First time since name change. Still one of our favorite bars. Food is always good and bartenders always friendly. They had Bingo on Sunday night and it was fun. Of course the cookie shot is tasty! They now have darts and video golf. Highly recommend... we will definitely continue supporting them!

The food was delicious! The fried chicken was tender and juicy. The mash potatoes came with a bit of a spicy gravy on the side that was good. My husband said the burger was really great, and so was the baked potato. The corn on the cob was a nice side to have. The service was great granted one couple and us were the only people there lol. Everything was fast and super delicious. They were getting ready to play live music, but we left before they played. We have decided we will definitely be visiting again and hopefully in time to experience the live music.

We love Bourbons. We love it so much, we’re regulars. Very personable staff, I always feel welcomed and they even remember my drink order. Jessica is fantastic. She is very friendly and attentive. Food is really good. Always fresh ingredients. They have Daily Specials and Happy Hour. I’ve also visited late night on weekends, it’s a very comfortable place to grab a drink with friends. They have live music every night.

Well this review is definitely about the wings which I completely forgot to take a picture of lol I had the gunslinger wings which were very spicy but very good at the same time. I can handle heat so if you can't these may not be the best option for you. We also got the cool ranch dry rub which was very good also. I grabbed an old fashioned but it was not all that great. Still give this place 5 stars because that chicken was great!

Bourbon Jack's is an absolute gem with a very welcoming vibe. The wings at Bourbon Jack's are a personal favorite. I can't get enough of their Spicy Gunslinger wings - they are the perfect balance of heat and flavor. They're crispy perfection, and the sauce has just the right amount of kick. The nachos were also top notch. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always on point. Bourbon Jack's has daily specials & happy hour is from Monday to Friday, running from 2 PM to 7 PM. The atmosphere is fun and inviting, making it a great spot to unwind after a long day or meet up with friends. The decor, music, and overall ambiance add to the charm of this American tavern. Its a must visit

Amazing atmosphere and service! All staff (Karli, bartenders, security) are top notch and the band that was playing was great. Seeing live music is a treat! The food and drinks were delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

The main reason i won’t be back and why they get 3 stars is at the end of the review. I chose this place for my birthday dinner based off there raving reviews for food which let me tell you what. Those reviews are on par more or less. I got the philly which was the best philly I’ve had in a very long time. The family they loved there food as well stating the chicken and the sauce was so delious and different they would come back again. We did have some things tho that would have made the experience a little better all things that can be changed. We ordered tater tot appetizer which didn’t come as an appetizer it came with the dinner which was pointless. We did have a few bites and left it tho. The tater tots were extremely bland and the meat was supposed to be some sort of brisket but tasted like bland pot roast at best. It was awful. That was the only thing out of 4 meals we would never order again. The server was friendly and attentive. We did ask for the music down a little as we were right by the door and it was blasting. They didn’t have to but did which was nice. Mind you this is on a weekday midday and there was only 2 other people in the restaurant. Now for the birthday. Im allergic to alcohol (dumb i know) again chose this place based off food recommendations not that it was a bar. Of course i was excited for the dessert menu but sadly the only thing they offer for birthdays is a cookie dough shot which isn’t something i can obviously have. I asked if they would make an exception due to my allergies and they said no. That made my visit alone kinda 🤷‍♀️. I was excited coming in loved the Philly but left feeling bummed. My family took me to a desert place in town though where they were more then willing to accommodate allergies. I honestly don’t understand if the cookie dough shot is $6 and the fried oreos are $9.50 is the $3.50 difference really worth taking away from someone’s birthday vs making it a great experience from start to finish for them. (Let me add our bill was over 100 easily) so not just take away from the experience but potentially a return customer. That $3.50 difference they put on my day is why i would not return tho sadly even tho the rest of our visit was good and food was good all around, putting that low of a price on someone’s day just had me leaving disappointed and sad.

Came in for a drink and a bite. I feel like the food quality and portions don't match the price. Service was good.

