Excellent selection of beans and methods, be it espresso or V60. Milk options. I went for the Flat White with cows milk (which can be a rare option in France) Honduras (which had fruity notes). Ethiopian for the pour over.
Nice seating too - not too much, enough for a cosy chilled experience.

The Café Bourbon has a great atmosphere and the coffee shop offers delicious cookies. The interior is also nice. If you're looking for a fresh place with beautiful architecture, it's definitely worth a visit! I'll be back soon.

All I had was a double espresso. I’m not sure the specifics of the bean/roast/preparation, but it was absolutely perfect. Easily the best I’ve had in the region. Friendly staff, decorated nicely. 10/10

My favourite coffee place in Rennes!! As an Aussie I am always on the hunt for a flat white and this place delivers! The coffee was delicious, the service exceptional. The food is great as well, if you are in the area do yourself a favour and stop here you won't be disappointed!
