We got married at Botanica by Trademark, and the entire experience was incredible. From the start, our planner Marissa made us feel completely supported—she was thoughtful, kind, and always on top of the details. We let her know early on that our vibe was chill and fun, and she helped bring that to life in every part of the day. The venue itself is stunning—peaceful, lush, and tucked away in a part of Oceanside that feels like a hidden gem. On the day of, everything ran smoothly without a single hiccup, and we were able to just enjoy it all. The assistant staff and servers were wonderful and genuinely charming, adding to the warmth of the whole experience. We had so many guests tell us it was the best wedding they’d ever been to, and we couldn’t agree more.

We got married at Botanica in October, and wow — it truly was the best day ever! The venue itself is absolutely stunning. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the space was, and I honestly couldn’t have imagined a more picturesque setting for our wedding. The staff at Trademark were all incredibly professional and accommodating. Our coordinator, Mikaela, was hands down the best! She was so organized and helped bring our vision to life flawlessly. She’s also just so fun and genuinely sweet. The chef and catering team were also amazing, working closely with us to personalize our menu. Our guests are raved about the appetizers and meal options! She patiently answered all of our questions (and there were A LOT of them) and listened to all of our concerns reassuring us that everything will fall into place and it did, thanks to her and her wonderful team! Everything was so beautiful and exactly as we envisioned it. We wouldn’t have known what to do without her. I cannot emphasize enough how pivotal of a role she played in the success of our wedding. I'm a local Wedding Photographer and Botanica is one of favorite venues to work at! The vibe is romantic, intimate, and lush. The landscaping is gorgeous and the perfect backdrop if you are wanting to be surrounded by natural beauty. There's so many different spots for portraits and you can get some great golden hour lighting shining through. The venue is intimate so you don't have to walk far for anything, without feeling cramped. The Trademark team is always a joy to work with and so professional, as a client you can be confident in them to make your day run seamlessly. And as a vendor they always help me focus on capturing the best shots!

Botanica was a DREAM wedding venue! All of our guests commented on the beauty of the venue, how well kept all the foliage was, and how amazing the food was. We truly feel like this venue is one of a kind and it really superseded our expectations. Not only was the venue amazing, but Morgan our coordinator is really what made our experience so positive. From the beginning stages of planning she helped to answer all of our questions, and provide suggestions to ensure a smooth wedding day. Day of she BLEW ME AWAY! As a wedding planner myself it is very hard to release control to someone else, and let me tell you we couldn't have been in better hands. She set up everything exactly how we wanted it and paid close attention to detail, she checked in on us and made sure we always had a drink in hand, and made sure that we stayed according to the timeline the entire night. At the end of the night she had all of our decor packed up and ready to put in our cars which made the end of the night clean up so quick and easy for my family and friends. All of the staff (bartenders, bridal suite staff, servers) were incredibly helpful and nice and made sure the evening went off without a hitch! My only feedback is that there were more required fees than what we were told during our booking process for security, bartenders, food tasting etc. They wouldn't provide us with a proposal before booking, which is why we were unaware of these fees before booking. Morgan our coordinator was quick to loop us in on these fees early in the process so that it was not a surprise when it came time for final payment, however it would have been nice to know about these fees prior to booking. All in all we are so happy with our decision to book our wedding at Botanica, and we highly recommend them! Lots of options for decor are included, or available for upgrades which makes it feel like a one stop shop. THANK YOU!

Incredibly beautiful venue!! Decent parking lot and helpful staff. The only reason I had to take off a star was of the super slow service during the wedding reception that I went to. Almost an hour before getting our food. Other than that, the grounds are excellent and great for photos!

This review is based on my experience as a guest. I attended a wedding here and it was absolutely lovely. You wouldn't really know it's there as you are driving there. You're driving through farm land and an area of home development, but once you enter the driveway of Botanica, you'll come to a beautiful lush oasis with lots of trees and greenery, and a little pond. It gave me Hawaii vibes. The ceremony takes place in the front area, cocktail hour/restrooms are in the middle area, and the dinner reception took place in a tent in the back. The service here of everyone I encountered was very good. The dinner was pretty good, and was served family style. One of our dishes was a smoked salmon & shrimp farfalle pasta - but there was only 2 pieces of shrimp in the whole bowl. While the bartenders were very nice, the cocktails were ok. One major thing they need to improve on is their ceremony set up. If this place is catering to weddings, you have to make sure people can actually see the wedding. The wedding party was situated lower down by the water, think of it like the couple having their ceremony in the orchestra pit. Because of this, anyone sitting past the 3rd row wouldn't be able to watch the ceremony. I was in the 7th row and all I could see were the backs of people's heads. I ended up staring up at the trees and listening to the whole ceremony. =( Luckily their mic & speakers were working.

As a guest who was in awe, I had to come and review this beautiful venue. My friends Pauline and Chris choose this venue for their wedding celebration April 2024. The venue was breath taking with so many photo opportunities. Weeks later and I'm still talking about this gorgeous venue.

