I've been to this bakery many times, and I love their croissants and sourdough bread! Staff is usually very friendly and polite as well ☺️ They don't have a large selection of desserts/pastries but I haven't tried them so I can only recommend the bread and croissants 🥐

Excellente boulangerie au centre-ville de Rimouski. Tout leurs produits sont succulents. Que ce soit la variété de pains, viennoiseries, pâtisseries, tout est super bon. Leur production est constante et de grande qualité. Quelques tables en font un café sympathique.

C’est une boulangerie artisanale tout à fait fantastique et innovante, entre autre avec ses fugaces originales fabriquées à partir de produits locaux. Elle vaut pleinement le détour!

Mes viennoiseries préférées en ville ! Je suis aussi accro à leurs sablés au beurre, avec le thé c'est génial ! J'adore qu'il y ait des produits spécifiques à chaque saison, ça témoigne de belles valeurs et en plus, ça rend le produit encore plus spécial quand on peut enfin en remanger ^^
