Top notch service, attentive staffs. Bread serve warm was so fluffy soft. Calamari was crispy without been oily, goes well with the dip. Beef checks was full of flavour and meat was so tender and soft really nice. Finish off with patisacio ice cream was perfect and well balanced sweetness and crunchy topping.

First of all, thank you to Hari — we actually arrived quite early, but he kindly offered us a seat right away. Excellent service from both Hari and Vinod! I really appreciate their patience, great recommendations, and warm hospitality. The atmosphere was also very nice and comfortable — not noisy at all, so my friend and I could enjoy our conversation peacefully. Special thanks to Chef Alvin, who personally came all the way from the kitchen to serve us the on-the-house starter — bruschetta. It was surprisingly good, and I’d purposely go back just for that! 😋 We’re sharing our pasta, Vinod also helps us to tell the kitchen to spilt into 2 plates with very sweet plating, this is very kind and detailed. We mentioned that our ribeye was a little too charred and slightly bitter (still acceptable though), and the team immediately showed great effort to make things right and ensure we still had a pleasant experience. This may not be the best restaurant I’ve ever been to, but their service truly left an impression. I’ll definitely be back — even just for their service alone, it’s already worth it. They genuinely care for their customers and deliver professional hospitality with heart. Plus, their food is delicious — again, especially that bruschetta! Having worked in F&B before, I truly understand how much time and effort it takes to maintain such excellent service. If I could, I’d rate them 10 stars! 😍 Well done, Carna team! Appreciated everything last night 👏🏻

italian restaurant located within Mondrian hotel. the layout is a little confusing and it took us some time to find the carpark, as the entrance is along Craig Road and separate from the drop-off point on Duxton Hill. service and atmosphere were great. we ordered the calamari, prosciutto e melone, and the lobster fettuccine. the lobster fettuccine was slightly salty, but that’s fairly typical for lobster dishes. a very satisfying meal!

we had a great experience here! their pastas were amazing - the veal risotto and beef ragu were especially good that we ordered seconds. their steak was also of a good quality and really well cooked. overall we had a really good time celebrating our birthdays here. especially want to thank the service staff for the excellent service, and Hari for being a great server for our table.

The food was mediocre at best. $98++ for the festive set was not worth it - the mains for the set were half the size of the a la carte mains (such as pasta, fish). One server was also constantly dropping utensils, and put them back in the service tray after picking them up. Service wise, we had informed the restaurant prior that we were there for a birthday celebration and requested for a cake. We also reiterated our request to the service staff, but was served a cake with "happy anniversary" written instead.

Had a fabulous dinner ytd. Wants to say thank you to Hari who accommodate to my request on a window seat and birthday cakes (esp the tiramisu). Both me and my gf enjoyed ourselves, food was excellent, service was great and ambience is cozy. Staff are very attentive and friendly, noticed they refilled my glass really fast whenever my water is finishing without having me to call them. Will definitely be back!

I came here for lunch with my friend and it was absolutely wonderful! We had the 3-course lunch set and left feeling full and very happy. ^_^ I ordered the burrata, steak, and strawberry dessert, and it was definitely worth it for just $49. We also got a seat right under the natural sunlight, which made the experience even more perfect. One thing I really want to highlight is the service. My friend ordered the salmon, and we didn’t realize it would be served semi-raw. When we mentioned it to the staff, they kindly explained that the salmon is intentionally prepared this way to bring out its stronger flavor. Since my friend preferred it fully cooked, they were very accommodating and sent it back to the kitchen to adjust. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. While waiting for my friend’s salmon to return, one of the staff noticed that my steak was getting cold. Without me saying anything, he offered to rewarm my steak so that it could be served at the same time as my friend’s dish. To others this might seem like a small gesture, but it meant so much to me as I really value eating together and I also love my food hot. That thoughtful act truly made my dayyyyyy On top of that, the desserts were delicious, and the staff even offered to take photos of us, which I found really sweet. I felt so seen and cared for throughout the meal. The service was so so warm and genuine, and I would love to come back again with more friends. 💕
