Bottega di Carna

Was seated near the open kitchen and every single dish that poured out of the kitchen was a feast for the eyes. Then came the good. They tasted as good as they looked. The Crochette Di Carne was lightly fried till crispy and the wagyu beef blended very well with the garlic aioli. The Hokkaido grilled scallop was flawless - tender, soaked in butter and chilli oil which gave them the extra heat while the lime added some tanginess. The Spanish octopus were beautifully chargrilled to tender with a smoky flavour. The grilled king prawns were juicy and firm, swimming in a sea of garlic butter that complemented them perfectly.

Had an awesome birthday dinner at Bottega di Carna! The food was delicious — especially the steak and the service was warm and thoughtful. The ambience was perfect — stylish yet cozy, with a lively vibe that made the night feel special. They even surprised me with a birthday dessert! Thank you for such a memorable evening. An amazing dining experience from start to finish! The food was delicious, with every dish full of flavor and beautifully presented. The service was exceptional – warm, attentive, and highly knowledgeable, particularly thanks to General Manager Martin and his excellent team. His food recommendations were spot on, perfectly aligning with our taste preferences and needs. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and top-tier service. We will come back. What happens when a talented Italian chef got his heart broken? He opens a modern restaurant in Singapore called ‘Bottega di Carna’. With a gigantic revolving stand of flowers and orchids dedicated to his former lover which the FedEx probably forget to delivery on time. With a neon of love poem displayed beside the bar, one that is too heartfelt not to be relatable. Anyways, the food here is rather fantastic! Joining the gang of gastronomic restaurants in Duxton Hill with the same feverish passion. I was told to try the steak because it’s ’A steak house’ but honestly the steaks are just above average and personally it isn’t one of the top rankings group in Singapore. BUT their speciality is truly in things related to sauces. 🦪 Hokkaido Scallop Large soft scallops resting on so much fresh rocks of raw salts that can maybe, it can somewhat revive the death scallops. The sauce here is lightly spice but some sort buttery taste. It’s seriously good! 🥩 Ribeye Soft texture but don’t expect much from a ‘Grain fed’ cow. If you’re gonna get a sauce, Lo & Behold— The peppercorn isn’t your average pepper sauce! If they were to cook black pepper crab with it, JUMBO Seafood will lose at least half its customers! 🍰 Tiramisu Super soft & wet cake (From heart broken chefs?) with lots of cream but the last layer at the bottom contains so much Kahlua or whatever secret booze, that you’re very much likely to forget who your lover is/was for 24 hours— It’s the Italian style. A lush greenery vibes with modern twist. Love the thoughtful seats with spine-level cushion. Chair and table was of perfect height combination for Asian descent. Attentive staff hustling all over. Great recipes— I would certainly invest my dollar in the sauce based dish. Thanks Hari (Don’t burn more of your hair from performing that flamboyant flaming dessert) & crew! 🌸🤵🏻👨🏻‍🍳👍🏻

Service was great! Awesome food.. lobster pasta, grain fed rib eye and limone dessert is a must order. Lobster is fresh and portion is good. Steak is nicely char, even without any sauce it is still very good.

Food was delicious, service was attentive and friendly, nice decor, seats were very comfortable. We had the artichoke tarts, beef croquettes to start which were tasty small bites. We then had the gnocchi, the smoked cheese was perfect. The chicken was well cooked and the asparagus had a lovely charred flavour. Would recommend and go back again.

Fritto misto of whitebait, squid and shrimp was light and crispy, oil used was fresh, like well made tempura. The seafood bisque of the al dente casarecce came was rich and crustaceany (?), sopped it up with leftover focaccia. The olive oil was slightly bitter and spicy, good stuff. Airy, well lit, quiet atmosphere. Will come back.

Today i visited here with my freinds. All the staffs are very kind and the manager recommended a wine to us and it was so good. We were very pleased to feel the comfortable vibe, nice manner and yummy dishes in this restaurant. I would visit here next time. Thank you for nice service!
