Botanic Sapa Hotel

Amazing hotel. The owner is very helpful and nice and most importantly speakes english very well. We were going extend our stay but unfortunately it was booked already. Hotel is only 2 stage and 4 room that's why it is very quiet and peaceful. It has lovely 😍 balcony with super view. Owner has a musician daughter so if you are lucky, you may get a chance to wake up with nice piano sounds in the morning 😍❤️. Entrance of hotel is very well decorated with library and traditional tables. Overall, very good hotel ❤️

Staying at Botanic Sapa Hotel was an unforgettable highlight. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, overlooking picturesque mountains. The room was spotlessly clean, with thoughtful touches and a very comfortable bed. The location is ideal — peaceful but just minutes from the Main Street, within walking distance. What sets this place apart is their kindness and warm hospitality. They went the extra mile for us, nothing too hard. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapa.

Our stay at this charming little hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel right at home with her warm and cheerful personality. She is always laughing, full of positive energy, and ready to help with anything you need.||One of the most touching moments of our stay was when my girlfriend wasn’t feeling well. Without hesitation, the host brought fresh tea ingredients to help her feel better—such a thoughtful and caring gesture that we’ll never forget. She truly goes above and beyond for her guests.||On top of that, she even arranged to have our luggage brought to our next hotel, making our transition seamless and stress-free. The hotel itself is cozy, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we highly recommend staying here if you want to feel at home away from home. Thank you for everything!

Five stars is not enough, I would highly recommend staying here. The family are absolutely lovely, they booked our excursion tickets and bus tickets, they even came to the bus station to make sure we were ok. The hotel has stunning views over the mountains. It is in a great location and we were given lots of fantastic local advice and suggestions.

Our stay at Botanic made our trip! Van and her husband were so generous with their great recommendations and hospitality. The hotel is perfect and all you need/want in Sa Pa, in the centre of town, clean comfortable rooms with laundry and air-con :) Thank you!

Our stay at Botanic Sapa in the beginning of October 2024 definitely was a highlight of our Vietnam-Trip so far. If we'll ever make it back to Sapa in the future, we'd absolutely come back. The hosts Van and Minh were so welcoming, attentive, kind and always ready to help us. We really appreciate that Van took her time to give us advices for trekking tours, vegan restaurants and helped us book tickets for planned Trips when we were lost in translation. The location of the homestay is central but quiet and if you arrive in Sapa by bus you can reach it easily within a few minutes walking distance. Our room was perfectly clean and we enjoyed a mesmerizing mountain view. We came to Sapa after typhoon Yagi. During our stay we felt completely safe and the landscape is still beautiful.

The right place to go. Close to everything with warm clean room for when SaPa have high humidity:). Excellent view directly from the room. The host, Van, is exceptionally helpful and friendly. She will kindly host you and help with your plans.

During our recent trip to Sapa, we had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Botanic Sapa Hotel hosted by Van, who went above and beyond to make our experience truly unforgettable. My partner and I arrived at the hotel at 5am and Van arranged an early checkin, ensuring we felt comfortable and cared for right away. She had been incredibly responsive even before our stay helping us with getting a last minute room upgrade. The room was not only cozy and clean but offered a breathtaking view of the valley, making every moment magical. Van’s recommendations were perfect, leading us to some of the most beautiful spots and cafes in Sapa. She even thoughtfully packed us some snacks for our overnight journey back, a small gesture that made a big difference. Van’s warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail truly made our stay special.
