Botanica Nena - Miami's Top Santeria & Occult Shop

The customer service in this establishment is intolerable. As an African-American spiritualist, I expect a store that caters to Afro-Cuban religion to provide respectful and competent service. However, my experiences have been far from satisfactory. When I call, the staff is often not bilingual, and those who speak English are rude and dismissive. Their main focus is making a hard sell rather than addressing customer inquiries meaningfully. For those of us who don’t live in Miami and rely on online shopping, it’s incredibly frustrating that their inventory is not fully accessible online. There is a blatant disregard for customers who are not of Spanish heritage, creating a toxic environment. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of cultural sensitivity and understanding. We deserve better alternatives, as it is evident that the service here is not only inadequate but also disrespectful.

I love this place I found it and saved on money so much. It has a large variety of findings and the staff is very informative. They have a great selection of plants that are fresh and hard to find. They also have the free form so you can do your own baths!! I love them and recommend them often. Definitely a great find!!

What a beautiful store! Elliot was so helpful with us, and very knowledgeable in every part of the store. As non Spanish speakers, he was extremely patient with us, and was more than helpful in showing us around the store and guiding us in making sure we knew what exactly we were doing. I couldn’t recommend this botanica more, I would give it 6 stars if I could. Check it out!!

My favorite go to botanica for online orders. Excellent shipping speed and wonderful prices. I ordered a 24 inch san miguel statue for only 165 and it came in 3 days! The box was a bit busted but thanks to the extra protection they packed it with no damage to the statue!

I absolutely love this store, I drive down from Hollywood, even though there are ones closer to me. This place has the best energy! I also was blessed to be introduced to Nick here who is phenomenal at readings, this coming from a reader for over 30 years. I was happy to know it was in English, he was an incredible help. Grateful for what I have learned and continue to learn through his guidance. His positive energy has made a difference for me personally as well as my friends and clients.

I absolutely LOVE this place! I live in PA and only use this site to buy all of the supplies I need. As an Olorisha this site never disappoints. Their customer service is thorough and friendly. When they don't have a particular product, they let me know right away and offer a refund. I wish I lived in FL to visit this store in person! They already have a massive catalog so I hope it continues to grow, especially with more Palo and Vodou products!

The store is super well stocked and the employees allow you to browse without bothering you. Everyone speaks Spanish so it’s a must that you know a little bit but regardless this store is great.
