This place is perfect after going to lanikai or Kailua beach. Pizzas are excellent. We loved the crust!! Warning… their “slice” order comes with two large slices 😋 plenty space to eat outdoors for a quick lunch stop!

Best pizza on the island!!! We love the Boston special. But all the pizza pies are bomb!! Highly recommend.

If you are looking for some delicious pizza look no further, this pizza is the pizza of all pizzas, it's delicious, it has fresh toppings, and it's so big it doesn't fit in the box. Stop wasting time and go get one.

Pizza is good. Been going there for a long time. The old crew was consistent in all aspect. You didn't have to worry if the pizza crust was burnt to a crisp. They would make sure the pizza would be rotated! They wouldn't also ask if we are going to give a tip either. It would be automatically given base on their consistent professional ohana service and quality perfect made ono pizza!

If you are getting a "slice" of pizza, you're really getting two. These slices are huge and it's good NY style pizza. Pizza in Hawaii sucks, but this is pretty good!

10/10 pizza, not the best Bostons in the chain (HK) but amazing nonetheless, get the carbonara for sure. Can get by the slice til they run out of the good stuff about a half hour before close

Omg delicious pizza! This pizza is a must stop if your in the area. They have a daily specialty pizza that is available. One serving is two slices which makes for a hearty meal. The drinks are simple but if you like orange drink there’s is great and if you want a twist on sweet tea give this a try. 😜❤️

This pizza restaurant is located in a small strip mall. There is lots of free parking right outside. Different kinds of pizza are displayed in a clear case with labels so you know what they are. Orders can be placed by the slice, which they well re toast for you, or whole. There is an option to add a pulled pork topping for an additional fee. The slices are huge, a quarter of a pizza. They will cut it in half for you. I got the meat lovers and my husband got the rambo with the pulled pork topping. There are a handful of tables along side the wall. Each table has a set of napkins and condiments like crushed red pepper, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, etc. Pizza was delicious and the crust was crispy. The kitchen is an open area in the middle of the shop. It's cool to watch them knead the dough, add the toppings, and slide it in the oven. Staff is friendly. The gal at the counter asked me what my current favorite song was then played it over the sound system. The bathroom requires a code that the staff will give you if you just ask. Bonus - it's BYOB!

Been going here for several years but it seems things have recently changed? Perhaps a new operator? We usually get slices, which are about 1/ 4 of a large pie. Seems it's much more bready with thicker more risen crust. We have also noted that some items like the Hot Jimmy have different toppings and portions now? Still a great choice but seems slightly changed. Note seems cleaner, which is a plus.

After a lot of pizza adventures on Oahu, there are only two places I now go to when I want good flavor and quality. Boston Pizza in Kailua is one of them. I love everything about it, from the excellent dough that actually tastes like it's homemade, to the sauce, which is not salty or too heavy. The ambience is simple, like an old town pizzeria. No fluff. Most times I prefer sitting outside under covered tables. But sometimes, especially on very rainy days, it is great to sit indoors right under one of their two television screens, and just let the stress of the day melt away. They don't sell alcohol, but there is a wine and beer store next door. So, go grab a cold one and then order a pizza that is worth the trip there. Their variety is nice too. And be sure to try the pie of the day. My suggestion is to order it without even knowing what it is. You will enjoy the surprise.

One of the few places that my kids tastebuds and mine are both pleased, they have big basic slices like cheese and pepperoni, as well as some more diverse topping combinations; went in during a pretty busy time and there were a lot of empty pizza choices but I got the hot Jimmy and it was good; service was great; the boys weee all busting Their butts to get through the rush; my kids enjoyed the live sports playing on the TV and the Parmesan cheese shaker

No eye contact low vibe kinda place where they don't really communicate, smile, anything of customer service. They also asked for tip on a takeout order, and ignored me when I came in because I walked to the wrong counter with the register so he serviced the guy behind be???

This popular pizza pavilion serves up delicious massive slices (1/4 of a pie = to 2 regular slices) to walk in customers. I walked in around dinner time and selected the all meat slice add mushrooms & EXTRA CHEESE PLEASE! After a quick warm up in the oven, my slice was served up with a friendly shout out! You can tell the crew here knows how work in unison as the flo of call in orders to go kept pace with the many walk ins at the beginning of the 5 pm dinner time rush. The interior has a that east coast decor with a heavy influence of Patriots memorabilia all over the walls. Sports is the theme on the small flat screen tv's and there are several small tables for those customers dining in. Great slice of pie with that hand tossed regular crust that has the right crusty bottom with a slight soft chew. Bonus! As "Patriots" they offer a Military discount with ID. I think I will build my own whole pie next visit.

