horrible service, I would give them zero stars if I could, for anyone reading this PLEASE do not visit this place. me and my family went in to play and one of the staff kept rushing us, he did not answer any of our questions regarding the amount of hours and when we asked, he ignored us completely and proceeded to ask how many hours we want even though we had no idea since it was our first time there. We ultimately went in for 2 hours instead of 1 hour, even though we chose to play for 1 hour but he kept acting impatient and proceeded to assist the next customer despite not assisting us first. Afterwards, we realized soon after that we were charged for 2 hours and demanded a refund, the manager there defended him saying there were too many customers, when there were barely any and other staffs could’ve taken over, they promised to give us a refund in 14 days and haven’t done so, many excuses after excuses which made the whole experience horrible. The employee in question was Eak and even after we were done politely explaining to him and the team the situation, he acted impolite and tried to refund us back even less for what we were owed, acting unapologetic and did not apologize even ONCE to us for his attitude. this is absolutely unacceptable and completely disrespectful to your customers, I have not received my refund back yet and the manager refused to accept our calls even after promising us she’ll get it resolved for us. I’m disappointed with the entire team and management, and will not ever be stepping foot in here ever again.
