A great taste journey across seasonal veggies and chef's creativity! We booked in advance and asked for vegan dishes only, and the chef greatly accommodated our request. We enjoyed an original cocktail with the amuse-bouche, and it is possible to combine dinner with wine menu and/or fresh juices menu. The atmosphere is relaxed and very enjoyable. The restaurant unfortunately closes its doors at the end of August so hurry up if you want to try it!

This is a great place if you love to wait. It took about an hour after sitting to get a slice of bread. Each dish took longer than the next. We asked for the wine pairing with our 3 courses (which took 3 hours). At one point we ordered the cheese plate, it came and we were offered wine. I accepted the wine thinking it’s part of the pairing (or it’s an additional glass to account for the long wait for food). At the end of the evening the check was presented with the wine added, I questioned it as the server that poured the half-glass of wine even commented “oh it’s a tiny glass.” The same server told me that “this is a restaurant and nothing is free.” I’ve been to restaurants before. I’ve also had wine pairings before. I’ve never had wine offered at a table where a wine pairing has been ordered that was added to the bill as an additional cost. This was the same exact wine that was provided in the pairing. Also the drinks at the end were distasteful but I really loved the Belge Pastis.

The food was okay but nothing special, and it definitely wasn’t worth the high price of aprox €100 per person. Service was a mixed bag. One waitress was very friendly and even explained things in Spanish (going the extra mile), but the rest of the team was not friendly and made mistakes, like mixing up sparkling and still water and blaming the error on us. Also, it wasn’t clear which dishes were on the menu and the bread seemed stale. The atmosphere is cozy and pleasant, but it just doesn’t make up for it.

This place is a delight. The food felt luxurious yet light and healthy. The mushroom dish was like nothing I’ve ever experienced! Unlike a lot of upscale restaurants, the atmosphere was warm, natural and inviting.

Saint Valentine menu, approx. 250 euro in two - overall very expensive and not great value for money (you can go for the same money to better fine dining restaurants - eg. Aster, mainly fish - although probably St. Valentine played a role in terms of price increase, so not sure whether it’s a fair comparison). Atmosphere was quite nice - the place is cool and with nice music. Service - it was quite good, although a bit slow. Food - quite disappointing, it was five course menu (we took a sixth one) and it was basically eating side dishes. The place is vegetarian only but it lacks substance (ie I left hungry) - the beetroot tartar with egg was nice though. In conclusion, happy to have tried it but will not likely go back.

Exceptional and delightful. Real gastronomic journey with the freshest product and some Ancient vegetable. The staff is super nice, friendly, knowledgeable and provide the best suggestions. The garden is such an unexpected oasis in Brussels. I recommend Bouchery strongly.

Yelp
As our last night of our vacation we made a reservation over 3 weeks ago for what we thought would be a lovely dinner via their website and had a confirmation and reminders sent to us. Thank goodness we called before we trekked out there... not only did they not have our reservation, but argued with us and wouldn't accommodate us, nor guarantee the quality of our dinner should they be able to fit us in. Our son is vegan and we are very limited on where we can go, especially in this city. What an extreme disappointment. Guess there's a reason there are limited recent reviews of this restaurant.

Yelp
A meal here is a marathon - a languorous, dull experience. The four courses took over 2 1/2 hours. It was inexplicable why it took 45 minutes to plate such small portions. The food was not worth the wait. Began with an amuse bouche trio in the garden. It was creatively plated but was bland. We had hoped to sit outside, but were taken inside into the dining room which completely lacked energy, for the remainder of the ongoing evening. It's a fixed menu with no choices. Courses just came out and the three savory courses were totally unmemorable and rather small. (But by 10:30, who wants a large portion anyway?) The best course was desert of a meringue cookie in a cherry sauce with some sorbet. The courses came paired with wine, and each wine was a distinct step down in interest and quality from the preceding one, ending with a gross, sweet sparkling with dessert. 4 courses with wine was $200. It's telling if you spend $100/person and can't recall three of the courses.

Yelp
Amazing dining experience! Justine was our server and she was fabulous. Beautifully crafted elegant dishes. Great lambic and gueze options to pair. Must go for a craft beer lover and foodie
