I am not a dairy ice cream person but I love, LOVE sorbet. Botolino has some of the best and most unique flavors. I have visited this location as well as the Royal Ln one. They both are great. The only real difference between the two is it is easier to get into and park at this one. I look forward to seeing what new flavor thy have each time I visit. My favorite so far has been an orange basil, shown in the photo with a berry flavored one. Who would have thought that those two ingredients would match well together in a sorbet? I also really liked the lavender mint. The only downside is that the flavors change all of the time so you might not find your favorite on your next visit.

This is the best gelato I’ve ever had!! Period, hands down, the absolute best. The shop is so nice and the staff was awesome. The desert case was straight artwork. Everything in there looked almost too good to eat. They also had small chicolates/bonbons that were so delicious. The gelato was absolutely amazing. Every bite was better than the previous bite. Get the waffle cone, it’s a game changer. 10/10 highly recommend

Beyond excited for a location much closer to home. Best Gelato I've had in the states, and better than most of what I tried in Italy. I'll take a walk to Botolino over a flight for Fatamorgana any day. We recommend the pistachio, white coffee, and alpine bar flavors, though we've never been disappointed. Don't hesitate to ask for samples!

Me and my boyfriend had the mango gelato and the peanut butter and jelly ones to cut out the lactose. I am so grateful for places that offer dairy free alternatives. It was around $7 for a regular size which seems a little steep to me, but was good nonetheless.

Go! Just wanted to get that out of the way first. This is a legitimate 5 Star Experience. All the elements are in place beginning with the stunningly efficient and friendly counter staff. This visit was highly unanticipated. I pulled up to go in the bookstore next door and noticed Botolino. That space vacant for years after a Starbucks pull out, was new again. The Yelpist in me couldn't resist so I headed for the front door. Entering, I was greeted with a stunningly attractive,modern shop. All the surfaces beautiful quality materials with modern design elements bringing it all together. Free samples of all the flavors including several dairy free. Out of curiosity I tried the dairy free peanut butter and jelly Astonished I was, at how delicious. I had no indication it wasn't full on dairy Congratulations to them for offering several non dairy flavors for those that require or desire. I ended up with a small cup entitling me to two flavors. I went with the Don Pistachio and Mexican Cinnamon. Exceptional! This is the quality you would expect in Italy. I suggest you drop everything and... Go!

I have been loving Botolino since their first location at Greenville and I'm so happy they have new locations around the metroplex. The inside of the store is pristine and the vibes are immaculate. Flavors: SOLID, all of them are really good, pistachio is a classic and they do a good job with real ingredients. Cakes: This was my first time ordering a cake from them and they were the best! I got every single mini cake and each was outstanding, favorites were the tiramisu and sour cherry (seasonal) but honestly all were delicious. Definitely stop by if you're a gelato fan, you won't be disappointed.

Every flavor jumped off the spoon, it was so strong and creamy! We loved the white coffee, pistachio, milk chocolate, lavender, and chocolate hazelnut! Gelato samples are complimentary. I recommend getting the kids size gelato as it is so rich, you don't need more than that. And if gelato is not your style, they have Italian small cakes, chocolates and coffee. Go here for a sexy after dinner date! Plenty of parking and seating. I'm so excited to have one of these in Plano!

I have been here multiple times and always enjoyed my time here. In my first few visits, I always have their Affogato with Salted Caramel Gelato. It is the best! This time, I had a double scoop Gelato. Both flavors were super delicious!

This is the best gelato I have had outside of Italy. It is always fresh and was so excited to be able to visit a location where I didn't have to fight for parking. I love the strawberry gelato and now that I write this review I am plotting my return...perhaps today?

Best gelato in Plano and all of Dallas hands down!! Amorino is good, but this place AMAZING -way better flavors! I'm so happy they opened in plano on park and Preston next to Barnes and noble. Great location, with beautiful interior including seating outside and inside. Try the white coffee and mascarpone fig favor and you'll thank me later - it's life changing. The owner is here this weeknd and is always super friendly and staff is friendly as per usual. Can't wait to be here on a weekly basis :)

I am so excited for this location!! Clearly RIP to my diet but they just have the best selections of flavors when it comes to gelato. Makes you want to comeback daily to try one flavor at a time. Yes, they let you sample flavors before committing but when it's busy I'm not the one to hold the line sampling the whole supply. This location has a bright and clean vibe to it. Spacious Asher you really just want to sit done and enjoy your gelato. They also offer. They also have cakes, chocolates and coffees. There's always something for everybody!!

This is my favorite gelato spot. They give you plenty of gelato. I got a regular with salted caramel and milk & cookies. The gelato was so creamy. Next time I would opt for the kids size since it was a lot of icecream. I also wished that the regular and kid size gave you a choice of choosing more than 2 flavors. The place is clean and has plenty of places to sit indoors and some seating outdoors. I will be back to try their other flavors and other desserts.

Service is sweet and their flavors are the closest thing I have found to a rated Gelato place in Bologna, Italy. Best Pistachio gelato I have ever tried here in the States. Try this place out instead of La La Land in front of this place. Amazing espressos here too.

Excellent gelato place with full coffee and dessert bar. Great, courteous staff and atmosphere. Girls behind the counter carefully wipe each ice cream cup before serving it you to make sure your treat is presented beautifully every time. Highly recommended!

This spot is a fan favorite for a reason! I loved the Dallas location, and the new one in Plano that just opened is just as impressive. The service is excellent--friendly and helpful, especially when sampling their many gelato flavors. The ambiance is fun and welcoming, and I'm already looking forward to coming back for dessert during a birthday celebration. Definitely check it out if you're in the area and have a sweet tooth!

One of the better gelato places in Dallas/plano. They give free samples so be sure to find one you really like. The pistachio cake was delicious

Best ice cream in Dallas now in Plano! I tried the amarenta sundae with milk chocolate and it was great. I usually get fig or pistachio, but this combo was amazing too. Highly recommend!

A new gelato place next to Barns and Noble. Nice and clean inside. I had Salty Caramel and Black Sesame. They are good! I will go back and try other flavors.

Best gelato like Italy. They let you sample flavors. My husband isnt a huge ice cream fan when choosing dessert, but he was impressed. Hes a chef and knows fabulous food. Took us back to our travels in Italy. Little pricey, but worth every cent! Go and support them! Super nice girl working there and I cant say enough great words to describe the gelato! We will be back soon!

Tried Botolino at Park and Preston tonight for the 1st time. And now I have a new addiction. Unbelievably wonderful, perfectly rich, fresh and authentic tasting flavors, and a thick, satisfying texture - almost chewy. The way gelato should be. Wow! Tried the milk chocolate and salted caramel. So good that I don't think I'll ever need to try any other flavors when I return. But of course, I will.