We loved our wedding at Botanica and trademark venues made it so easy with their planning services. We loved our event coordinator Marissa, who also acts as a day-of coordinator. Also all of our guests loved the food that came with the venue and the venue is BYOB which was nice financial-wise and also for designing your menu, especially if you want to use different ingredients. The venue itself is incredibly gorgeous, so you also do not necessarily need to splurge on florals or decor. I'm trying to get my engaged friends to get married there too!!

Came for a wedding and this is really nice venue! It's tucked away from the road and there is a lot of parking (which is all free by the way). The venue itself has lots of space, beautiful greenery, nice little ponds, and is overall very aesthetic. I really liked the turf as well that was definitely a nice touch. Food was also really good. I hope I get to attend another wedding here!

Botanica is the most breathtaking and beautiful venue! We got married here on Friday, February 9, 2024 and it was truly the best day of our life! We were fortunate enough to just miss the storm that was passing through Southern California, but you couldn't even tell the moment you stepped onto the property! Everything was cleaned up and looking so beautiful the day of, all of the staff there really cares about your big day! The Venue - we had just around 150 people and the different spaces available really allow a nice flow and change of scenery throughout the night! We were married in front of the waterfall which was everything I envisioned and more. Then our cocktail hour moved to the upper market lit lawn and really set the tone for the evening! And then we moved the party into the tent for the reception which under the twinkling lights was gorgeous! Our guests were raving about the venue all day/night long! If you are looking for a hidden and enchanted botanical garden, you will not be disappointed! The Value - We truly felt the value was more than worth it! A lot is more inclusive than you think, and although there are additional fees (open bar, security, some additional decor, etc.), there are many other venues out there that charge for way more! We felt everything was very transparent from the beginning which we really appreciated. There is also a planner that you are assigned (who is also your day of coordinator), along with a bridal assistant to help you! The Staff (especially Morgan) - We have nothing but amazing things to say about everyone that works at Botanica! Everyone was wonderful - so helpful, friendly, and truly the best to work with! But we can't say enough amazing things about Morgan!! She was AMAZING to work with! We feel so lucky to have had her on our journey, and couldn't have felt more comfortable and supportive throughout the process. She was so communicative, always checking in on us, and always there to guide and help answer any questions we had! We never felt alone! She paid attention to detail, and made us feel so special on our wedding day! Everything was perfect!! From start to finish we'd do it all over again! Thank you again to all of the Botanica staff (but most importantly Morgan)!

My wife and I were very pleased with our wedding experience at Botanica. The entire year-long process was made simple by our coordinator, Jeselle C! (We are very thankful for her and all her efforts!) Not only is Botanica an elegant venue with a lot to offer, the staff there made our day go so smoothly. Overall, if you're looking to reserve a beautiful, tropical venue for your event, Botanica is the right choice.

It's been real tough recently to write reviews, but I'm glad to be back. What better review then a complete different category that I am used to. A wedding venue! It has been over 2 years since I have been to a wedding venue, and I would say this was not only beautiful, but it also felt safe due to the outdoor environment. I was invited to the wedding as a groomsmen so I was also able to see some places that isn't shown to the public like the rooms suite which was a nice place to hang out as the groom was taking care of his duties for the day. I'm not quite sure if the food was in house, but everything was planned quite nice. The food was good, and the staff was real nice and not intrusive. I am sure this place must be packed with reservations. Even though I don't know exactly what deal the couple got, just the way that the day went made it look like the venue was a really relaxed place to have your wedding

I had to come and leave a review for two reasons. 1. Morgan is an amazing wedding planner. I'm grateful the venue came with a planner but I'm extra grateful it was Morgan. I've never planned a wedding before (duh lol) so we were pretty clueless on everything. Morgan was super patient and laid back, listened to what we wanted and made great suggestions. She was fun and positive, she always responded to my emails immediately and most importantly she was so attentive the day of the wedding. She let us know everything that was happening immediately and consistently checked in on us to see if we needed anything throughout the night. 2. This venue is wildly beautiful. I'll be honest, since I was a teenager I've wanted the Lord of the Rings wedding of my dreams lol but I'm older now and wanted more subtle LOTR and this place served it. There is such a beautiful ethereal foresty vibe to this place. It's elegant, gorgeous and green, and also fantastical. We were able to add subtle hints and references to the movies and remain classic and elegant as well. The food was delicious and the decor was beautiful. Thank you Morgan and Botanica for making my wedding amazing!

