Ordered online, had to pay additional $70 for customs/import taxes to Los Angeles.
1 out of the 3 pieces it had a clear stain on the collar. Cotton felt synthetic not great in the skin. But worse of all the customer service-
There online site it clearly states if you want to return to fill out a return form. I emailed them about it and received a vague reply about when they recieve the goods back at their warehouse they will refund but there was no form being sent which I thought would cover the return shipping.
They don’t tell you directly and clearly what are the steps to returning. Expected me to just return it without any clear direction. At my own cost, they wanted me to send the damaged piece so they can send me a new one but yet it’s their fault for the stain. Plus I will have to pay an extra customs/tax fee to get the replacement.
Horrible experience.
They have great branding which really sold it to me but when I put on the shirt it felt very cheap for the price you pay for customer service and product quality.
I give them 2 stars bc they were prompt with the replies but so vague. Waste of money and time.
