20 years now and are pleased with MOST of the changes that have been made over the course of time, but we do have issues with some of them. While it is helpful to have large clocks in the windows of the little buildings at the bottom/top of the lifts, their batteries need to be checked on a regular basis. Today at Brandywine, none of the clocks showed the correct time! We also noticed that one of our favorite runs at Brandywine--starting out on Shredder and then cutting over past the first snow machine to finish on Grizzly--has been ruined by the addition of rails and several other pieces of similar equipment. We understand why half of Shredder was turned into a terrain park many years ago, but why is the remaining half now going the same route?

Heather G.

Yelp
Went here to enjoy a night of tubing with my family. Unfortunately it was a horrible experience. When we spent $125 on tubing passes, we were NEVER told the slopes were running slow, or that we had an opportunity to view the slopes first before purchasing a pass. Our one and only run down was less than slow, it was nearly a snails pace. We rode a 1/4 way down and ended up walking the rest. When we went back for a full refund, we were met with extreme rudeness by the staff and management. The refused to give a full refund. Even though we literally used their slow running slopes for less than 30 seconds. Today is March 4th, it's been since February 16th and I still have not received any calls back from the 3 managers I spoke with. That should say something about how they don't care about customer satisfaction. Buyers beware. They will take your money and lie to you about the slope conditions. Do not expect any help if your upset or dissatisfied. That is why I have formally taken my complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

Max S.

Yelp
The snow tubing was awful u went slower than molasses down the hill and I walked farther than I tuned. The fastest I ever went was on the people mover up the hill. The most fun I had was picking up the 10 pound chunks of snow from the walls. You also couldn't put more than 4 people down at a time which is super inconvenient if you have an odd number group larger than 4. Overall it really sucked.
google avatar

Dani M.

Yelp
Brandywine is an awesome place to snowboard! They do late night sessions, which are always a blast and not super crowded and they always have awesome promotions for college students, women's night and more! I highly suggest going here for a super fun night of boarding!

Jeff D.

Yelp
Nice training slopes and a good near by local resort. Many people complain that it is not like upstate NY, or Vail, CO, and they are correct. It is a wonderful local Ski Resort with a nice small ski lodge. Nice if you want to hit the slopes after work, or a quick weekend run down the slopes.

Eric S.

Yelp
Make sure you don't accidentally show up on college ID night. It took me 3 hours to navigate parking, the lift pass line then rentals. Then the lift lines took 20 more minutes each time. All in all I was there almost 5 hours and got 4, 30 second runs in. It would have been much quicker to just walk up the hills. A complete waste of a Saturday.

Yelp
Boston Mills and Brandywine are nice ski resorts located in the Valley about ten minutes apart from each other. With one exception out in Geauga County, they are the only places to ski in the area. Although the skiing is much better outside of Ohio, these places make the best out of the gentle terrain. Boston Mills has longer hours in general and tends to open a bit earlier in the season than Brandywine. Boston Mills also has the longer vertical drop of the two. However, the lifts are newer and much better at Brandywine than at Boston Mills. I tend to go to Boston Mills more because it is closer to me, but I do like Brandywine though. Brandywine has more trails at 11, compared to Boston Mills' 7. Both resorts are very friendly to beginners and offer plenty of lessons for both skiing and snowboarding. I will say that the food is really bad at both resorts. They are both cafeteria style. The last time I went skiing, I had a cheeseburger and it had to be one of the worst I've ever had. The patty looked like mystery meat and had no flavor at all. New this year is Polar Blast, which is a tubing center adjacent to Brandywine. I haven't been there yet, but I'll update this review when I go. Overall, if you're looking for some winter fun in Northeast Ohio, Boston Mills and Brandywine are great places to spend a few hours. Update: I have been to Polar Blast and it is awesome! There were about 9 lanes open and about 4 had "jumps" on them. You didn't really jump, but they added some excitement. The place was packed when I went on a Friday night. The lanes are longer and taller than the old tubing lanes. If you want to go out and have some winter fun without much hassle, head over to Polar Blast at Brandywine.

Mike B.

Yelp
Just as charming as I remember growing up, but a lot more snowboarders now. Two stars off because 1) they turned my favorite slope (downdraft) into a terrain park since their other ones weren't open yet. and 2) they stopped operating the shuttle service between BM and BW, although I'm not sure if it still runs on the weekends. Three stars come from plenty of lifts for the size, good snowmaking coverage, and 1/2 off passes thanks to having my season pass from mad river. As good as you can get within an hour of Cleveland.