Yes. It is beautiful and glorius for the young and healthy only. The elderly and the disabled will suffer moving about the place. As I am disabled and having to use a walking cane the walk from the parking lot to the wedding ceremonial site was a nightmare. Then came the visit to the restrooms which were situated further uphill and my nightmare got worse. Sadly, the wedding I attended was very personal, and I had to bite my tounge while swallowing the misery of this crazy location. From the restrooms to the banquet hall was another walk and my injured knee was pretty much on fire. These 'Celebratory Only' proprietory owners evidently have never given any consideration to the elderly or the disabled people. They have no helpers to give any sort of guidance to those in need. Would I recommed this place or dream of going there again? "NO" ! Being a professional musician and having played for over 100 weddings I thoroughly understand the standards of professional gathering environments. In addition, not giving any form of consideration to the disabled and the seniors is absolutely ruthless. Lastly, I must give credit where credit is due. The dinner was fantastic and many of my friends loved it. Well, 'Botanica', please take this review to heart and show some kindness to the those who are at their last legs of life.

Botanica is such a DREAM of a venue and it will forever have a special place in our hearts! When you're there, you feel like you've been transported to a remote, tropical island. So many of our guests shared that it's the most beautiful venue they've ever attended a wedding at. Not only is the venue beautiful, but what the Trademark team offers is so hard to beat. I loved that it was kind of a one-stop-shop where the decor, catering and planning/coordinating team is included- making the planning process so simple. We are so grateful that Jeselle was our wedding coordinator- she is simply AMAZING. She was so organized, made sure we didn't miss any details, and had so many great suggestions when we felt stuck on a decision. Every call with her was so fun, and she made sure that we weren't too stressed over wedding planning- this was invaluable. She helped coordinate with all our vendors, making sure they knew the timeline and answered any questions they may have had. On the day of the wedding, she and the Trademark team made everything look PERFECT. Their execution was flawless and it was so amazing to see our vision come to life. After the wedding, they carefully packed up all our decor and extra alcohol and we basically just had to load the car! I've been a bridesmaid at a few weddings where the bridal party had to breakdown and gather the decor (harder to do when you've had a few drinks). Other awesome things to note: - The Bridal/Grooms suites are beautifully decorated. The grooms suite have a mini putting green which all the groomsmen loved. - Our guests said the food was great! (We did not have an appetite the day of because of all the adrenaline, but the appetizers are delicious!) - Ample and easy parking (we had 180 guests) - Countless photogenic spots for photos The only bad thing that happened was the restrooms got clogged during reception, so all our guests had to use the one restroom at the bridal and groom's suite. That was a bit of a bummer, but other than that- everything was literally perfect. I 100% would recommend Botanica. Wish we could re-live the wedding day again!

This tropical garden transports you to an island-inspired venue complete with waterfalls. On the tip of South OC this place is new and super private. This coastal style feels laid-back and still very high end. You could easily play off being in Hawaii without leaving CA.

Botanica is GORGEOUS. I got married here in December of 2022 and the wedding turned out better than I thought it would actually. This venue is a show stopper- there's so many beautiful tropical areas that make the venue it self look like a destination wedding jn hawaii rather than it's location in inland Oceanside. Below are some pros and cons (mostly pros) that I found during the planning process/ day of my wedding Pros - venue is gorgeous. Probably one of the best picturesque places to get married in San Diego. We did our ceremony by the pond and did cocktail hour and dinner in the tent. - venue comes with a wedding coordinator - Morgan was ours and she was great! Communicated well and did everything we asked of her before the wedding and the day of. We did flip cup for our grand entrance and we also did a surprise for the groom that involved his friend dressing up in a dress and a wig to swap places with me for my husband to find the garter. Morgan coordinated both and did a great job! - FOOD. Everyone RAVED about the food at the wedding. We chose the peaches and cream, bruschetta, stuffed mushrooms, and grilled cheese with tomato soup for the appetizers and we went with the chicken picatta and the butternut squash ravioli for the entrees. All our guests said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. - bridal suite and groom suites are super cute! Cons - it rained the day of our wedding unfortunately and there wasn't a back up plan. Luckily it stopped raining right before I started walking down the aisle so we managed! BUT I heard one of the staff members say they ran out of towels to wipe chairs down so the guests weren't very comfortable. I think the staff could have been better prepared since we talked about the possibility of rain early on. - tasting isn't included for food. You will have to pay. I also thought there were too many chicken options and not enough beef/ fish options. - we used one of the venues required djs. He was refusing to Mic up our officiant because of the rain. I thought this was stupid. He could have used an umbrella and the Microphone wouldn't get wet. It worked out THANK GOD because the rain did stop and he hooked up our officiant right before the ceremony - for a December wedding , it gets dark early. The groomsman aren't allowed in the suite until 2:30. I thought this was SO annoying. Our wedding started at 3 30 so this gave the guys NO time to relax and hangout at the venue. I really don't understand why they couldn't arrive earlier. Other than that though our wedding turned out AMAZING. Despite the rain I would still choose Botanica every time. Trademark did an amazing job and we are extremely happy with how everything turned out. It was all definitely worth it.