Always a great time!!! The servers are amazing and they are always smiling and having a good time, so make it a good time for everyone and great place to have a few drinks and enjoy some music. Food is also really good, great for hanging out with friends and good times

We came here with some friends Sunday night and had an amazing time! Our waitress Bethany was so much fun and we won a few hands at Music Bingo (my husband was so excited because he literally has never won anything!) The drinks (specifically the cookie dough shot) was a desert but one of the best damn desserts EVER We had such a great time and can't wait to come back!

Fryboard Fryday !!! Bourbon Jacks has THE MOST AMAZING FRY BOARD!!!! On top of the various amounts of fries they have 6 different ranch options that you could dip the fries in! Omgggg this blew our minds!!! We could eat this every single day that's how amazing it is! they also put on live country shows that you watch while you eat! Definitely a must, if you check out Downtown Chandler head to Bourbon Jacks you'll love the service and ambiance such a cool place!

Hi Jackie, it's been a year and finally decided to give this another shot. My wife and I live 5 minutes down the street. As I said previously, brought family in before. We were born and raised in Nashville and we absolutely LOVED this bar. I know The Stillery went in, but y'all saw competition and completely ran away from what you were. I walked in tonight, didn't even order a drink before I walked over to The Stillery, as did another group. Maybe I'm alone here, but this is not the same packed bar it used to be on any given Saturday. I implore you, get back to what you used to do so well.

Bourbon jacks is soooooo tight, walked in with a un announced 12 people and they were so awesome with accommodations with us! The drinks are decently priced, cookie dough shot will make you cry it's that good. Morgan and Vivian bartending are the greatest two bartenders! They were so much fun and helpful I will definitely come back!

It used to be a country bar.. not sure what happened. Good drinks and the ice cream shot thing is delicious. Little pricey but everything in the area is. Never tried the food.

A friend recommended us to swing by to try this place out, and the food and staff were great! From the moment we walked in, the smell of their ice cream shots was amazing! Very friendly staff! Nachos, Potato Skins, and Pickle bits were delicious!!! They also have music at night, making it a fun experience all around! My only complaints, it gets very hot inside and they charge WAY too much for bottom shelf vodka. It was a simple 2 ingredient cocktail and they charge premium price?!?!?! You will walk out with an expensive tab before you catch a buzz. Near by bars have the same vodka for $4...

What a great and open location, walking distance to many other bars, restaurants, and shopping spots. Easy parking. This place stayed open late for a quick catching up with friends and getting drinks/apps. Music playing was a great mix of everything from country-rock-90s/2000s. The menu is online with your typical bar foods. Highly recommend the dry rub chicken wings! Perfect spice and crunch! Bartenders were very professional, personable, and skilled with mixing. This place has a history in AZ! Just ask the bartender! Check them out!

Great for live bands and whiskey! Good food at decent prices despite 8.9% inflation. Great ambience for a good time

We were recommended from others in the area. Drinks and dessert shot was delicious but there prices are high. We had same brand of drinks for less in the same complex. Fun experience but not worth the prices

Our server, Lexi, was perfect! She told us she was new but didn't hesitate to get the answers to any of our questions, & she was super friendly & quick! We normally come here late at night but tonight we came early to have dinner. The band had just started and they were REALLY talented! The vibe was perfect. I ordered the bbq chicken salad and I was a little disappointed that it wasn't what I was expecting. The menu showed bacon and crunchy onions but all it was-was lettuce, some carrot shreds and chicken. HOWEVER-it really was delicious. Just not what I was hoping for. Regardless-always a great spot & we will be back!

I put together a pub crawl recently and Bourbon Jacks team went above and beyond for our group. The food was delicious, the service was great and even with our big group it was awesome! They provided excellent drinks at a very reasonable price and I will definitely go check them out again soon!

What a great experience. I really like the new look with the band up front. My son had the chicken sandwich with vanilla ice cream and oh boy!... what an awesome time we had with that experience. I tried the chicken and waffle sliders for the first time. My husband had the juicy Lucy burger, and it was phenomenal. All was excellent. Excellent service, excellent food and the new look is awesome! We will be back!

