These British Columbia Mountains Have a 530-mile Natural Hot Springs Trail — How to Plan Your Trip

"A river outfitter offering guided raft and paddleboard trips down the lazy Columbia River, with naturalist guides who point out wildlife from century-old sturgeon to great blue heron and foraging black bears, and who typically land guests at a nearby heritage island for a picnic stop." - Leilani Marie Labong Leilani Marie Labong Leilani Marie Labong is a San Francisco-based journalist who focuses on food, design, and travel. My husband and I are just reaching Our mid and late 50s. For my granddaughter’s eighth birthday, we wanted to end the summer on a special note and do something challenging and confidence building. Boundless adventures was the perfect choice! First time there we Completed two of the yellow courses. Although they are beginner, they were challenging and engaged, our balance, mental acuity and our confidence. We were all terrified, but we did it. We went through and at the end of the first course my granddaughter was so excited and she just thanked us up and down for bringing her. She said, although she was terrified it was the best thing she ever did. I can’t say enough about the young men and women working there - from the beginning they were friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, attentive, patient, and never failed to come to our rescue, the few times we did have to call out for them. This was a great day for all and we’re definitely going to return. It has inspired us to make sure we get to the gym and make sure we work out and get our muscles and our core and our balance in check for next year’s challenges we’re hoping to conquer. We want to complete the last yellow course, the green ones and hopefully move up to the blue!!! Thank you Boundless adventures for a memorable day!

I greatly enjoyed this adventure park! As adults, it was very fun to feel your inner child. Prices are reasonable, Ian was very patient with the little kids- very explanatory with the demonstration!!!!!!! I have been here a few times and staff are very understanding to helping on the courses. there is plenty full parking on premises, and port or potties for the bathroom. They have no charge water stations if needed. There are a lot of options for numerous levels, depending on your comfortability. your ticket is for four hours of time on the obstacle courses. 10/10

I took my family of five for my husbands 40th birthday. Our youngest (age 7) never wanted to stop—even the beginner “Exploration” courses like Starchaser, Sunriser, and Honeybee were thrilling enough to keep him hooked. We laughed non-stop—whether weaving through tightropes, climbing ladders, or sailing across zip lines, the whole family was fully engaged the entire time. Staff were exceptional: friendly, supportive, and safety-conscious. Their patience with younger climbers was especially appreciated—no one felt pushed beyond their limits. We can’t wait to come back.

We had a great time. Staff was very helpful and kept an eye all day to make sure we were okay and safe. Provided cold water thru the time we were there. Will be back again. Different levels for all to experience. Will bring our own cooler for us to have next time.

Great place for a physical fun time. Different levels of difficulty. Spent about 3 hours there and was exhausted when leaving which I think is a good sign. Equipment all well maintained, courses were fun and challenging. Safety briefing was, well, brief. But that’s not a bad thing. We could get right to the adventure. Some people take a little more time getting used the mechanics of the safety equipment but you could not move forward without connecting properly so safety was paramount. Site was clean, plenty of portable toilets with hand washing stations. Everyone started at the same platform and you could go to the different levels from there. This did cause some back up as the day got busier. On the easier levels, there was a typical “line” as some people naturally move slower/more cautiously.
