Excellent chipolatas and I liked the guy, who gave a good explanation of how their meat supply works. Meat quality is really great - better than label rouge - but price is pretty similar to most other butchers. Recommend checking this place out

This place is incredible. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the meat selection is outstanding, this has to be the best boucherie in all of Paris!