I cannot say enough great things about Botanica and our day of coordinator Jeselle! Neither of us had to think about a thing on our wedding day in regards to venue, decorations, food, guest questions, etc. The day was so perfect and smooth (even with rain all morning), and that is no doubt due to the work of Jeselle and the whole team at Botanica. The planning process is made fun and easy through 3 meetings with your coordinator. Jeselle was great about helping us with suggestions when requested and also letting our wedding day be our personalities! There are great food and decor options to choose from. All of their venues are gorgeous, but when we walked the grounds of Botanica, we knew that was the vibe we wanted. Can't thank you all enough for making our wedding day exactly what we envisioned!!

This literally feels like an oasis in the outskirts of Oceanside despite being not more than a couple blocks in the less developed areas of this town. The over all theme feels like Hawaii, with palm trees, manicured lawns, huts, and tropic pond. I went here for a family wedding and as the bride is originally from Hawaii I can see why she would choose such an ideal place. No matter the angle you look, once you're inside the trees that outline the interior, there isn't an ugly space in sight. And everything is spaced out enough for wedding attendees to move and find activities to do. There's a picturesque view of the pond that's great for holding the ceremony in front of. There's a decent sized lawn area with gazebo that hosts a ton of games (lawn bowling, Jenga, corn hole...etc.) as well as provides a space for a photo booth. The food venue is above, where they have a full bar station, ample bathrooms, and a display structure for the cake or pictures--or both. There's even a cave-like area with a dance floor for guests to dance their hearts out to the DJ's tunes. Everything is connected and easy to get to, no matter one's ability to move. The staff is also utterly amazing. They're friendly, helpful, and really on it. They transitioned the chairs from the ceremony area to the tabled areas with minutes. They made sure to help anyone that needed support in getting food or drinks. They also made sure to keep the venue safe. Overall, this is a beautiful venue to have a wedding. With so much beauty given to the manicured grounds, hardly any worry about flowers or extra decorations need be had. As a bride, you could just focus on your dress and bouquet and let the rest of the grounds enhance your ceremony. Also, the efficiently and flow of the wedding as executed by the staff was flawless. I had a great time here and I'd recommend it to any couple seeking to tie the knot.

Great wedding venue- especially if you would like a place totally self contained with virtually everything set up for the next phase of your wedding day

I can't even put into words how beautiful our wedding turned out. Botanica was my dream wedding spot close to home and it did not disappoint. I was a little hesitant at first about the food after the tasting event since many of the items were cooked poorly, but everything tastes 1000x better the day of our wedding. Loved the family style food service too. Our wedding coordinator Jeselle was phenomenal from start to finish. She was very easy to approach, quick to respond to all emails, & efficient with all our meetings to make sure we were on track with our vendors & planning. During all the crazy rain and hail we experienced the day of, she kept constant communication with us and kept us on our timeline! Highly recommend Jeselle if you're planning on having your wedding at Botanica. If you're using Dancing DJ Productions through the venue we'd highly recommend DJ Mitch if you're going for an EDM genre wedding. Happy planning everyone!

I was a guest recently so keep this in mind. The venue is gorgeous! Beautiful. However, as a guest and you should know this because you want your guests to enjoy your celebration. At dinner they ran out of dressing! Like what? Don't you do this every weekend? How do you run out of dressing? Does my friend who paid lots of money know some of her guests got salad with no dressing? Also, we asked for more bread. Maybe it's only one piece of bread per person. I don't know. But we were also told they ran out of bread. ‍ When booking make sure you ask them to please have enough dressing and bread.

Reviewing as a guest to a wedding in June 2023. This was SO BEAUTIFUL. We arrived in time to walk around the grounds and take our own pictures, the trees, the pond, everything was so beautiful. The ceremony was outside, and we had just perfect weather. The party was in a tent, which was also beautifully decorated. Food was delicious, it was served to our table family style. Had a blast.

My now husband and I got married at Botanica this month and absolutely loved it. This venue is absolutely beautiful and you feel like you are in your own little oasis. I had so many guest share that Botanica was one of the most beautiful venues they have been to. Trademark does such a nice job attending to guest and organizing the entire wedding day. Morgan Costa was our wedding coordinator and she did an amazing job of communicating and having the day flow so beautifully. While she played an important role on our wedding day she was just as helpful with answering all our questions in a timely manner before the big day. Thank you again for everything :)

Our guests are still telling us how beautiful our wedding/wedding venue was! Botanica ended up being a really amazing choice for us. While there is a difference between having a wedding planner and a venue coordinator, our venue coordinator made everything happen beautifully! What's included: -A first phone call to establish relationship + your vibe -An in-person meeting for choosing decor -In person tasting is an additional cost but very fun, organized, and highly recommended -A final in-person meeting with your coordinator. At this meeting, she took all of our vendor info and contacted them prior to our wedding to give them the right timeline, confirm delivery, etc. (s/o Morgan!) -A bridal assistant who was SO helpful for me to have (s/o Annabelle!) You can also send them a ton of emails to ask questions, get advice, etc. We did our ceremony at the waterfall, cocktail hour on the lawn, then reception in the tent. Highly recommend!

