This is an amazing place, tucked away in the mountains. I purchased some of my favorite spices and teas and enjoyed some homemade brewed tea. Can’t wait to visit again. Highly recommend!

You can find herbs, spices, teas and natural remedies at Botano. It's so worth spending some time in this little shop. The staff is hwry knowledgeable and helpful. Impressive is the outside with hundreds and hundreds of peppers drying in the warm air of the south of Crete

The most delightful and useful shop ever. Prepare to be amazed and inspired. So many herbs and spices to choose from, all ethically, organically and lovingly sourced and mixed. And so many types of tea to improve health and well-being. I can particularly recommend those for indigestion and for cold, flu and immune system. Amazingly effective. You need to plan time and patience as the shop is often full and serving each customer takes time, but there is a delightful terrace where you can sit and search for cats sleeping in the strangest places or just enjoy the view!

I discovered Botano en travelling in Crete and ever since I order herbs spices and tea because they are absolutely fabulous much better than anything I can find in my area. The herbal teas are so lovely that I'm careful not to run out of it. You must absolutely try you won't regret. I highly recommend

Really impressive herb shop. Was quite busy when we arrived. Worth going a bit out of your way if you are interested in herbs. Bought €12 of stuff and received a small free gift. They also had a free cold herbal tea dispenser outside and some seating.

Cutest little shop, but come early or late, no parking and narrowest street. Village is worth a little hike. Shortly before sunset you can enjoy the fabulous views on the little balcony.

One of the most secret and diamond places in Crete or of the world you have to visit! Awesome and more then I ever expected of herbs, tea's and spices from all over the world and some special from Crete and only from Crete! Best prices, excellent service and lovely people like Jannis and his crew who do they job not just like their work but with passion! I love the small but lovely decorated shop with all of it. An absolute must when you're on Crete! If I had the money, I bought all of the product's. They are so cute and helpful in everything.
