This a place that’s well worth a visit. The shop is beautiful, and the soaps, creams and serums are handmade from plants and herbs grown by themselves. Nice philosophy, nice setting, excellent product. The staff is really busy and is not the friendliest, but that’s ok. I wished I would have bought more to bring home :(

Based on many reviews, which weren’t my style, I wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. I got in between two large tours and found all the products labeled in English and similar to what I’d find American organic beauty products. I would have loved to stock up on many products but have flight restrictions. The lotion that I sampled in the store lingered on my hands with a rich fragrance and moisturizing qualities. Excited to give the gifts I bought for my family.

A must-buy souvenir when visiting Prague is Botanicus handmade soap. I found that the soap price is more expensive in CK town than in Prague, so I took the opportunity to go shopping again when I returned to Prague.

Lovely place, but the old Chinese aunties who work there stand around gossiping and laughing loudly instead of helping customers. It feels quite off-putting and unpleasant, especially when they talk about people/customers in an unpleasant way, rather than focusing on their work.

Beautiful locally made products! All natural- I love it! I always search for natural products that are sourced locally- this one happened to be near my stay! A great variety of products, nice staff! I would only recommend that thing are organised in categories of use. Such as shampoos alone, body wash alone, etc. otherwise I love it and I win be back!

Nice shop, a tad overpriced, inattentive staff. They're not unfriendly, they just seem really busy, and maybe there needs to be more employees on the floor.

The blonde cashier with glasses completely ignored my request to check out and kept chatting with her colleagues instead. I had to wait unnecessarily, which was very frustrating. Her behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional, and it made my shopping experience very unpleasant. I expected better customer service and hope this issue is addressed.

Very nice herbadium shop in the old town of Prague. Nice design with old pharmacy equipment. Many-many different produxts feom soaps to lotion and sea butter.