Caution!! Please pick a different spot in downtown Chandler, if you want to enjoy your night. Service was amazing, food was okay, the band was excellent. However, please take a note- their mix drinks like grey goose vodka cranberry or grey goose screwdriver drinks are $17 each. They come in very small glasses with a lot of ice. See picture of the empty glass. Stopped by nicer places the same night, and none of the restaurants charge what bourbon jack charges for their tinny glasses. When we got the bill, it ruined our night. Sorry, Bourbon Jack you will not see us there or Murphy Law anytime soon.

This place was really fun and the live band was amazing! Also, when the lights go down the music goes up, the alcohol flows and the the beautiful wait staff put on there comfy clothes. I loved the Bourbon BBQ wings so much that I forgot to take a pic of them. The waitress we had was so nice and really looked after me and my wife. Most of the staff were nice. I definitely appreciated that part by them. Being nice and polite speaks volumes for a place. I will be coming back and recommend this place for a good time.

Food poisoning from chicken wings . Believe that wings were left out in heat lamp and served to us. Pickle chips were definitely fried to order but the wings were just WARM? They were eaten by two people and both got sick within a couple hours of eating them. One is still feeling horrible. Had to miss a concert in California because of this. Never going back.

Came here for dinner and was very impressed! Sat at the bar and enjoyed the fun country Americana style and chill atmosphere. The happy hour tacos were delicious, but the chicken and waffles really stole the show. We're still talking about them. Great bourbon and booze selection. I want to try to the cookie dough shot next time.

Horrible took my daughter out for her 21st birthday and they would not let us in!!!! She was 21 at midnight on a Weds day for her birthday - rude and unnecessary!!!

First time here. We sat at the bar and were immediately greeted by Morgan our soon to be bartender. She was amazing. Excellent service she didn't miss a beat. Our drinks were great and she even made me a custom mango watermelon candy drink that was delicious. We will definitely be coming back. You have to check this place out and if Morgan is bartending sit where she is you won't be disappointed in the service or drinks. Oh and let's not forget the $15 5 bottle buckets of beer at least Sundays that I know of anyway

Bourbon Jack's food has gotten a lot better and we've been going more because of this! I love the chopped salad, it reminds me of the famous "Original Chopped Salad"! It so delicious and you get a huge portion! They do a Nachos day where you can get a gigantic plate of Nachos for just $10 and they're pretty tasty! Even if you're not into country music it's still a fun atmosphere! Definitely recommend;)

Bouncers denied us 3 days after guest had turned 21 and tried to size up our other guest for no reason at all threatened to call the cops even though the cops were the ones that recommended the place lmao, will not be back here bouncers have an ego

Sorry not my gig. Came hear last Sunday. We had 4 friends who were seniors. Waitress was in more of a hurry serving...well it was dead as the band had finished, so not sure why she had no time for our table...but she sure did not want to tolerate our table's questions. All canned beer was no longer available. Change the menu! Don't tease me with cool offerings no longer available for last 90 days. Wth? We split fried pickles and loaded tater tots. The tots saved my rating from 1 star to 3 star--how many reviews have ever saved by a TOT? Ha.

I'm glad we finally stopped here. They offer some great specials. Plus some unique options. Like 5 different style French fries plate. Sriracha ice cream sandwich. We came on a Monday, so I had to try the Mad Mac and cheese board for $5 and add ons for $1 so I'm adding brisket. The waitresses dance on the bar to certain song too.

Live music, great menu selection and you can even get a sriracha chicken sandwich with ice cream, take my money The waitress was very friendly and attentive. We were welcomed seated immediately. Service was top notch, this is the perfect spot to grab brunch and some drinks. There were some really affordable drink specials too. Great prices, great food and a good vibe. The Sriracha Chicken sandwich was amazing, deep fried to perfection with lots of crunch. The sriracha flavor wasn't very strong but it had a good flavor to it. The ice cream melts all over and it marries with the chicken and brioche bun perfectly. I'm glad I gave it a try. I have a few friends who saw my food and will be coming to try that sandwich. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.