Yelp
Wanted to get out for the first turns of the season to warm up my legs before heading back home to the mountains of Banff and Lake Louise so I headed out to Boston Mills after work yesterday. Best thing about this place is the proximity to my house, 30 min drive will get me to this decent little ski hill! With all the recent snow, I was quite happy with the conditions at Boston Mills (Brandywine wasn't open yet, but probably will be in a couple of days). Good base, lightly groomed and pretty soft snow for an Eastern hill. This is a great place to take people who are just starting off learning how to ski or snowboard, lots of families with little kids on the hill who were learning their first turns. I would highly recommend it just for that purpose alone. Only A-OK, you say? yeah, and not because I'm comparing it to my Western resorts....I went after 3:30 when they have reduced lift ticket prices for evening skiing (open until 9:30 most weekdays for the after-work crowd), but with lift ticket and rental I wound up paying $62....for 6 runs on a hill. This seemed a little outrageous considering one run is green, 2 blue and 3 black but one of the blue runs has a terrain park on it that's covered with teenage snowboarders. And the "Black" rating on those runs is a little suspicious, one of them might actually deserve it...at most resort the other two would probably only qualify for a Blue rating. Spent 75% of my time on the lifts because the runs are so short, yes, I know Ohio is flat but I doubt I'll be coming back here unless I'm teaching someone to ski....I would probably just make a weekend trip out to a few larger hills that are all within 200 miles of Cleveland to get my "ski-fix".

Yelp
We checked Brandywine out last night. Great weather for a night out on the hills, decent powder, with a few icy patches. It was "ladies night" which is a great special, my husband and I were able to ski under $30! Little did we know everyone else in the area also wanted to ski cheap! Place was slammed busy! which isn't anything against the resort, just made for a long night with little pleasure. Kind of like waiting in line at disneyworld for one 30 second ride. The runs aren't very long and the overall place is a little small. For beginners/intermediate skiers, there are about 3 hills and they are very much"bunnyhills." Overall, for the $30 we spent for the night, it wasn't bad, but I wouldn't go back paying for a day pass. Maybe we will try Boston Mills next time or just stick with Alpine Valley, which shockingly is a little more fun just because of the longer runs.

Yelp
The women's snow discovery program is very well organized and well run. If you have never been on skis or never snowboarded, not to worry. You will be paired up with similar ability folks in your small group. And if you are advanced, same thing. Dixie is a wonderful instructor for beginners...she communicates well, she is patient, and she loves what she does. And she installs confidence in you. I am having such a great time learning how to snowboard!

Yelp
It's Cleveland, Ohio. You can't expect much from these hills. They have a fabulous ski program for kids, Mogul Mites. It's great. I recommend for all of you with little ones. Perfect place to learn before hitting real mountains.

Phil M.

Yelp
Small but clean, staff was friendly. Took niece for first time snowboarding at Boston Mills with group lesson. Being an old school "pizza/french fries" skier, everyone I taught was on a rope tow then a chair lift before the lesson was over. There the instructors were friendly enough it seemed the entire lesson consisted of hopping around with one boot in, then taking turns falling down a small incline below the base of the lift. Never made it on the 2-chair lift, or the rope tow, or the "magic carpet". Not even once stepped on the bunny hill, lesson over. Got cheeseburgers at the cafeteria. Tasted just like dog food smells. $4.50 each directly in the trash after one bite. Food service director should be ashamed to serve such disgusting excuse for a burger. edit. Looking over past reviews I saw from 2007, food was bad and "cheeseburger was worst I ever had" so I guess they don't care their food sucks and are still serving the same eight years later.

Yelp
Small time snowboarding, but the bloody marys at the bar is the BEST I have ever had!!! They are so good, I would go back just for them!

Yelp
BMBW is as good as a ski resort can get! Even though I haven't been there as many time as others, it was still the most fun I have ever had in the winter. With many hills to choose from this resort has a great variety. I recommend this to any daredevils who are looking for a thrill in the winter.

Yelp
This place is under new management, and it has degraded significantly. Expect long lines, rocks scattered throughout the lift area, frequent lift stoppages due to poorly maintained equipment, and recently, they even closed the resort on a weekend because it was cold, and the majority of the "guests" are prepaid season ticket holders - and they are no longer valued.

Yelp
This place is no good. I went skiing with my friends and had a great time here. Then the next day I went to ski club where we are required to take a lesson. I went to the beginner lesson. They told me I was too good. I went to the next lesson up and the teacher never showed up for that lesson. Some lady talked to me and my ski coordinator from my school and placed me in a more advanced lesson instead of advising me to wait for the next easier lesson to come around. My ski coordinator expressed her uncertainty about this but she seemed unconcerned. The instructor for that lesson seemed annoyed that a beginner like me had been placed in the intermediate lesson, and said that he was annoyed at the lady who put me in the lesson and that she knew nothing about skiing. Needless to say I took a hard fall during the lesson since I wasn't ready for it. I broke my arm and had to have major surgery to fix it. The ski instructor seemed more worried about being sued then helping me, refusing to help me barely at all even though I was in excruciating pain.He was only a junior in high school. What place hires a junior in high school for an instructor? The ski patrol told me it was just a contusion and to wait to go to the doctor. Because of this I walked around for five days with a severely broken arm. Now when we asked for a refund for their mistake, they sent us a gift card that wouldn't even pay for a a half a season of skiing. They are extremely unprofessional and their system is flawed and disorganized. Shame on them for running such a poor excuse for a ski resort.

Yelp
overall, a nice place to go ski/snowboard if you want to work on something. personally, i like bigger ski resorts. i also ran into a issue last year the the managment staff was not that nice and did not handle the issue that well. not really a place that i would like to go again, but will with friends just to have fun. weekends get very busy and not worth paying what they want for a lift ticket
