Edit: I only ordered coffee, so that’s the only thing I can review.
I understand that you are primarily a bakery, but you have a professional coffee machine and the price of the coffee I paid isn’t exactly low, so I don’t really understand that explanation.
Being a bakery shouldn’t mean serving bad coffee. It would be better to train your staff to make a proper cappuccino. Did they receive proper training?
If coffee is not important to you, it might be better to remove it from the menu.
