Bottega Veneta Scottsdale Fashion Square

I've had a positive experience at nearly every BV store I've been into except maybe the one near the Spanish Steps in Rome. The Phoenix/Scottsdale location along with the the Maui store were among some of the best service I've had. They are always so informative and offering drinks and just overall very welcoming and excited about their products.

Stopped in and chatted about the day and sales associate Kandee was very pleasant to behold. Looks like a ladies only store and come to find out it carries mens gear as well. Setup is extremely proficient and not a spec of clutter to be seen with the exception of myself. 😉 Stop on in and say hello, great perfume among many other products for your enjoyment. ✌

First of all, I appreciate their quality, design, and work of art. I occasionally shopped at this location; from what I experienced, I want to say that all staffs are professional and offering friendly service. On top of that, I'd like to point out Edward is the utmost for his knowledge about the products and provides convenience shopping by keeping updates about order status, and enable to process the order in advance if that specific item is not in stock at their shop. I appreciate their goods basically and the fabulous service. Thank you 😊!

I love Bottega I have millions of pursue and find bottega is well worth the money they last for ever I have had my black one for seven years and it is still in amazing condition. Will replace the straps soon. the rest is great.

My wife and I were in Scottsdale . We've shopped other locations of venetta like Beverly Hills , NY Vegas but not so much in Scottsdale due to their selection . Willie gave us the greatest service we have ever gotten . Not pushy or snobby , he took his time to make my picky wife make the right decision. Kudos!

Ryan was our sales associate when I bought my bottega Venetta clutch. Very sweet, very knowledgeable, Wears glasses and has dirty blonde hair. He was willing to bring out every bag I was interested in up to $28,500 crocodile bag (which by the way is gorgeous!) Store itself as well lit, and seems to have a good supply of a lot of colors of the Bags including the lavender cassette bag which apparently is very hard to find. The selling experience is very low key. Bottega Venetta does not spend a lot of money on wrapping up the bag unlike Chanel and therefore less waste is generated. You'll walk out with your bag in its flannel bag in the famous green bag. Overall a great store.

I love this place. I wanted a Bottega bag for a long time. Now that I can, I have been here and picked up two bags in the last year along with a wallet to match each one. Ryan worked with us both times and made the experience fun, easy to find what I liked, and was not pressuring at all. The product speaks for itself. The service is excellent. The location is convenient. I cannot wait to go back, probably next week, as Ryan just let me know that they have all the new colors of the cassettes in! Highly recommend at least coming here and checking it out if you have been thinking about adding a Bottega. There are some awesome colors. Think beyond black!

My wife likes a nice handbag. She works hard and deserves to get what she is looking for. This place delivers with high quality and salespeople that know their product. We ended up purchasing a "going out" bag that she could use everyday and came back a few weeks later to get another one. The same salesperson remembered us and what we had purchased without having to go look it up. There are not people lined up to get in like some of the other places because their name is not on their merchandise, but we do not need that to know we have something that is worth it. 5 stars for service and merchandise quality.

What a great experience! Bottega Veneta's Scottsdale boutique is full of a lot. I came here not knowing what I wanted and Edward was extraordinary at helping me find something. I highly recommend looking for Edward, he's incredible knowledgeable :)

i don't know if people in arizona in general are just really nice and friendly or if it was just the sales people in this shop but i have to say, everyone here was so-o nice and sweet. i didn't buy anything here. in fact, i wasn't even looking for purses. i walked in (as a hungry tourist) asking for a restaurant recommendation and everyone was so nice about it--they seriously exchanged ideas, asked me what we wanted, and even wrote down a list of recommendations with location or addresses. thanks, everyone! your recommendations were excellent!
