An absolutely perfect boutique hotel. Everything about our stay was wonderful. Our room #3 was huge & light with a small balcony opening off the bedroom & a kitchen & sitting area. The bed was super comfortable & the shower was fantastic! Mariana & Bernardo were excellent hosts and the homemade breakfast was delicious. We also had the pleasure of meeting Christophe, the hotel owner. The attention to detail here is perfection & we loved the art collection in the common areas. Lagrasse is a lovely town with plenty of restaurants & much to explore in the surrounds. We would return in a flash!

Had a fantastic welcome and service from Bernardo and Marianna, the couple who manage the day to day running of the eclectic and incredibly decorated 'La Bouquerie' in Lagrasse. They bent over backwards for every whim of our 10+ biking group, even gave us wine and hors-d'œuvres the eve of our arrival, served great breakfasts including pancakes, helped with restaurant suggestions, etc. Always smiling as well as a very kind local lady who was their assistant.

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful location--I can't say enough nice things about it. I stayed in a fabulous suite with a large sitting area and full kitchen. And a turntable! Hotel not only has an honesty bar but an honesty wine cellar. No on-site parking but the manager drove with me to a very close parking lot a couple of minutes from the hotel. They also made dinner reservations for me. I really loved this hotel and hope to return.

We had a terrific stay here for a "Diner Secret" last week. Super stylish place and room in a beautiful village. Lovely young management couple.

The staff at La Bouquerie could not have been nicer. The bedrooms are huge and beautifully furnished. And all the modcons were there for cooking if you didn’t want to go out. Lagrasse is a very special village full of character and an old Abbey near the river. I felt so at home I wanted to move in permanently.

If there is a more perfect place to spend a week with friends, I don't know of it. Bouquerie Lagrasse is a modern environment in an ancient town with hosts who treat you like family, plus, the best beds and pillows we had during our travels. This was the perfect launching point for hikes, Carcassonne, Narbonne, Michelin starred restaurants and the surrounding countryside, reservations arranged by our hosts.

This gem of a place to stay is not a conventional hotel. Each room is more like a studio apartment, complete with a kitchen and living area. The kitchen might come in handy, even for those not much inclined to cook, because Lagrasse is a small place and on Mondays in particular there are not many restaurants open for dinner. Our room had a little terrace overlooking the courtyard -- perfect for eating the cassoulet we'd bought earlier from a nearby restaurant.||The Bouquerie doesn't have a restaurant but breakfast is made for you every morning. Every morning it's different and every morning it's delicious. ||The rooms don't have much of a view, but they are big enough for you to make yourself at home. And the beds are superbly comfortable. You'll definitely get a good night's sleep.||The hosts, Mariana and Bernardo, will do everything they can to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We spent 3 nights at La Bouquerie and were thrilled with every aspect. The team of Bernardo, Marianne and Laurence are welcoming, genuine and professional. Modern decor and art are throughout, and beautifully contrast the original building which houses La Bouquerie. The rooms are exquisite with high quality beds, linens, fixtures and a well equipped modern kitchen. Lagrasse is tiny, yet there are a number of excellent restaurants throughout this beautifully preserved village. We will be back!
