"Bottom Bay Beach A wedding Planner's delight, Bottom Bay Beach in Saint Philip parish is accessed by a long, rocky staircase only surrounded by rocky cliffs. Coconut palms and soft white sand complete the incomparably romantic setting."

We’d rented a car for a few days while on the island, and we stopped by here after going to Ragged Point Lighthouse. Definitely recommend checking out if you have a way to get there. We were the only ones on the beach, it was a Wednesday at the end of October, but worth the trip. Beach faces the Atlantic Ocean so waves can be a little rough.

There are no private beaches in Barbados. But, this little spot is a hidden gem. Not many people know about it and there are many times you’ll have the beach to yourself. There are even a few Sun Loungers there for you to use for free. The sea is very rough though and sometimes the seaweed gets washed up onto the sand. Definitely a beach to check out

A bit overrun with sargasm at the moment, but an absolutely must-do when in this part of the island. The stairs to the bottom are strong and wide, with a sturdy railing. 50 in total. Watch your step for crabs!

Not a bad little spot if you happen to visit Harrismith too, as you can walk to Bottom Bay from there within a matter of minutes. The views of the Bay are great if you can ignore the amount of seaweed that’s washed up.

Probably the most picturesque cove on the island. Picture perfect. Challenging to swim definitely not safe for children.

Do not try to swim here lol you won’t come get back on the each! Very strong waves! Great beach, very quiet, we was the only ones on it as it’s quite secluded. Very private, a few sunbeds down there, and 2 guys selling coconut drinks 🥥🌴 No toilets, or any facilities actually. But it’s perfect!

Amazing little turbulent beach. Lovely to just park, walk down and listen to the power of the ocean. Not really suitable for swimming but maybe if you're brave. There was a guy selling coconuts but unfortunately also a pile of trash (a lot of rubbish led over from coconuts).

What a shame about all the sargassum! This is possibly one of the most amazing beaches I have been to in my life. We had a picnic in a cave, which to our surprise, had baby sea turtle tracks heading to the ocean.