It's been a little under 3 weeks since I got married at Botanica, and I've been waiting for the wedding high to wear off before leaving my review of the Trademark team that took care of us...but honestly, I'm still so elated every time I look at the photos from our big day! I will never ever stop singing the praises of Morgan Costa, the coordinator that was assigned to us. From the very beginning, she was so incredibly kind and accommodating to all my questions and ideas. I always felt so taken care of, and even though I knew for a fact that I was not the only bride Morgan had around the time of the wedding, I felt incredibly prioritized. Trademark Venues is a well oiled machine when it comes to weddings, and it absolutely showed in the staff that they gave to take care of us during the whole process. I postponed my wedding from 2020 to this year, and changed venues and cities. I often think that it was a blessing in disguise, because Botanica wasn't available at the time when I begun planning in 2019. I was so stressed out trying to plan most of my wedding on my own till we picked Botanica, and then I had Morgan to help me along! She made it so incredibly easy to plan things, and my suggestions were always greeted with the same enthusiasm from beginning to end. Our day of was so effortless and so stress free, and I will always be grateful to Morgan and the rest of the Trademark team for helping us plan the wedding of our dreams. I honestly have withdrawals from emailing Morgan once a week, because she was always so upbeat and positive about everything. I hope that future brides interested in Botanica will get the same opportunity to work with Morgan, because she truly was the best.

Botanica was a dream venue. The surrounding area around the venue is not impressive but once you drive through the gates of Botanica, you are instantly taken into a tropical setting. The venue is enclosed and once you walk into the main grounds, it feels like you are no longer in Oceanside. The venue has a groomsmen suite along with a bridal suite that is very VERY nice! Botanica also has a very nice outdoor and tent option for your reception. It also has multiple areas for your ceremony. The layout of the grounds flows well and at night, has a real spark with the market lights. Plenty of parking and all the staff was very helpful/friendly throughout the set up and wedding day. Morgan was a great coordinator. She made sure all our questions were answered and was so helpful through each of our meetings. The whole Trademark process made our wedding planning as stress free as it could have been. She was knowledgeable on all aspects of the venue including the wedding day details. After all our meetings we felt confident going into our big day with Morgan.

My husband and I got married on 10/15/21. Our day was a dream come true, and honestly it was seamless in all of the meetings and planning leading up to it BECAUSE of the trademark team. Our wedding coordinators were Hannah & Morgan and they answered every email and every phone call we had with so much kindness and excitement for us. Our guests said it was one of the most beautiful weddings they have ever been to, the trademark team absolutely did amazing. The food was delicious and everything was set up exactly how we wanted it. This venue is a wedding photographer's dream. I have worked here several times over the past few years. The new owners really spiffed it up. The bride and groom suites were greatly improved. The landscaping is immaculate. There is dreamy light everywhere throughout the afternoon. From my personal experience, the venue management and coordinating staff is great. Highly recommend this venue!

My husband (love saying that) and I got married at Botanica in March 2023 and absolutely loved it. It was my dream wedding and it was only possible because of Trademark Venue's amazing team. Everything came together better than I could have ever expected. Jeselle Corpus was our wedding coordinator, and if you can I would ask for her specifically! Our friends and family could not stop raving about the venue and the food was such a hit. Wedding planning is without a doubt a fun, but stressful experience however the Botanica team made everything seem less. From the several planning meetings I had with Jeselle, to our design and catering meetings and to the day of where everything was taken care of for us I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Chad and I had our wedding at the Botanica venue on July 2nd and it was the most perfect celebration with over 170 of our closest friends and family! This is long overdue but working with Trademark Venues was nothing short of amazing! The venue was BEAUTIFUL! We visited a couple other trademark venues (both as wedding guests and as potential venues for our own wedding), but Botanica definitely stood out over the rest. Admittedly, driving to the venue, you wouldn't expect it to look the way it does, but once you step inside, it truly felt like a little piece of paradise. The grounds are clean, well kept, and spacious but still very intimate! Both the bridal and groom suites were perfect to get ready in, take pictures and/or just relax before your big moments! There are plenty of spots on the grounds where the natural backdrop provides a picture perfect moment for you and your special someone. Onto the process... Planning a wedding is such a hectic process and the team made us feel so comfortable through the whole thing. Special shout out to Jes, who took care of us from the planning, communication, and getting ready day of and all the way through the end of the night. She was mindful of everything and made sure we were happy! Working with Jes made it feel like she was just a friend helping us out! Loved that! Our parents also loved Jes and spoke highly of her and her attention to detail from our wedding, set up and take down. The bartenders, security, and all other staff working that night were also all so graceful and helpful to not only Chad and I, but also all of our guests. We heard great reviews from everyone in the days (and months!) since the wedding. That's how you know it was amazing! Also wanted to shout out Alyssa she was there by my side from the beginning making sure I was taken care of as well as my bridesmaids. I don't think our drinks were ever empty, and Alyssa also made sure I got food and ate so thank you so much you are awesome and such a joy to work with on my big day! It's been two months since our wedding and it's been great reliving the night over and over with our pictures, videos, and conversations with our friends and family! If you're considering a beautiful venue with amazing people to work with from the get-go, go with Botanica or any of the trademark venues - you won't be disappointed! Ask for Jes too!