Music- 5/5 Food- 3/5 Service- 1/5 Drinks- 1.5/5 The appetizers were ok. The water tasted like dirty well faucet and the watermelon mules tasted like my college vomit (cheap vodka). Also, our server Alex was rude and didn't clarify that 1 of the appetizers we ordered didn't come on the buy 1 get 1 free day until we got the bill, regardless of there being absolutely 0 advertising. We also had to ask several times for a sauce and napkins. There is no integrity at this establishment or respect for guests. I will not be back.

Holly crap! Speak up I can't hear you!!! First of all, if you go here, make sure you go when the band isn't playing if you plan to talk and have dinner. I was truly ready to walk out when the band started to play. I asked the server if I could speak to the manager and ask that the volume be lowered. The server laughed and said everyone has been asking that but the owner wants it that loud. We couldn't have a conversation during dinner. With that said, the food was great. My friend had the BBQ sampler and it looked amazing. I had the pulled pork and the coleslaw was great. I really would like to work my way through the menu but I'll go for lunch. The volume was so loud I left horse from yelling a conversation with my friend. It really doesn't have to be that loud for a dinner restaurant. I get it. When it's late at night and people are just drinking and listening to the band. Sure.... Turn it up but not during dinner service.

I like Live music on Weekdays. Great bands there and great crowds. Fun Place. A little pricey but worth it.

Came in for dinner before we were going to event at another venue down the street.Pretty spacious inside with booths/tables on one side and long bar on the other. I ordered the cowboy cob sans chicken. Not many vegetarian options other than salad or veggie sides, but that's ok. I'm just glad I could find something to eat. Dawson gave her suggestion when hubby was trying to decide between 3 dishes and he ultimately went with her recommendation for the chicken fried steak. The salad was amazing and so filling. All of the flavors and textures with the pesto ranch dressing to bring it all together. Delish! Way better than the plain salad I am used to having to get at "mostly meat" restaurants. Hubby devoured every bite on his plate. The veggies were crisp and well seasoned. The mashed potatoes were smooth and the chicken fried steak was perfect. It had a nice little kick which was unexpected but delicious. It was savory and the gravy wasn't too overpowering or thick. He thoroughly enjoyed the meal!

Tourists beware - AVOID TROUBLE Have been here in the past however tonight was different as the manager (who is clearly involved with the bartender) became enraged because we took a picture of the bartender to send to my sister in law (along with our location) so that they could come and meet us. The manager said "why are you taking pictures of my bartenders chest" (was sitting with my wife) and showed him however he wasn't having it. Very unfortunate that management and staff are clearly involved in relationships which create jealous rage. See below pic. As you can see not in the least bit offensive. Unprofessional staff and conduct. Will no be back.

Great food, great service and fun environment with live jazz musicians. Highly recommend and the food was wonderful.

It's a bar, the food is underwhelming the drinks are even worse, if your in college or just want to get drunk on a weekend, perfect. If your looking for a weekday spot to get drunk awesome besides that it is just a modern day local watering hole.

My friend and I stopped by on Saturday night with some new friends and had so much fun. Of course I had to get a bourbon drink, so I had a boulevardier with Aperol, not a fan of Campari. So good. Juke Box Hero was playing and they were awesome. Great rock n roll cover band. I will be back!

We ate here for lunch while staying at a nearby hotel. The service was great, the food was amazing! The brisket tots were yummy and the burger was HUGE and delicious!

Traveled down from Vegas to visit a friend in Chandler and found this bar this last Monday night! Omg sooo glad I did! Great band playing some awesome tunes till 11:30 that night! Wish I got thur band name but their picture is attached! But the band fails in comparison to this incredible beautiful and so happy bartender, Kai!!!! Omg she's incredible with her great personality and awesome beverages she made! I cannot wait to see her again the next time I visit Chandler! Have fun here! Great bar!

I like their food. They make these different types of tacos that are so delicious. The sauce that they serve with it is like a barbecue hot sauce or some thing. Delicious. There are four of them and I usually can only eat two and I take two home for later. Thank you!

