Favorite coffee shop in all of Rennes. They are experts in terms of grain, coffee origin and different roasting and brewing techniques. We love having coffee here and also buying our supply for home brewing. They will accommodate your needs in terms of taste preferences or coffee grinding depending on machine type.

Excellent selection of beans and methods, be it espresso or V60. Milk options. I went for the Flat White with cows milk (which can be a rare option in France) Honduras (which had fruity notes). Ethiopian for the pour over. Nice seating too - not too much, enough for a cosy chilled experience.

Great cozy place, super friendly staff, and delicious coffee. Accidentally came across this place while visiting Rennes and I highly recommend.

Very irresponsible of closing earlier! And I just wanted to get Coffee beans, Not Even Coffee from the machine or in the Shop! Arrived at 18:45, but Google Maps clearly written closed at 19:00. Came all the way here after work, what I got was just ‚because of Family reason, we close earlier today‘, can you Not Update Google Maps please?? This is not how you are supposed to treat your Customer, especially with no regret at all. C'était vraiment irresponsable de fermer plus tôt ! Et je voulais juste acheter du café en grains, pas même du café à la machine ou au magasin ! Arrivé à 18h45, mais Google Maps indiquait clairement qu'il fermait à 19h. Je suis venu jusqu'ici après le travail, et on m'a simplement dit : « Pour des raisons familiales, nous fermons plus tôt aujourd'hui. » Pouvez-vous ne pas mettre à jour Google Maps, s'il vous plaît ? Ce n'est pas comme ça qu'on est censé traiter son client, surtout sans aucun regret. In response to the owner‘s review: I don’t think this is not human. This is simply about responsibility. If you have stuff you have to take care of, you can of course hire someone to keep the Shop until the time it is supposed to close. It only Shows me that you don’t care that much of the working time and the responsibility of what you put into Google Maps. Simply that.

Amazing coffee, amazing service. Consistently my favorite place to go to. Absolutely recommend stopping by, whether it is to drink a coffee or buy some for your home consumption !

The Café Bourbon has a great atmosphere and the coffee shop offers delicious cookies. The interior is also nice. If you're looking for a fresh place with beautiful architecture, it's definitely worth a visit! I'll be back soon.
