We had a great experience at the Botanique. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate in the hotel restaurant several times and it was very nice. We also found plenty of other good restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The hotel has a bustling bar area which is a relaxing place to end each day. It is right next to bus, tram and metro links into the centre. We needed a wheelchair accessible bedroom and stayed in room 618, which was perfect with plenty of space around the bed and in the bathroom for a wheelchair. All in all it was great and we can highly recommend the Botanique.

We went there on a Jet2.com city break. On these breaks you make your own way to your hotel from the airport. After a great deal of research we opted to purchase a 90 mins PID ticket (PID being the Prague transport system, buses, trams, metro). (around £1.40). As over 65’s we were allowed completely free transport, but you had to have a valid PID card, so we opted for the 60-65 yrs fare. A 24 hrs fare costs more. No one ever challenged us to see our tickets despite us spending lots of time on the different modes of transport.|So, leaving the airport, buying a ticket from a machine there, validating the ticket when the bus was due, (lots of validation machines by the bus stops) and getting on the 100 service to the interchange at Zlicin and going underground on the metro, direct to Florenc on the orange line (the only one there).|On leaving the station, hey ho, opposite the entrance Botanique Hotel, just across the tram lines and road (about 50 mins travelling). Never ever found a hotel so quickly on one of these breaks.|What an amazing place. A large hotel, never heard a noise in there, lovely beds, great room (and at breakfast the place was ‘heaving’). All the staff were very helpful, as a matter of fact, everyone we met in Prague was very pleasant.|Breakfast, wow, amazing lots of bacon, eggs sausage, beans tomatoes and choice of many veg options and bakery, fruit items, just one slight niggle, no Heinz brown sauce: Heinz ketchup, chilli sauce, barbecue sauce - yes.|Well impressed by the hotel, its location, trams outside every two mins or so, and buses. Many places within walking distance, all flat.|Evening meal - it says on the menu, ‘we hope you are hungry’ quite correct, lots of food, reasonably priced.|We would go again without hesitation. We were sad to leave.

What a beautiful hotel! Situated on a road full of nice restaurants, bars and supermarkets, easy access to transport and walking distance to the city centre. Staff friendly and helpful. Spacious freshly decorated rooms. Quirky decor and a really nice atmosphere. Highly recommend :)

lovely hotel and perfect location for exploring. Was very clean, smelt amazing. Room was really nice too. Got a lovely surprise bottle of bubbly to the room on my birthday, which was a great touch from the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again if going to Prague and would highly recommend.

I had a nice time staying at Botanique Hotel in Prague. Check-in was quick. All you had to do it check-in online and then a quick passport check at the reception, and in a few minutes, you would be in your room. The rooms looked very clean and modern but the view was terrible. Also, the shower could be better, as it looked like mine was broken or something. The look of it looked very nice. I had a safety deposit box, hairdryer, tea, and coffee facilities, and they gave a free bottle of water upon arrival. The service was nice and friendly, I liked the fact that when it was raining, they gave out umbrella's to use and to bring back after you used them. There is a restaurant and bar, but I only used the bar to get some drinks, and the prices were reasonable. The location is great! 20-minute walk from train station, Old Town, and 10 minute walk to the palladium shopping centre. Also, there is a supermarket opposite the hotel, which was good too. Overall, I recommend staying here. My stay at this hotel was nice, I liked it.

Google
Perfect Stay in Prague! Everything about our stay was absolutely on point. The hotel was spotless — very clean and well-maintained throughout. The staff were incredibly nice and attentive, always ready to help with a smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location couldn't be better. It’s conveniently close to the train, bus, and metro stations, making it super easy to get around the city and beyond. Plus, there are tons of great restaurants nearby, offering plenty of dining options just a short walk away. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

Daniel at the front desk is the friendliest and most helpful person I've ever met and I travel frequently as part of my job. Hotel is very clean and efficient. You can get anywhere in Praha (Prague) as all of the buses, trams, and subway are right on the same street(s).

Yelp
Our hotel is apparently within walking distance from the central bus station, yay! Hotel Botanique is functional and economical. It is within walking distance to the city center. There were three of us and there were three single beds. The room was clean, there were enough outlets. Breakfast was included in why we paid so that was a nice touch. There were plenty of options for breakfast, both sweet and savory. My stepson even tried honeycomb once. Staff was great for the most part. I'd stay again given the chance.

Yelp
Great hotel close to metro, bus and tram. Short walk to Old Town Prague. Will definitely go back.

Yelp
Botanique has so many positives starting with the front desk. Kudos first of all to Tomas. I had a few opportunities dealing with him (or Tomas dealing with me) and he was (is) so kind and helpful. The hotel is ideally located and in walking distance to every place we visited and explored. It appears that the Metro is right across the street but we had no need during our stay to venture anywhere where our feet could not travel. Whether you are looking for restaurants outside the hotel, there are many (lots of bakeries too), or you just want to hunker down at Botanique and eat (excellent food and service), this area seems to have a variety of tastes. Another huge plus: best WiFi included that I've had in a hotel. Thank you!

Yelp
I was happy with my recent stay at Jurys Inn Milton Keynes so instead of taking chances on hotels in Prague, I booked a room at Jurys Inn Prague. They had availability at a reasonable price. It was easy to find, literally right across the street from the Florenc subway station. In fact, our room overlooked the station and the convenient grocery store right next to it. Palladium shopping mall was only a ten minute walk and that was like the gateway to Old Town and a lot of attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with two single beds. Amenities included a mini bar, fridge, glassware, desk, table, and a safe. There was a nice bar and restaurant on the ground floor. Because of its convenient location and good value, I would consider staying here again.