Botanica is the most incredible venue! Not only are the grounds and facilities an absolute dream (multiple guests noted that this was the most beautiful venue that they had ever been to!), but the Trademark staff were kind, responsive, and accommodating throughout the planning process. We worked with Morgan as our coordinator and she was the absolute best! She was patient with my questions and made sure everything on our wedding day went off without a hitch! I cannot recommend this venue enough!

Botanica was an absolute dream to work with! So many of our guests keep telling us how beautiful the venue was! We completely believe this venue is the best of the best and it really exceeded our expectations. Not only was the venue stunning, but Natalia our coordinator is really what made our experience so amazing! From the very beginning of planning she helped us answer all of our questions, and provided suggestions to ensure a picture perfect wedding day. On the day of our wedding she was especially amazing. She made sure everything was set up exactly how we wanted it and she even checked in on us and made sure we always had a drink in hand. At the end of the night she also made sure all of our decor packed up and ready to put in our cars. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and nice and made sure the evening was fun and went smoothly! We are so happy we decided to book our wedding at Botanica, and we highly recommend them! Lots of options for decor are included, or available for upgrades which makes it feel like a one stop shop. THANK YOU!

Getting married at Botanica was an absolute dream for my wife & I. From our first tour a year ago, we knew this was our venue. The team at Trademark was very organized, and made the entire process very manageable and enjoyable for us. Our planner Jeselle was a calming presence who put together all the pieces of our vision together perfectly! We did have some rain on our big day, but the improvised indoor ceremony with the window out was incredible. We were able to get all the photos we wanted around the venue showcasing the tropical greenery during rain breaks - which is huge for us. We received nothing but compliments from our guests re: how beautiful the venue, along with the quality of the appetizers (get the grilled cheese w/ tomato bisque) and dinner. If you are looking a gorgeous unique venue for your big day, we would recommend Botanica and the Trademark team to anyone.

My husband and I loved everything about this venue, from the garden views, bridal/grooms suite, to the plan for rain, and to our amazing wedding planner who comes with the venue. Morgan truly knew the ins and outs of the venue and made sure to make our wedding dreams into reality. We cannot recommend this venue enough!

We had an excellent experience! My daughter & her fiancé live in WA. And, as the mother of the bride - I had many interactions with Hannah - our wedding planner. She was very patient, answered my emails & took care of everything during the entire wedding process. All of the wedding guests have said that the night was "magical ". The only feedback that I would add in hindsight, was that there should have been more than one bartender. The line got a little bit long for drinks. Hannah was amazing! I highly recommend.

We got married at Botanica about a month ago and it was such an incredible experience working with Trademark. Our coordinator Jeselle went above and beyond to make our day so special and it went without a hitch. We found the entire planning process so organized and seamless and it was truly the best day ever. Everything was done so well, so professional and we are still getting so many compliments. We just had our wedding here last week and it was everything I ever Imagined. Morgan was our coordinator and she was amazing from the start! There were a lot of things as far as decor that I just chose from the catalog cause I liked it but really had no idea where it would go and stuff the day of but Morgan handled it all and it was perfect! Everyone has continued to tell me every day it was the most beautiful wedding they've ever been to and that all goes to the amazing team that pulled it all off and just botanica itself is absolutely stunning. I had a place picked out that I swore I'd get married at for years before and when I went there I felt nothing, then we came to botanica second and right when I got out of the car I knew. It was everything. Foresty and whimsical with a hint of tropical. It was perfect and it truly speaks for itself. Morgan helped us with everything, our design meetings, scheduling our food tasting, recommending outside vendors and it was all amazing. I had a lot of stress going into a covid wedding but honestly even if anything did go wrong I would've never noticed because it all felt like the fairytale I had dreamt of for so long. Seriously get married here, you won't regret it. I'll dream about this day for the rest of my life and a huge thanks to Morgan, all my vendors and this just absolutely stunning venue and the trademark team.

I am so happy my husband and I decided to get married at Botanica. The grounds are beyond beautiful. It's a tropical oasis! The staff is amazing, very helpful and very nice. A big shout out goes to Jax my wedding coordinator was amazing!! She was so patient, helpful and very tactful when we were behind schedule a little. My bridal assistant was amazing too, unfortunately I forgot her name ‍ everyone at Botanica were amazing!

