If someone 3 months ago told me I would be into climbing, I would have laughed at them. It just took a casual visit to the Boulder House and wham! It became my therapy. The place is awesome, the vive is great and there is place for all skill levels. Coupled with awesome staff and great facilities, is my current favorite place after home.

8 years ago (not long after the Boulder House opened), a group of us moms on maternity leave met weekly to climb together. We called ourselves the "Moms Who Rock ... Climb" club. Today, I got to climb with my little boy once again, and it was so much fun. We might try getting 3-month passes together to see if this can be a shared activity! Excited!

Super fun spot. Great switch up of an activity even for inexperienced climbers. Super cheap and can go for as long and as difficult as you want. Definitely recommend.

The employees are nice and welcoming, but the place itself is another story. Every time I come here I leave with chalk stains on my clothes because the place is covered in chalk substances from floor to ceiling and wall to wall and on most equipment and sitting/resting areas. At most times I will get calluses on my hands because the rocks are really touchy, plus I Also get scratches on my arms and legs all the time because the wall that the rocks are placed on is very rough.

I LOVE coming to this gym! However, could you please address people wearing outdoor shoes and boots all over the gym space? For those who train upstairs, it is a filthy habit to have to deal with. The other day there was dog shit on the floor, and every time I’m there, people have outdoor boots on. It’s a simple fix. Just put up a sign and enforce no outdoor shoes. We love the space otherwise!!! Keep it up!

Very packed, but awesome, dynamic sets! Check it out

Boulder problems are really fun and the vibe is great. The community was also friendly and ended up projecting stuff with people on my first day here. The grading is a little weird but all gyms are a bit weird with grading and it's all subjective.

Came here to climb drop-in a couple times when I went to school at UVic. A pretty nice gym, clean, and the routes change often enough. The location just isn't that great unless you have a car or live near one of the bus routes. It's located in a sort of industrial area.

Yelp
This bouldering gym is quite close to center of the town. There are quite a few options for parking. They have their own lot, and there is also some street parking. If I have to compare to my home gym, the space itself is quite small and there is no foot washing station. Setting wise, it's not bad. There are quite problem you can work on for 1.5 hour session. Price is $24 per visit. I got the $50 one week pass as I'll be around Victoria area for a bit. The pass works for both gym locations. Grading use tag system, and by colour with no clear V grade equivalent.