I had wonderful service from my bartender Reece, he was very accommodating and went above any beyond to make sure I was well taken care of, as well as Kyle his coworker

I met my happy hour crew here on a Wednesday. The place is narrow and smallish but wasn't full of people. Looked like a few regulars and about 4 staff members. The food is pretty down home fried. Not many options to try and stay on the good side of the diet so throw that out the window. All apps are dropped to about $6.75 during happy hour. We started with the chili frito app which was really good! I then had the chicken bacon ranch sandwich which was a bit salty but super flavorful. At the end of our visit we asked about the Lushee machine and were given samples of the Jack and Coke slushee and the honey Jack and lemonade one. I didn't care for the lemonade one but the other was to die for! *Note to mgmt - give these samples to first timers when they first get there. If I knew how good these were I would have skipped the beer and went for the slushees, only 5 bucks too!

Vivian was the best server ever. Treated us with so much kindness, I'm so thankful that we chose Bourbon Jacks for dinner.

Not a bad experience over all. We were looking for a place with music in downtown Chandler and happened on this place. Getting seated was a bit of an interesting experience because the hostess actually moved a guy sitting alone to another table in order to accommodate us. That was a bit awkward and I said the young lady that was actually not good customer service. She actually picked up his glass of beer and moved it to another table...he had stepped away for a moment and when he came back...bam new table. I said something to him and he said that she had actually asked him to move previously. Menu has lots of good food options as well as alcohol options. We ended up splitting the rack of ribs. We asked to hold the beans and ordered an extra corn on cob instead and we also asked for a side of mashed spuds. The first dish of potatoes came out cold and Mikaela replaces them with some that were hot. They actually were good and had skin mixed throughout. True homemade style. The ribs were fall off the bone tender with a sweet and sticky sauce and the corn was roasted with char on some of the kernels. Overall a good meal and good country music. It's a bar so expect noise and individuals who have had a bit too much celebration. Thanks to all for a good experience!

Wanted to try this place. Waited 20 minutes. and our server walked past us twice and never said a word. Definitely would not recommend as we were completely ignored. Very disappointing.

I am a new comer to this restaurant.This place has great food and great service. I really enjoyed the music by Shawn Johnson, he provided great ambience for a Sunday brunch. I'm looking forward to a repeat of an amazing brunch!!!

Went to try this place tonight and I must say WOW !!! I was impressed and love the fried green tomatoes ( those are a must have ) my husband tried the fish &chips , he was very impressed ( which usually does not happen as he compares everything to back home in MI ). Drinks were good , my daughter had a sandwich, which the bread is soft and very good. ----Not sure if it's made in house . This is a great little place to meet up with friends for some good food and drinks. The lady who was our entertainment was very talented tonight, played different kids of music Which is great ! If you don't like spicy food, they do seem to kick things up a notch from the cole slaw to they salad dressings ... but for me this is a great place !!! ********Updated review *********- the last 2 times I have been in the service has been awful , my appetizers take 45 minutes to come out, as well as the Mixed drinks are just MEH ! My server was so upset over a break up with her boyfriend she couldn't even say Hello or was your good good , she sat and talked to the other table for quite some time about it. If your server is that upset send her home..... not to be mean , but that's not my issue !!! It's really sad as I used to like this place.

I got here a little early but still had an awesome time. It was probably about 8:00 pm when we showed up so we had time to get a drink and find a seat in a pretty crowded bar. Great selection of beers and whiskey of course. Full bar with lots of chairs. Although it did take a bit to find seats. Tonight they had a band called mad dog. They had played a wonderful selection classic rock and famous bar music. The lady that sang the first few songs was badass. Magnificent voice. And the band was never off beat. I'm sure they've been playing for a very long time. Service was wonderful. They asked repeatedly if I needed any more to drink and even suggested a spectacular mixed drink for my somewhat picky wife lol. All in all we had a great first experience here and will be comming back when I get another day off.

Gonna give a good rating for good vibe and awesome music... but set the tip on the automatic pay to 20% - ours was set at 30%. Sober and caught it, but being polite as a customer. Don't do that do your drunk patrons- gonna lose more business than you will gain. Owners take note....

Brisket Tator Tots and their Tuesday promotions are awesome. It's a wonderful place to hang out if you're okay with Country Decor.