This venue is absolutely beautiful and the staff of the venue was incredibly helpful. My wife and I had our ceremony and reception here and never stopped receiving compliments on the venue. The venue also included all the caterers, day-of staff, bartenders, and of course our coordinator. Our coordinator Morgan made our lives easy when planning this wedding. She was always fast, responsive, and thorough in her emails and was able to help us out in every way to make sure we had what we needed when the big day came. The coordinator along with the rest of the staff were professional, quick with service, and never missed a beat. I would recommend Botanica for any wedding.

The fact that friends of friends are STILL talking about my wedding at Botanica is unheard of. Everything from the grounds to the service and even the food (we all know wedding food can be bland) was absolutely incredible. This venue helped bring the wedding of my dreams to life, and my husband and I constantly reminisce through our photos and talk about what a perfect day it was. I cannot say enough incredible things about Stephanie (our day-of coordinator and voice of all reason). I truly didn't worry about where one single thing was placed because she understood my vision and made sure every detail was to my liking. We are truly blown away by how everything turned out with only the BEST memories to look back on forever and ever!

We had our wedding here in December 2021 and all of our guests were very impressed with the venue. There are so many different areas of the venue which was our favorite part! We had the ceremony near the cove, our cocktail hour on the market lawn, and our reception in the tent area in the back. I loved this aspect of the venue because it kept our guests guessing what was going to happen next. I did get a little nervous because a couple months before the wedding we went to the venue and noticed that it didn't look like it had been taken care of. There were cigarettes in the plants, the groom suite was dusty and full of leaves, the tent had noticeable stains all over it, and there were a ton of bugs. We brought our concerns to the Trademark team and eventually all of these issues were sorted out before our event which we are very grateful for. They even added beautiful lights to the tent which made it look absolutely magical! Morgan was our coordinator and she was wonderful! She made sure to keep us updated when it came to our concerns with the venue and was extremely helpful on the day of to make sure the event ran smoothly. She checked in on us periodically throughout the year to see if we had any questions or updates with our wedding plans and was always very quick to respond to us if we did have questions. The food offered by this venue is farm to table, we chose to have it served family style and boy was it a hit! All of our guests raved about the food at our wedding and loved the idea of it being family style because it gave everyone at the table a chance to mingle regardless if they knew each other or not. The bar was also BYOB which was AMAZING and another huge pro to this venue. We went to Costco and bought all the booze for a reasonable price and then the Trademark team served whatever we brought. You end up saving a ton of money this way and it made it very easy to have an open bar which lets face it is what the people want! The bridal suite was too small for us to get ready in but that is only because I had 9 bridesmaids. For a smaller wedding party the suite is beautiful and very clean. The bridal suite assistant on the day of was fabulous, friendly, and very accommodating. Overall, I would definitely recommend getting married here. Although we struggled a little bit with the cleanliness of the venue months prior, all of our concerns were addressed by the Trademark team eventually. The pictures came back unreal and people CANNOT stop talking about our wedding, saying it was the most elegant and beautiful wedding they had ever attended. Morgan made sure that all of the decor was put out the way we wanted it to be and that our timeline was followed. She also made sure that Nate and I had food, drinks, and anything else we needed throughout the night! I am very sad its over, but if I had to I would pick Botanica all over again :)

I just got married there a week ago and it was the best day of my life. This venue is next level. Morgan, the saint that she is, was our planner/coordinator and brought all of my ideas to life. She was so sweet, positive energy, flexible, adaptable, and extremely diligent. We couldn't have done it without her!

Morgan, our coordinator, and Botanica were simply AMAZING! Everyone kept talking about how impressed they were by her professionalism, thoughtfulness, and direction. She has such an incredible, calming demeanor that was so appreciated throughout the hustle and bustle of a wedding day. Thank you Botanica team for being so thoughtful of us and making sure we had food and everything taken care of. You were constantly checking in on us and we felt so supported and loved all day. The hours and hours of work she put in truly helped give us the wedding of our dreams! Morgan was so easy to work with, and our day was made so special because of her and her team! She is truly incredible at what she does! The venue is simply gorgeous, and reminded my wife and I of where we first met -- the islands! Botanica is truly a tropical, beautiful venue! Our guests were in love with every element of the venue!

We recently had our wedding at Botanica and it was the most perfect, special, and beautiful day. We mostly worked with Morgan, but had some help initially from Chloe and Hannah. The Trademark team is highly organized, thorough, and experienced. We picked Botanica because besides the beauty of the venue, Trademark provided an easy one stop shop for a lot of big ticket items, with flexibility of vendors. We always felt like our requests were met, and we had full trust in Morgan and her team, which allowed for a care-free day (for the most part ;). Would get married here every year if we could! We got married at Botanica in August and it was everything we could have hoped for! Working with the trademark team and our planner Hannah could not have been easier. Hannah went above and beyond and really made us feel like we were working with a close friend. She is an absolute rockstar. We have recommended the trademark venues to a lot of my friends getting married and will continue to do so. Thank you for making our wedding day and process so smooth and stress free!

