Creative themed bar with excellent inventive cocktails. It is located at a former pharmacy location and is styled after that some drinks featuring medicinal plants and bitters. The staff is dressed in white scrubs which adds to the atmosphere. Very kind and helpful. Great place to bring your date.

Very cool place with interesting back story. It used to be an old pharmacy. The drink menu changes every few months and its done with locally sourced herbs.

Stumbled upon this place on accident on our way home. At first thought it was closed but a gentleman opened the door after we knocked and led us to the bar. Diego was fantastic- he gave us great recommendations and tailored our drinks to our flavor profile. WOW ! Be warned the menu changes so definitely come back to try the new menu. Definitely this placed is under hyped.

Bar Boticario offered good drinks, a strong cocktail menu, and creative clarified cocktails. The glassware was excellent, with light, elegant glasses, and the garnishes were appropriate. I particularly enjoyed the variation on the New York Sour with nitrogen foam, and the Boulevardier was served impeccably with a large, crystal-clear ice cube. All drinks were aromatic and well-presented. However, the bartenders were distant and inattentive, and seating away from the bar was uncomfortable. When I asked to sample a particular spirit, I was denied — something that at a high-level bar would typically be offered without even asking. This was a very strong negative point. Despite the quality of the drinks, my overall experience was mediocre, and I do not plan to return.

I came to Boticario as one of my final evenings in Buenos Aires with Diego and Tina bartending. We were able to snag the best seats in the house and had a front view of all the action. Aside from the lovely atmosphere, they added flair to the process for making drinks and even offered little tastes here and there. This has been one of my favorite cocktail bars I’ve ever visited. Amazing drinks and vibes. Highly recommend! Insider tip: taste the house made gins…interesting and delicious flavors!!

Really awesome cocktail lounge experience. 3D menu, quality service, chill relaxed vibes, and old school pharmacy theme with flasks and scientific ingredients - awesome! I happened to get in without reservation on a Wednesday night, but you can reserve to assure you get in and especially if you have a big group.

nice decor as an old pharmacy, offering a unique setting with 2 floors inside! for getting inside we had to wait outside a few minutes but when we go inside it was empty on a friday night!! the cocktails have little alcohool. the music is old and it was very loud!! this made the people leave eventually, not possible to talk nor to dance. i strongly recommend changing the type of music and realizing it was too loud for a cocktail bar

Peor bar de bs as!! Evitar a toda costa!!! Una pena q todo el gran trabajo del staff se vea arruinado x el patetisto ridículo del gerente, llamado "cabeza de rodilla" o "gerente corneta". Muy fácil de identificar, lentes ridículos y muy feos, cara de verga, ornamentas prominentes sobre la cabeza de rodilla, en fin, un sujeto nefasto, con cara de retardado y muy pero muy pelotudo. Seguramente le den una patada en el orto muy pronto.

Me gusta la propuesta, distinta. Los tragos son de autor, jugados y distintos a los que estamos acostumbrados a tomar! I like the proposal, different. Signature drinks, risky and different from what we are used to drinking!

So cool! This place is definitely worth a visit! We got there around 9:30pmish on a Sunday and it was the perfect time to grab a table. Very cool vibe! Love the decor! And an exhaustive drink menu! We split the boticario fusion gin for 2 people and it was soooo good! ARS 700 / USD $12. Totally worth it! Service was good by Argentina standards. I'll definitely come back!

Stumbled upon this amazing speakeasy while walking around Palermo. Andres (our mixologist) was a kind, gentle wizard... like a young Gandalf steering us through Gondor and Rohan. Great ambience, friendly people, perfect decor, and some of the best cocktails I ever had. I told Andres what I liked (rum, tequila, gin) and gave some other details (refreshing but botanical and interesting), and he was like "I got you," and he delivered one of the best and most interesting drinks I've ever had (sample ingredients: ron, orange peel, cinnamon, kombucha with chocolate and mint, etc etc). You can also order drinks "to go" in glass tonic bottles with medicinal boxes -- super cool. Also very impressed by their "no alcohol" cocktails and the food being served around us. Perfect for cocktails before dinner at nearby Osaka. Really a great spot, and so glad we found it! Gracias a Andres y todo el equipo Boticario!
