I toured this property recently and found the staff to be very friendly. I was there on a day they were repainting the outside of the buildings. It's clear the property is being updated and maintained well. The 1 bedroom I looked at was very cute and cozy. It felt more like a hotel room with the way the bathroom was arranged so close to the bedroom. Very convenient. It was also nice how close it was to public transit, as that's the only way I have to travel. It's on a bus line and close to shopping and food.

If you want the best service and circumstances, make more money so you have options to adjust or completely move if necessary. It’s simple! No need to complain when plot twists occur in life. This is a great place if you need a modest and basic residence. Living here has given me lasting motivation towards deciding what I truly want and where I’m headed after this. Ohhhh the excitement of living around like minded people in pristine conditions is real!

Document every payment because they will "lose" all of their documentation and claim you never paid a dime. Management pretended there wasn't a security deposit and when we showed proof there was he then said we never paid it. We paid it in full the day we moved in in the front office on a card reader apparently the person running that card reader stole the money instead of documenting it. When we pressed management about this they said "$500 isnt a lot of money, no one should lose their job over this." Don't trust anyone you speak to in that office or management team they are thieves and world class actors.

Moved into a unit once with older management , they knew of existing problems and even lowered rent slightly. the new ones took my deposit for the same problems and acted dumb about it. Even tried charging me another months rent

Avoid if you’re able to. Husband and I both started having migraines after living here, my asthma flared up as well, and I believe it’s because the indoor air quality is extremely poor. We lived in the studio building. I don’t know what is being smoked in this building (definitely more than just weed) or what kind of plumbing problems are specifically going on (they definitely have issues because the water routinely goes out without warning) but there is definitely some toxic airborne thing in this building. We used a high quality air filter that didn’t solve the problem. We’ve since moved out and a lot of our items continue to retain the apartment smell that triggers my migraines. We’ve had to throw some of our items away. Please please please avoid, especially if you have any underlying health issues. The money we saved on rent by living here ended up being paid threefold to doctors, hospitals, and labs.

Edited to add: We lived in this complex for a year and were known to management and the property management company since we had issues with other residents and employees. I have our lease, dozens of emails and you have the audacity to suggest I never lived there? Just goes to show what a joke of a complex this is. Live here-they’re forget you did as soon as they take your money. There seems to be a lot of missing google reviews, including my previous one. If you want a decent safe place to live, don’t move in here. We constantly had issues with things breaking and not being totally fixed, ever. The common areas are littered with trash and items like bowls, toys, etc left out for days. Cops were there at least once a week-we even had the pleasure of watching someone get tasered out our living room window. We had huge issues with safety and even upon contacting the property management company (Buntington) nothing was done. This complex is waaaayyyyyyyyyy overpriced to have a community laundry room that is constantly out of service and half the machines eat your money. Even reading the reviews and their responses-they’re all disingenuous. Spend you money to get a nicer place-you won’t regret it

If you and your neighbors take showers at the same time, your water pressure is affected. If for some reason they have to shut water off for one unit (emergency leaks) they have to shut it off for the entire complex. There's only one shutoff at the street. Better believe they won't warn anybody about it either. Could be as simple as calling us but they can't make the effort. I'd give zero stars if possible.

I thought the old management was bad but the new ones who took over a couple months ago are setting record lows. move to literally any other apartment complex it cant get worse than this. Rats, roaches, mold and management that thinks they are royalty
