Botanical Garden of the University of Wrocław

Found it accidentally...and man was it worth going there! It's beautifully arranged, so much to see, the flowerbeds, the waterworks, cactii house, very nice! The coffee room could do with a bit of hard work and an eye for making a space cozy that went in the flower and greenery arrangement though. I'm so glad we went there. If you got the opportunity, go on, have a walk around the park, it will do you good.

An incredibly beautiful botanical garden in the middle of the city. I didn’t notice someone mentioned the expense nature of the botanical garden, and I have to say having visited several around the world, This is actually an incredibly cheap and inexpensive experience. It’s certainly worth 30 pln. The gardens themselves are beautifully maintained, and the design is exquisite every time we thought we were at the end of the garden. There was more and more and more. There’s places to sit peacefully as well as beautiful plants and trees to observe. They also have some great displays for kids so the whole family can enjoy.

Hands down the best botanical garden I’ve visited—massive variety of plants and trees, all beautifully organized. Beyond the greenery, there were fossils and even an aquarium. Great value for the ticket, especially since you can easily spend half a day just soaking it all in. Even if you’re not into plants, it’s a fantastic spot to unwind and enjoy as a park.

An utterly delightful and scenic garden with greenhouses, a cactus house, a lake with fountains, and a natural history museum. One thing missing is a cafe to enhance the visit and supplement the garden’s income.

The garden is MASSIVE! Such a cool experience to explore all the little corners and different bits. The current Halloween pumpkin decor/ statues with pop culture references were super cool

It's very beautiful and worth to see. There is a cactus house with more species of them. A magnificent panorama room which shows pieces of very long ago, with archaeological information playing every one hour.

This is a wonderful place to find some peace and quiet. It is also the perfect place to seek some shade from the blistering summer sun. If you plan on spending a few hours here, then I would recommend bringing your own food. There is a cafe, but I think that sitting on one of the many benches in the gardens and eating your own food is much more pleasant than sitting in a cafe. There are toilets, which are free and very clean and easy to locate. Entrance cost me 30 PLN for the day, which I thought was really good value.

Magnificent botanical garden. The plants are nicely placed and indicated, well maintained. The greenhouses are nice. The water lilies are awesome. The only bemol - the toilets are difficult to find (they are well hidden, lol)

The Botanical Gardens in Wroclaw were superb! A place of peace and relaxation midst the hustle and bustle of the city! A friend took me recently, and assured me that though he knew very little about botanical matters, I would enjoy my experience. And I did. The gardens are quite large, with many paths leading through a large treed lot adjacent to the churches and cathedrals of Ostrow Tumski. I enjoyed our leisurely stroll around the pond and the sounds of the fountain. I loved seeing native species and those found closer to home. There are vegetable gardens, good-sized rhododendrons, and I even got a whiff of verbena that reminded me of home. This is a special place that you should take time to explore. A great place for a date, or for tourists looking for a little reprieve from sightseeing. I look forward to my next trip to Wroclaw and the botanical gardens.