We love Boston Pizza, this is our first time at this location. This location has seating inside and outside. And they have more options other than Pizza like Stromboli and calzone. We were greeted right when we walked in. I ended up getting a slice and my husband got a Stromboli. We picked drinks from the fridge. And had a nice lunch sitting outside in in front of the restaurant.

I haven't been to a Boston's pizza in ages. In all honesty, I had a bad experience at the one in Kaimuki a few years back and haven't been back to any of them since. I'm glad we came to this Kailua location though, friendly service and pizza was as delicious as I remembered. Restaurant was nice and clean, lots of Boston sports memorabilia all over the place.

The giant slices at this pizza spot are amazing. The crispy thin crust was so good! When you first walk in you're greeted with a friendly hello, the inside is kind of small, decorated with lots of sports memorabilia but nothing out of the ordinary. Definitely stop by if you are in the area and need a quick bite to eat, you won't be disappointed!

Cane here recommended by a friend and the place did not disappoint. The pizzas are massive and you can buy a whole pie or by the quarter. The crust is thin and crispy, the ingredients fresh and delicious, with a very friendly crew the service was great and prompt, with tables inside and out is perfect for lunch ordinner with friends on a very casual setting.

Yummy and cheap! Definitely recommend this place! Friendly staff! Great customer service. Very long wait especially on weekends but it's worth it and you know why you wait long because they're so good and have lots of orders to fill. Call in and pick up is the best way!

Where the hell have i been????? working so it was lunch time and i just randomly chose Bostons Pizza.... The head guy in there greeted me and everyone in there to order..... I saw an array of different awesome pies.... Now i watch Dave Portnoy on the regular (Pizza Guy) and i always wanted to try them nice slices from the east coast but we in hawaii so yeah .... Manager suggested a sicilian style pizza with salami (i think) artichokes , spices and bits of ham.... Let me tell you.... Best slice i ever had here in Hawaii...!!! if you grew up with Lik caesar's or dominoes , try these guys.... Great thin crust with charring , ingredients all full of flavor i was blown.... Great choice for a quick lunch... Thank you Pizza gods , now i know where to go!!!! best pizza guys that's all!!!!! Great crew great Pie!!!!!

9 months later, same issue. Oh well. Best order your Super Bowl pizza yesterday (it's December).

Boston's used to be the best in Kailua but not any more. Coming out of the pandemic the pizza was excellent but we were disappointed twice this summer. Early July with the weekend crew we were skunked on a pepperoni pizza. Almost no sauce and very few slices of pepperoni with a thin layer of mozzarella. A quick trip to Safeway for additional ingredients fixed the issue. Today we experienced pretty much the same thing; thin on the sauce and cheese. Also, the dough lacks the taste and consistency from the past. I guess we're back to Bob's.

Great staff very busy and very nice folks- they know their customers and they work together very well and they work fast! We got 1/2 Boston special and 1/2 Big red - both were great - love the flavored and the huge size of pizza! We'll be back for more great pizza!

This place is great, simple and to the point...you want pizza, your gonna get pizza! No wings...just pizza! The staff is super friendly and the pizza was great! Got half BBQ Chix and Meatlovers...we asked for well done and it was done perfect! The only thing is that it was cold when we got there. I called and ordered before so we could get it and eat it outside...it's ok..who doesn't like cold pizza! Def going back!

Was craving pizza and decided to try out Boston's. My first impression was that it was pretty pricy. I had to look up at the board for prices as it was not labeled on the display case. I ordered thinking the pizza was only one slice, but it comes with two slices. After ordering, you pay and then they re-heat it and then put it it in a bag between two paper plates for you. The calzone had bacon and cheese and pesto inside. I was excited to try it, but it was just okay to me. I didn't see much pesto inside and the bacon had a lot of chunks of just fat that couldn't be chewed and I wasn't able to eat. Not much bacon, pesto, and cheese inside either - mostly bread. For $8 I was expecting more inside. 3/5. The pizza was good! I forget which one I got specifically, but for ~$8 for the two slices, it's a pretty good deal. I'll definitely order pizza instead of the calzone the next time. This pizza was good, but I was a bit disappointed with the crust. This crust didn't rise very much (other pizzas I saw on display had crust that rose a lot on the edges, so I probably just got one side that didn't rise much). Overall, not bad and I will stop by again to try other types of pizzas if i'm in the area. Parking: Lots of parking in the shipping center lot.

