cute place! super nice worker she was sweet :) we got coffees, pastries & food. all was 10/10.

Enjoyed our visit and those sweats:) the strawberry one was amazing, macron was a bit harder and the best piece was the pistaccio creme inside. not many seating options too… still enjoyed

Delicious sandwich, hands down! The « Croque 14 » is a worthy opponent, a must try.

My first visit here was just for a baguette and chocolate eclairs. Both were so good. Surprised the baguette was warm since I bought it in the afternoon but so glad it was, as it was probably the best I've had. Crunchy outside and light inside. Add beurre aux sel de mar and it's all you need. There's another EK just up the street that serves good coffee and some different food items than the other store.

Best sandwich we had in Paris. We had the ham & cheese baguette and it was absolutely delicious!! Open quite late and still had food available before closing. Reasonable price. Great service too. Thank you!

I came for breakfast and also bought baguettes to have at night on my trip back home. The pain au chocolat was good and buttery, I always forget the name but I ordered this pastry filled with baked apple and was quite nice. The star of the show was the macaron, it tasted so fruty and nice!!! I loved it. Baguettes were still good at night, lots of butter and good bread!

Eric Kayser is a Parisian boulangerie which branches scattered around the city including this place on Rue Monge. This is solid bakery with high quality bread products and good coffee. Opening hours are 7.30am to 8pm daily (closed on Mondays) We stopped here one early morning during a recent trip to Paris for croissants, pain du chocolat and coffee and found everything to be very good. The breads were flaky with soft, fluffy layers, much nicer texture than what we found at other places during this particular trip. Espressos also tasted very good. Note, there was only a few bar side stool seats at this Eric Kayser. Otherwise, just take-away order counter where the various bread, pastries and other products are on display. Would happily revisit this bakery again. It was the best place we found for morning coffee and croissants this time around in Paris.

Baguette, chocolad chad and pain au chocolat were delicious. They have plant based milk. Staff was very friendly and spoke english.
