Such a great experience purchasing our leather bags here. João helped us the entire time and was incredibly patient after we spent nearly three hours being completely indecisive about which bags to choose. He made the process fun and stress free, and never rushed us. I ended up getting the black Sofia bag with free engraving and I’m so excited to start using it. Amazing service and beautiful bags — highly recommend!

I had such a wonderful experience at Bottega del Giglio in Florence. I originally came in to buy the Sofia bag and completely fell in love with the burgundy color. Unfortunately, they only had the display model left, which had a few scratches from being handled. Dai and Bia kindly asked me to come back the next day and assured me they would arrange a brand new one. They even messaged the manager late that evening to make sure a fresh bag would be there for me. When I came back, the new bag was absolutely perfect. The leather quality is stunning, and the customer service truly went above and beyond. Dai and Bia were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. They will make sure you leave with something you love. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Highly recommend visiting this shop if you’re in Florence!

A great experience. One of the few true hand made high quality artisanal leather stores left in Florence. The products are full grain leather (except for very few) and the personalisation is simple, elegant and efficient. Furthermore the staff was delightful with us so thank you Joao & Alita for your help. Definitely recommended!

I bought a card holder at this store and I must say, what an amazing experience! The saleswoman, Bea, is a first-class professional. She not only explained technical details about the leather and its types, but also helped me reflect on which wallet/card holder I should choose among so many high-quality and beautiful options. She even offered to emboss my initials on the card holder I picked. As I said, a truly unique experience! Extremely competent and skilled.
