I love this cute spot, formerly known as shady acres, which has now transformed into bourke’s, a laidback restobar with an aussie wine bar vibe. The sharing-size mains were a hit, and we ordered a lot lol. The real stars of the meal were the liver parfait toast and the yellowfin tuna with nori tempura—both absolutely delicious. Their cocktails deserve a shoutout too, perfectly crafted and just the right balance for a chill evening.
