Boulder View Tavern

Very cozy meal at the Tavern with the kiddos. So many smiles during dinner, brought on by great service and delicious food. We did a few apps to share: tempura shrimp with a pickled slaw, spring rolls and a cup of chili and French onion soup. The younger kids thought their menu had some great options and the rest of us were all over the map: grilled chicken salad, chilled soba noodles and a pub burger with sweet potato waffle fries. Their menu changes often to reflect the seasonality of ingredients, and I didn't snap a pic of their most recent menu, so food descriptions are generalized. We had a very relaxing time by the fire, and it was a perfect low-key evening to break up a busy holiday weekend.

My husband and I were visiting the Poconos and decided to give this place a try. We sat right by the window and were able to watch the sunset. It was an amazing view while we ate dinner. I had a burger and my husband got the blackened salmon. Both were good. The spinach artichoke dip was amazing - definitely recommend! Why I only gave this 4 stars was because of the service. They seemed disorganized and under staffed. Our waitress forgot about our drinks and also our side of fries. I was done with my burger when the waitress finally stopped by and realized she forgot our fries. I just said “forget it.” Overall a great dinner out, and would recommend Boulder View for anyone visiting or local.

Beautiful spot by the water. We sat outside. We were immediately greeted and waited on. The staff was incredibly friendly and our waitress was top notch. She had assured the meals we got were her absolute favorite! The food was fantastic. Definitely come check this place out!

The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming perfect spot to grab dinner and unwind. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out hot. You can really tell they care about quality. From the appetizers to the main course, everything hit the spot. Great portions, great service, and an overall great vibe. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to soon! If you’re looking for a solid tavern with good food and good energy, this is it.

Had the Caesar salad and short rib papardelle pasta. The salad was very good but the short rib lacked some flavor. Service was wonderful. Very kind!

Food: Everything tasted very good. Blackened salmon was my fav. We also tried nachos, chicken wrap, onion rings, clam chowder soup and shrimp salad. Drinks were average. Service: Friendly and fast service. Atmosphere: Lakeside seating. Very pleasant and calm lake. Great place to hangout. No club membership is needed for lakeside seating

Came on a Friday night for dinner. Food came out fast. They made sure to put the kids food in first so it came out with appetizers. Everyone enjoyed their food. I personally had the spinach and artichoke dip and the Hawaiian burger. They also had live music so we sat outside and enjoyed the lovely weather.