Yelp
I like this hotel because it had a great price point and it had a fantastic location as well. Parking is a bit challenging in front of the hotel but if you use public transportation or Uber should be fine. My room was particularly warm throughout my stay. Thankfully and had an outdoor window you could crack to let in the winter air to moderate the heat. The breakfast had a hotline with a variety eggs and sausages and bacon and oatmeal porridge on request.

Yelp
We came to this hotel as it was part of our tour. Hotel was clean and spacious, and the staff are efficient and helpful (for example, you can buy bus tickets from them and they will let you know how to get to major attractions). Beds were comfortable and bathroom was very clean. The only complaint I have is that there is a step down to get to the bathroom which is kind of clumsy if you're not careful. I think this is probably because it contains any spilt water on the floor. The glass on the shower only goes halfway so you can't leave the shower head attached to the top of the wall without getting water everywhere. The tub was also very elevated so you have to climb a little awkwardly to get into the tub which is harder for elderly people. Breakfast had a wide assortment of items including different granolas and cereals, a ton of delicious pastries, cheeses, hams, and fresh eggs and other hot breakfast foods. They also had 2 espresso/cappuccino machines. Best breakfast I've had in a long time!

Yelp
I really liked this hotel. It was a 10-15 minute walk from the center of Old Town, which I really liked because it made me get out and walk around the town. If you're averse to walking, it's right next to the subway and the tram--very easy to take public transportation. I ended up walking about ten miles a day which made me feel good and a little less guilty about all the beer I drank. There is a grocery store right across the street and since it's a little outside the touristy area it's surrounded by bars and restaurants that Czechs would go to as opposed to just tourists so the prices are reasonable. The restaurant/bar in the hotel is quite good and reasonably priced. I'm not normally a breakfast person but I did eat breakfast there twice and I liked what they had.... lots of options for vegetarians--but the juice...? It was soooo watered down--not sure what was going on there!? Everything was very clean and the gym was perfectly adequate. There were a couple of negative aspects about the hotel. There was a closet to hang clothes but no drawers which I thought was kind of odd. Also, whoever designed the bathrooms absolutely must have their head examined! I had to step up over the bathtub (which was about a three-foot step) to get in and out of the shower but there's nothing to hold onto. It wasn't that big a deal for me, but for an older person or someone with mobility issues--I would imagine that would be difficult/dangerous. Also, the shower door only extended from the wall about 2 1/2 or three feet so the floor was always sopping wet when I got out. The hotel is supposed to be environmentally friendly, but I had to use all my towels every time I took a shower to dry the floor so they had to be washed daily so that was a total waste of water/energy. The shelf space in the bathroom is also limited. The most annoying thing was running out of shampoo because the bottles are dark (attached to wall) and you can't really see how full they are. I was in the shower one day and when I went to use the shampoo the bottle was empty. I had to get out of the shower and call the desk for more. It took 10-15 minutes for someone to bring shampoo. I was kind of salty about that. Overall, however, it was a good experience. I would stay there again.

Yelp
It turned out that once again our travel agent stuffed up when it came to booking this hotel, which means that you really do need to go over their itinery with a fine tooth comb. However despite the initial confusion, the concierge was still able to sort things out, and we eventually got the room we required, so I will certainly give this place credit for willing to be flexible. Still, the hotel wasn't all that bad, even though it was a bit of a hike from where most of the action happens, it was still rather nice.

Yelp
Great hotel, with all the amenities for a reasonable price. It was a little far from the squares and the heart of Old Town, however it was right across from the Florence train station and a trolley line. Prague was also extremely walk able, so it didn't take too long to walk into the heart of the action. The room was clean and the bathroom was loaded with amenities. I love that they had liquid hand soap; that's so sanitary. There was a step down to get to the bathroom. After one miss-step that was high on our radar. They had a gym, but honestly I walked so much I didn't make it there. The closets could've used a few more hangers but there was plenty of space to hang out stuff. There was a safe to store our passports and other valuables we didn't want to take out and about with us. They had a TV with multi-channels- even a few in English. We didn't interact with the staff a ton, but they were friendly when we did. I would definitely stay there again if back in Prague.

Yelp
This is a nice hotel, at a very fair price. Went during a heat wave, the A/C is first-rate. Super clean, spacious rooms, pretty quiet. Location is fine, reasonable walking distance to the most desired destinations. Service at front desk was excellent. Breakfast buffet is underwhelming, I only went once and found better alternatives in town. All in all, a good experience, and served as a solid HQ for my time in Prague.

Yelp
Room was clean and quiet and overall comfortable. A little sparse, but that's Europe. Front desk staff was very nice and the bar and restaurant were great. very very close to the B train and the street car, which made getting around Prague very simple. Would stay here again!

Yelp
Top! Top! Top! Fantastic hotel with super friendly staff. Excellent room and dito food! IT was so cold outside that we had diner in the hotel restaurant ... No regrets. Delicious and very tastefull.

Yelp
Nice room, excellent service and convenient breakfast hours - O - and a working air conditioner, which can be hard to find in Europe. So glad we stayed here!

Yelp
We snagged this place on a great deal from Hotwire and the front desk was kind enough to extend this rate for a second nights stay. The location is relatively close to Old Town and near several public transportation hubs. The staff is accommodating and helpful. Parking cost us 22€ per day, and the garage is accessed through a car elevator so it's totally safe. The Bistro restaurant downstairs is really delicious and the drinks at the bar are a very fair price. There is also free wifi that works well. The rooms are nice, spacious, and clean, but the only drawback is that the beds aren't particularly comfortable.