My husband and I had our wedding here on December 3rd. The whole wedding process was very smooth, exciting and easy. Our wedding coordinator, Hannah Tortosa worked with us throughout the entire process and made our dream wedding come to life. We were able to customized our big day to our liking and the team at Trademark Venues did exceptional at making our wedding perfect. Everyone was very hands on, attentive and accommodating to our needs day of wedding. Not to mention our guest were very impressed by the whole experience at Botanica. The food was delicious, the venue was gorgeous and lit up by market lights and the tent was sparkling all night long. Needless to say, I definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful magical venue!

I can't say enough GREAT things about Botanica. Just had my wedding during labor day weekend and the whole process from beginning to end was so smooth and easy. I have to give a big shout-out to my AMAZING wedding planner Stephanie Wattigny. She literally made my day come alive and was so responsive, so quick, so easy to work with and just THE BEST THING EVER! The venue overall is a hidden oasis. It does not feel like you are in California. It feels like you are on a tropical island. It is very very spacious with so much room for your guest to explore and enjoy the beautiful surrounding. We had our ceremony by the water fall, cocktail above and reception in the tent area. Kenny and I literally had a perfect wedding and have no complaints. 10/10. Our day was PERFECT. The day went by too fast and want to relive it again. Thank you Botanica staff and Stephanie. We appreciate everything so much!

Weddings can be stressful and then day of, there always seems to be something that goes wrong. My daughter's wedding at Botanica was such an amazing event and I still look back (only 3 weeks ago) and marvel at how incredibly beautiful it was and that there was not one thing that didn't go as planned (ok, we ran out of tequila, but that was our mistake!!!!) The venue is breathtaking, we felt like we were in a tropical oasis. The coordinator, Stephanie, made sure everything flowed smoothly. The food was exceptionally good (friends are still saying how yummy it was!). The bridal suite was so much fun (even for the mother of the bride!). I keep looking back and wishing we could do it all over again as it was just such a magical day. My daughter had the wedding of her dreams at Botanica I have recommended Botanica to friends who have daughters that are looking for venues. My daughter and son-in-law had the wedding of their dreams at Botanica!

We attend my Nephews wedding at this Venue yesterday. The venue is a hidden gem. It is the most beautiful property. You walk through a path to a gorgeous garden setting. The venue is so big. You don't expect it when you are in the parking lot. The staff is amazing. Just so on top of things. If I could give Hannah the event planner a 100 stars I would. She had everything so well planned. I have never been to a wedding that ran so smoothly. Bonus.... food is amazing too!! You can't go wrong with this venue for any event!!

We had our wedding at Botanica last month and it was absolutely breathtaking and magical. My husband and I visited a handful of venues, majority of them owned by Trademark Events and Botanica was our first choice. When we toured the venue for the first time, we both immediately knew this was the perfect venue for us. It literally feels like you're in a majestic tropical oasis. It is filled with so much greenery, you really don't need much florals or decor if you plan to have a wedding here. We had our ceremony at the waterfall, cocktail hour at the lawn, and reception under the tent. All of our guests were stunned at how beautiful the venue was and said that our wedding was one of the best they've ever been to. They also really enjoyed the food and the unlimited drinks! Our wedding day went so smoothly with the help of our coordinator Morgan and the rest of the Trademark team. Special thanks to Morgan for helping us plan our wedding from the very beginning. I sent her a lot emails throughout the wedding planning process and she was always quick to respond and professional. What is great about booking Botanica and any of the other venues owned by Trademark is that it includes a wedding coordinator, catering, BYOB (which will save you a lot!), day-of-staff, bridal assistant, bridal & groom's suite, and trendy decor (you can upgrade for additional costs). Botanica is truly a dream come true... my husband and I will never forget our wedding day and how perfect it turned out to be. Highly recommend! You'll definitely feel like you're in Hawaii!!

We are so happy that we went with Botanica for our wedding. My husband and I visited all of the Trademark properties and fell in love with Botanica immediately. We felt like we were at a lush tropical destination and thought this would be a great way to bring the uniqueness of a destination wedding more conveniently located for our guests. If you are thinking about a wedding here, I recommend visiting the venue in person. The pictures cannot even capture how beautiful it is. We also found the all-inclusive aspect very appealing to avoid the additional stress and complications of coordinating with multiple vendors. Our family and friends were in awe of the property and said that it felt like an oasis and a fairytale. We are so grateful for Hannah, our coordinator. She was such a pleasure to work with and was able to accommodate just about everything to bring our vision to life. Everything ran so smoothly the day-of that my husband and I were shocked at how perfect it all was. The staff were so organized, friendly, and responsive to the bridal party and guests. We would give this 10 stars if we could. Thank you Hannah, and all of the Botanica staff, for being a part of the best day of our lives.