Compare to Aiea no comparison. Aiea hands down. The pizza in kailua burnt, tight on the toppings.

Called at 7:30 pm and informed they stopped taking orders and that they close at 8pm. Online says they close at 9pm. So irritating as we drove from Waimanalo, and figured we call it in before heading to Safeway while pizza is cooking!!!! With all the business you think this establishment could update its hours on the various online platforms!!!! Irrahz!!!!

This was my first time here, I had a slice of the Boston Special. It was okay, very little sauce, and toppings. The pie is nothing special. Only reason I recommend is the serving size for the price is decent. Inside is nice and the service is really good.

Everyone knows Boston's pizza is the best pizza chain on the island. You can call in to order a pizza and it takes like 15 minutes to make. There are also plenty of slices to choose from from the case. They make the dough fresh and the ingredients are good quality. This north end location is located in the aikahi shopping center. While they do get busy around lunch, the line moves quickly. On my most recent visit to this Boston's I was picking up lunch for me and my coworkers. I called in my order and drove over to pick up. It was easy and convenient and the pizza was delicious. I like that the crust is a little crispy. I like the big red which is spinach, garlic and tomato. They use the white sauce instead of the red. Along with the Big Red, there are also some other specialty combinations. A whole pizza will run you about $30. The slices are so big though! I can usually only eat one. You can also ask them to cut the pizza into smaller pieces. This Boston's has a few tables inside where you can sit and eat. I think there also may be tables outside. It's a little hot inside, but they're literally making the pizzas right there. The service is fast and friendly. There are plenty of parking spots. I definitely recommend this north end Boston's if you're in the area and in need of pizza. :)

I am from the East coast between Boston and NYC, I am use to their pizza. First of all the pizza was quite large and tasted pretty good. I am use to a darker crust, but their crust was good . The topping were not as full as I am use to, but what was there was good. Plenty of off street parking and the staff was friendly. I did not take any pictures of the pies, because there were a lot posted already. I did use coupon out of the paper and saved $10. I gave it 4 stars , only because it was in Hawaii, if it was where I live, it would not gotten more than 3 stars.

Best pizza on the Island! Just be prepared for the size if you order a whole pizza. Looking forward to trying other items on the menu.

Just had a great pizza at Bob's. Ordered the Bob's Special, but substituted sausage rather than pepperoni It's a BIG pizza that filled up our party of 4. Lots of nice outdoor seating available. If you want a beer there is a convenience store just 1 block away.

The slices are so big and I can definitely taste the quality in this. Service was great on the afternoon that I went to get lunch. I will definitely be back!

Nothing like hand made pizza! So I have had Boston's North End Pizza before. Basic styles of pizza pepperoni, margaritas, carbonara, cheese, red tomatoes. But what I like about Boston's is its flavor, slice sizes and the price. Great date night or family take home, yum.

We live close to Boston's North End Pizza in Aikahi Shopping Center, so we get slices every 4-6 weeks. It is never bad, but never excellent. We picked up 3 slices today and they were all fantastic! They were properly heated, not burnt. The employee was engaging and cared about our order. I hope all the small changes will last. They add up to a big improvment. New manager? New employees? Keep on track Boston's!

Stopped by the area for lunch. Co worker and I decided to take out from here. I ordered the hot Jimmy, I forgot how huge the slices are here. What a deal ! I enjoyed this one just wish it had mushroom instead of sausage, haha. Some parts a little oily bit overall a quick delicious lunch

