Botanika

The staff was helpful and creates a friendly atmosphere. The English breakfast that I had was delicious and Botanika has a great filter coffee brewed in Moccamaster. The Colombian coffee that I had tasted wonderful. Interior is warm and the music relaxing. The prices are not too high even for a student.

Good coffee, great sweets and welcoming staff. The place is hidden what is a big plus, because you can always find a place to sit here. They have lunch offer during the day, but I haven't had a chance to try it yet.

coffee is good but the food is below average , small portions (my bowl had 2 spoons of hummus, 2 cherry tomatoes, some lettuce leaves and a fried egg) and absolutely no taste. Prices are higher than other alternatives around, like Zielenik or 8 stolikow, which offer much more. Good place to have a coffee on the terrace and that's all.

We waited for over 40 minutes for our food..which was French toast and avacado and full English breakfast. French toast and avacado - with only two toast and one egg and the full English breakfast the baked beans were sour(old). I had travelled from London and was very very disappointed with the service and food. Also the orange juice was good but at 19zlt is way too expensive.

Very nice place not only for vegans and vegetarians! Fresh, simple menu and lovely service always ready to help you. They also offer a great tee and even better coffee.

This vegan/vegetarian dishes has yummy and creative dishes. The manual changes, so you will not necessarily see what I had but I really enjoyed the stuffed bell pepper and the "botwinka" soup (made with whole beets, including the leafy part). The desserts were truly unique: a spinach cake, carmelized beetroot brownie and a beetroot latte. All excellent. You will not be disappointed with the decor either. The seating areas are cute and there's a kid friendly section in the basement with books and toys.

Wow! That's a fabulous new contender on the food landscape of Katowice! First the owners. Ania and Michał are a great couple brimming with energy! They keep the place strictly vegetarian&vegan and collect fresh herbs in the Beskid mountains over the weekends. Their cuisine is super unique too! I had a number of great, mouth watering experiments like the nettle pesto or grilled asparagus polenta. Of course coffee is THE reason to go there. Ask the owners about their coffee machine and they'll be proud to tell you all about their Victoria Arduino kinda Bentley of the coffee machine world! Now, ask about a cappuccino and you'll be greeted with a wide selection of choices: regular milk, oat, almond, soy, rice, spelt, you name it! Oh! And do yourself a favor and try their rhubarb lemonade! Of course there's speedy wifi, outdoor seating and fresh vegan cookies. What's not to like?!

I didn't like either the food, nor the price. Far from a better place, getting there trusting it was going to be a great place, the food was no fresh, no tasty, weird, lack of basic proteins, repetitive and very expensive