I've sat on this review for weeks, but finally decided it was time. This place has continuously gone down hill. We LOVED it when they first opened in Kailua. Of course, it's different owners now, but we still continued to patronize here. I haven't complained about the hours they advertise that they're opened until 8 - we have gone numerous times around 7 and they're already closed. But this time, a review needs to be made. I ordered and paid for two slices of pepperoni/mushroom pizza and informed them I was going to run to Safeway and be right back. When I got back, they handed me one slice (which was not pepperoni/mushroom). I told her I had two pepperoni/mushroom. She said, "Someone must've given your slices away. I can make you another one." Okay. So I don't say a word, I just wait. I'm not happy, but I don't complain. In the meantime, she hands me the one wrong slice and said I could have it because it was wrong. I look at her with a question on my face and she says, "Yah, just take it." I shrug my shoulders and don't say anything. From the background, some jacka$$ starts yelling, "Gee, why can't people just say thank you anymore?! What's wrong with simply saying thank you??!" I'm not sure who he's complaining about, but I say nothing. When I finally get my CORRECT two slices, I say thank you. Then you hear that same jacka$$ yell, "THERE YOU GO! WHAT WAS SO HARD ABOUT SAYING THANK YOU?!?" Are you kidding me?!? So this a$$hole was actually yelling about me not saying thank you for giving my slices away, making me wait for a redo order, and then giving me someone else's slice when I never asked for it? I never said a word about having to wait, again, for my already-paid for pizza but he expects me to say thank you for something I never asked for? What about the person who actually ordered the slice she was giving me? I've been to Boston, MA, numerous times, and, yes, some places treated me like crap because I am Japanese. I've also been to the real North End and service was AWESOME (and so was the food)! You wanna act like a$$holes, don't do it here in Hawaii. That's how you lose customers. We've never gone back since.

Mediocre pizza. Nothing fancy except the fact that it's bigger than most. Kinda upset that they skimped on the topping, sauce and cheese. Big bucks for pepperoni pizza only for it to have the same amount Pizza Hut would put on a medium. Basically....your paying for bread! Too expensive if u ask me!

They are very rude starting with the cashier and the manager. I was next in line and the skipped me and went behind me and took the last slices of cheese pizza that my son wanted and I was next. And when cashier took my turn after skipping me she said sorry it will take 15 minutes to make pizza. That's not right at all.

Passed by and it was very busy so decided to stop in. Location is good because it's in a plaza so parking is not an issue. The good thing is that they sell pizza by the slice. It's also reasonably priced. The slices are huge too! The selections are great as well! Would probably stop by again if cravings call for pizza!

This is my go to spot in Kailua for Pizza! I love that you can walk in, order by the slice, and they always have 8-10 different options ready to choose from! Surprisingly, you actually get two huge slices (a quarter of a pizza) when you order a "slice" which is awesome! My favorites are the white sauce pizzas (spinach & garlic or carbonara) but everything I've tried has been quite tasty. For the most part this is a take out spot. However, they do have a couple tables inside and outside if needed. There's also tons of parking as it's located in aikahi shopping center. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area!

They were temporarily closed for a time because of a fire but... 1) They're open now 2) They answered their phone today (a few reviewers said they don't) 3) Their pizza is still good 4) "One slice" is still actually TWO slices and equivalent to 1/4 of a whole pie 5) They no longer take phone orders for slices (only whole pies).

Their people were very good to me. I would have been happy if I had ordered people. But I ordered a veggie pizza with extra garlic and some anchovies. It was tasteless.

We are so fortunate to have such a delicious pizza place that makes fresh dough, been eating there 6 years and it's consistently delicious and has a great variety of pizzas.

Best pizza by far on the windward side of Oahu. No wings. Great garlic knots. Pizza is a little pricey but delicious and huge. We get ours cut into 12 slices to make it more share worthy.

Called eight times, letting it ring many times each time I called. Finally hopoed in my car and drove down...only to find five workers standing talking when I walked in. I let them know I called many times and they said they were busy, but literally five minutes after calling and walking in to them talking amongst each other. But not able to andwer a ringing phone. I get that it can be busy, but that was plain rude.

Best pizza on the island. Staff is friendly. Shop is clean and inviting. Wish it stayed open later though.

Not sure what is going on with Boston's North End. They have always been five stars and BUSY.... One site says that they are "temporarily closed", the number listed doesn't answer and the number on their Facebook page sends to to "Boston BOB'S" pizza in Kailua. Any help here?

I came to buy just one slide with kids and the service was not the same when I buy a whole pizza, I requested they change my slide for another one less toasted on the border and that was not good received for the staff even I got a bottle of water they didn't talk to me. I won't come again!!

It was my first time eating at this location though I've been to the one in Aiea plenty of times. I love the pizza here. From the texture to the overall taste, you won't catch me eating at any other pizza place other than Boston's.

I will always have fond memories of this specific pizzaria. I drove out there from Laie taking a break from campus with a bunch of my friends (1994) We got there just before they closed and they sold us all there leftover pizza pretty cheap. There must have been at least two car loads of BYUH students. One of my fondest memories. Best Pizza on Oahu fo sho! I'm be happy to see it's still going strong after a couple decades. Yes I'm getting old!! I hope to make it back out very soon.
